Sugar is one of the basic needs of the Indonesian people. For the sake of the running of national sugar, the sugar industry competition will also be tighter. Therefore it is important for sugar industry players to always maintain and improve quality as well as PT Kebun Tebu Mas. One of the efforts to maintain quality is by making continuous improvements. The WTP division in the Boiler division at PT Kebun Tebu Mas often experiences several problems including Replace the Cartridge Filter (28%), Mossy Filter Cleaning Cartridge (69%) and several other problems. By applying the PDCA Method and 5 Why Analysis, the results obtained are that the two main problems decreased to 16% and 14%. This means that quality has no impact on the value of quality.

This Sekar Jati Star Written Batik is a type of company that is still an SME or Home Industry with a wholesale production type or every time you receive orders, and the Sekar Jati Star Batik UKM is a company that adheres to a job shop because of the variety of products or different motives with different flow patterns. different too, so this industry practice research carries the topic of line balancing using the RPW method and the Region Approach, namely to find out that the production line balance problem occurs most in the assembly process compared to the manufacturing process. Continuous movement is most likely achieved by manual assembly operations when several operations can be divided by a short duration in the batik printing process so that the distribution of tasks can be evenly distributed so that jams can be avoided. After calculating the RPW method, the results of the number of stations in the initial condition are 5 and the RPW method 5, the balance delay in the initial conditions is 39.2% with the RPW method to 18.0%, the efficiency of the initial condition system is 60.8% with the RPW method 82%, Output Production Initial conditions 16 meters / day with the RPW method 31 meters / day. Then the calculation of the Region Approach method results in the number of work stations 5, Balance Delay 96%, and for work efficiency 0.0376 or 4%.

UD. Elindo Jaya is a home industry engaged in making bags. This home industry manages raw materials into finished goods. Inventory is important for the home industry. Availability of raw materials in the right amount and time is a support for the smooth production process and can avoid shortages and excess of raw materials that can affect costs incurred. The problem that is formulated is how many raw materials for each order and when the components of these raw materials must be available in the warehouse in the right amount and time. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of raw materials per order so that effectiveness can be achieved and to know the amount and time that must be available for the smooth running of the production process. Material requirement planning (MRP) is a method for knowing the planning of the production process and the raw material requirements for each component and determining the lead time for orders. From the data processing analysis carried out based on the MRP method, the raw material for producing 1000 bags requires 2.2 rolls of varing material on the 3rd day, 2000 sewing threads on the 4th day, 5.5 miniso material on the 3rd day, 2,2 zipper rollers on the 4th day, and 100 M of the rante accessories on the 4th day.

SMEs of Batik "Sekar Jati Star" is one of the manufacturing industries engaged in batik making located in Jatipelem Village, Jombang and established since 1999. One of the typical motifs in ukm is jombangan motif that depicts the icon of Jombang city. The problem is management of raw material supplies is not optimal, where so far there is no evaluation and no inventory model method is used. So that the article aims to control the inventory of batik raw materials which include fabric, dye and wax. This inventory control includes the classification of each raw material for making batik using the ABC Analysis method. Next, determine the amount of economical raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the classification of raw materials using the ABC analysis method shows that the raw materials included in category A are fabric raw materials, category B is dye raw materials, and category C is wax raw materials. Implementation of the results of the classification of raw materials, so that the main priority of control is carried out according to the order of categories. The results of the EOQ inventory model show the monitoring of inventory control of raw materials for fabrics, dyes, wax for a year. Monitoring includes the time and quantity of economic Q, RoP, frequency of purchases, average inventory per week. Furthermore, from the comparison of inventory costs, the results of the EOQ model provide more economical results compared to the raw material inventory management that has been carried out so far for fabrics, dyes and waxes.
