Abstract

This research was conducted because the Business Administration study program was taught entrepreneurship courses in which one of them was taught about entrepreneurial characteristics. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics consisting of 10 indicators (dream, decisiviness, doers, determination, dedication, devotion, details, destiny, dollars, distribute) on student entrepreneurship in the industrial era 4.0. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study is judgmental sampling with a sample size of 45 respondents and using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics on entrepreneurial students. This is indicated by the t count of 4,305> t table 0,00058.

Abstract

The problem of service quality in the company continues to grow along with the times. Companies must carry out marketing strategies in order to survive facing competition in this millennial era. The problems in this research are whether the quality of service and discount prices have a positive and significant influence towards the buying interest in Saboten Shokudo restaurant Klojen district, Malang. The purpose of this research are to find out how many influence of variables of service quality and discounted prices of buying interest in the Saboten Shokudo restaurant Klojen district, Malang.The type of this research is descriptive statistical research with quantitative approach. Samples taken in this research were consumers in Saboten Shokudo restaurant, Klojen district, Malang as much as 78 respondents determined by accidental sampling technique. Data collectig techniques used questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, to test the hypothesis of every independent variable used the t test and to test the hypothesis variable simultaneously used the F test. The results of this research are the variable quality of service and discount prices significantly influence buying interest in Saboten Shokudo restaurant, Klojen district, Malang.

Abstract

IKM Rattan is a small and medium industry engaged in rattan craftsmen. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant influence between market orientation, product innovation and business networks on competitive advantage partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were 41 SMIs, and the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Research results Market orientation and product innovation do not have a significant effect on competitive advantage partially, business networks have a significant effect on competitive advantage partially and market orientation, product innovation and business networks have a significant effect on competitive advantage simultaneously.

Abstract

The intense competition in the telecommunications business at this time, the company implemented a variety of strategic steps to maintain the existence of consumers in using a product. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Online Consumer Review, and Integrated Marketing Communication on social media on purchasing decisions on consumers of Ghealshy Shoes. The location of this research is for some consumers who have been shopping at Ghealshy Shoes by using quantitative descriptive methods with a total sample of 150 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe market revitalization by looking at physical aspects, economic aspects and social aspects, describe the income of traders related to the income of traders in the Dinoyo Integrated Market in Malang seen from the condition and ability of traders, market conditions, capital and other factors after Revitalization. This study uses primary data and secondary data, data obtained by observation, interview and documentation. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this assessment indicate that revitalization is carried out in accordance with expectations, where the facilities provided add to the sense of comfort, more orderly and increase consumer interest. The income of traders also increased because the frequency of consumers increased towards traditional markets after the revitalization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the celebrity endorser and online promotion on purchasing decisions at the Nature Republic online shop either partially, simultaneously and dominantly. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 59 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS V25 data analysis program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah financing and musharaka financing on the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in the 2016-2018 period. This type of research is quantitative. The method used in data collection is the documentation method. The data used is the quarterly financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks starting from 2016 to 2018. The number of samples is 102 and using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that in the t test partially Mudharabah financing variables had a significant positive effect on profitability. Musyarakah  financing variable has a significant negative effect on profitability. The F test simultaneously shows that the Mudharabah financing variable and the Musyarakah  financing variable have a significant positive effect on profitability. The dominant variable in the study is the Musyarakah  financing variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the perception and quality of liquid Lifebuoy soap products on consumer loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study are partially with the variable Perception (X1), Product Quality (X2) on Consumer Loyalty (Y) calculated using the T Test results that the Perception variable (X1) influences Consumer Loyalty, while the Product Quality variable (X2) has no effect on Consumer Loyalty (Y). Simultaneously with the variable Perception (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on Consumer Loyalty (Y) with multiple linear regression analysis there is a significant effect.
