Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) refers to the practice of maintaining personal cleanliness and health awareness in daily life. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), clean water is defined as water that meets health standards and is safe for daily use, including consumption, drinking, and food preparation. Adopting healthy living practices is crucial for everyone, as it offers numerous benefits, including improved mental and physical health, increased focus, family welfare, and the creation of a pleasant and peaceful living environment. Water plays a vital role in sustaining life, and it is essential for individuals to secure an adequate supply. However, the water used is often not compliant with health standards, frequently containing germs or harmful substances that pose a threat to human health. PHBS encompasses all health behaviors performed with conscious awareness, enabling individuals to manage their health effectively and participate actively in health-related activities. Therefore, it is important to disseminate information about PHBS to the community to raise awareness of its significance. This awareness can foster the adoption of PHBS practices, ultimately enhancing the health and welfare of family members and the community at large.

Abstract

Clean water is essential for society's basic needs like drinking, bathing, cooking, washing, and industrial purposes. Having clean water available in a community is crucial due to the busy nature of society. However, in Waginopo Village, the drinking water supply system is not functioning well. Reports show that the water from PDAM only runs every 2 days, once a week, and for a maximum of 12 hours. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of PDAM Wakatobi's clean water services to meet the needs of the Waginopo Village community for clean water. In this research, not only numerical data will be collected, but also information about what the community desires regarding the performance of the clean water distribution system, so this research study approach uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. From the results of the analysis, it can be said that the performance of the Wakatobi Regency PDAM service for the Waginopo Village service area is based on the 6th assessment aspect, where the distribution aspect is assessed with a performance value of "Not Good", for the production quality aspect the performance value is "Good", for the meter recording aspect with the performance value is "Good", for the payment aspect the performance value is "Good", for the complaint handling aspect the performance value is "Good", and for the tariff aspect the performance value is "Not Good".

Abstract

The wheat silo and pellet silo structure repair project phase 3 by PT. ISM Bogasari Surabaya is an annual infrastructure maintenance and strengthening activity to support the smooth production process. For this reason, it is very important to be completed on time according to the contract in order to proceed to the next stage of repair and not experience delays that can result in cost overruns. In this study using EVM (Earned Value Method) analysis in overcoming these problems to determine the cost and time performance of implementation as the project progresses and the indicators used in the analysis include SV (Schedule Variance), CV (Cost Variance), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), which aims to obtain the results of the calculation of ETC (Estimated To Complete) & EAC (Estimated At Complete) in the project completion cost forecast. While ETS (Estimated Temporary Schedule) and EAS (Estimated All Schedule) for project completion time forecast. Based on the results of the cost & time performance analysis carried out up to week 48, the CPI> 1 value shows that the project is experiencing savings and for time performance shows the SPI < 1 value, which means that the project is experiencing delays.

Abstract

The wheat silo and pellet silo structural repair project Phase III in Surabaya holds great significance for the wheat flour processing industry in Indonesia. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Bogasari Surabaya Division, as one of the leading wheat flour producers, required structural repairs on both silos to ensure the smooth operation of the plant and the quality of the final product. Given the importance of time and cost in the success of this project, an effective approach to time and cost management was essential. The project necessitates proper project management to avoid delays and cost overruns, with a budget of IDR 28,011,000,000 and an estimated duration of 455 calendar days. This research employs the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method to analyze options for accelerating project time by considering additional costs that may arise. Microsoft Project software is utilized to identify the critical path, allowing project managers to focus on activities with the greatest impact on the overall schedule. The results indicate that the critical path of the project includes activities such as mobilization and demobilization, administration and reporting, work safety, and repair of the old grain silo. By using TCTO, the project completion time can be accelerated to 359 days from 455 days, reducing the duration by 21.10%.

Abstract

Road development in Sampang Regency is carried out based on the Vision and Mission of the 2019-2024 RPJMD, as stated in Mission point 3 Infrastructure: "Improving Quality and Sustainable Infrastructure Development." In 2023, the Sampang Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office reported that road stability was at 46.54% of the total length of 754.12 km of district roads. This research on the Teuku Umar Road - Rajawali Road Preservation project aims to analyze the calculation of rigid pavement construction thickness planning for a design life of 20 years, and flexible pavement construction using the Road Pavement Design Manual No. 02/M/BM/2017 method. The analysis of calculations for both rigid and flexible pavements uses the Road Pavement Design Manual Method No. 02/M/BM/2017 for a design life of 20 years. The results of this research indicate that the rigid pavement design includes 200 mm thick concrete, 100 mm skinny concrete, and 150 mm class A aggregate LPA. For the flexible pavement, the design includes 40 mm AC-WC Laston, 60 mm AC-BC Laston, and 400 mm class A aggregate LPA.
