Abstract

This study explains the dynamics of the policy of transferring former PNPM into Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes). This transfer is based on Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021 concerning the Bumdes. This research was conducted in the former PNPM Sungai Tarab District. The purpose of this study is to examine how this transformation takes shape and what obstacles are faced by UPK DAPM Lenggogeni which is a former PNPM in transforming into a Joint Village Owned Enterprise (Bumdes). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Interviews were conducted with the Chair of the DAPM Lenggogeni, Sungai Tarab Sub-district, the Secretary of Nagari, the Sub-district of Sungai Tarab and the Head of Community Empowerment of the Tanah Datar DPMD. The results obtained are that a number of former PNPM Financial Management Units (UPKs) are still skeptical of this change, this is because there are doubts about the transparency and accountability of PP No. 11 of 2021 which does not get clarity on the legal risks that are obtained if a UPK does not transform. The UPK also felt anxious and worried about the entry of intervention from outside parties so that it would cause conflict within the UPK.

Abstract

Sri Lanka has witnessed many examples of anti-Muslim sentiment and violence since the end of the civil war, especially in 2014 when an ethnic outbreak affected large numbers of people. Sinhala monks and Buddhists appear to have played an important role in covering it. Long wars and ethnonationalist ideology have resulted in a politico-religious shift related to “Buddhist extremism”, which engages in embracing and attacking Muslims. This study uses the "library research" method, whose main data includes: books, journals, articles, and references related to research. Sri Lankan Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment manifests itself in several dimensions such as campaigns warning of Halal products in food, Muslim women's clothing (Burqa), slaughter of livestock in Muslim religious rituals, attacks on mosques and Muslim-owned businesses, and mandatory cremation. for all Sri Lankans regardless of religion at the time of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak, and the closure of Islamic schools.

The library is one of the institutions that provides services, both traditional (borrowing and returning) and modern (digital). Therefore, the library is important to be able to provide the best service for users. In relation to the digital ecosystem and the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, where the library user model is a virtual community, libraries need to provide innovative services, one of which is the application of the concept of library automation and visitor experience. This paper aims to explain the concept of library automation and visitor experience and its application in libraries during the fourth industrial revolution. The method used to explain these objectives is a descriptive method with observational data collection methods and literature reviews using various scientific reference sources, both printed books and electronic books, articles, and news. The results of this paper show that the application of the concept of library automation and visitor experience in the library can be done in five ways. The first is understanding real customers from digital users; the second is rearranging the strategy from a traditional base to an experiential basis; the third is the latest management and service models; the fourth is individuals and work culture; and the fifth is being aware of human and ecological issues.

Abstract

Abstract:  Human case studies are interesting to analyze from a variety of different perspectives. Regarding humanitarian cases in Indonesia, in 2022 there have been phenomenal human rights violations. Gus Dur's version of humanism is religious humanism adhering to the principles of Islamic teachings, but its actualization does not only touch the religious field. This study used a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The goal is to learn about KH Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts on applying humanism theory to humanitarian issues. The research results obtained indicate that the basic foundation of the Indonesian nation is Pancasila, which consists of five precepts with fundamental values. Of course, in understanding these values, there is a meaning contained therein. This research tries to connect the humanitarian cases that occurred in Indonesia with the theory of humanism. The theory of humans serves as a foundation for KH Abdurrahman Wahid's ideas He is an intellectual figure and scholar whose knowledge comes from all over the country. Human cases are caused by the morality of each individual and socio-cultural, economic, political, and religious changes. In this case, Gus Dur actualizes human values that are just and adaptable to the concept of humanizing humans. In order to create world peace, a sense of involvement with the suffering of fellow human beings must be strengthened, not bypunishing those who suffer.
