Perawat memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang besar sehingga perawat rentan untuk mengalami stres kerja. stres yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja dapat terjadi dikarenakan terdapat hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi salah satunya yaitu beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada wanita peran ganda yang berprofesi sebagai perawat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling yaitu snowball sampling. Sebanyak 150 responden diperoleh dengan kriteria yaitu (1) wanita yang bekerja sebagai perawat, (2) sudah menikah dan memiliki anak, dan (3) bertempat tinggal di Kota Semarang. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan software pengolah data yakni SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada wanita yang berprofesi sebagai perawat.

Saat ini menjadi pekerja yang kreatif dan inovatif sangatlah penting dalam mengimbangi perkembangan zaman. Selain itu setiap perusahaan maupun instansi memiliki bentuk kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan karakteristik pekerjaan yang berbeda sehingga dapat mempengaruhi innovative working behavior yang dimiliki oleh pekerjanya, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan innovative working behavior pada karyawan perusahaan startup dan Aparatur Negeri Sipil (ASN), mengetahui gambaran innovative working behavior pada karyawan perusahaan startup di Jakarta dan mengetahui gambaran innovative working behavior pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan startup dan Aparatur Negeri Sipil (ASN). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 karyawan perusahaan startup dan 115 Aparatur Negeri Sipil (ASN) dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala innovative working behavior yang berisi 48 item dengan koefisien reliabilitas = 0,945. Hasil penghitungan mendapatkan hasil bahwa innovative pada kedua kelompok subyek penelitiani berada dalam kategori tinggi. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis Mann- Whitney U test memperoleh nilai Z sebesar -3.129 dengan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,002. Dengan demikian, hipotetis yang berbunyi terdapat perbedaan innovative working behavior antara karyawan perusahaan startup dengan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Jakarta diterima.

Internet merupakan komponen yang penting dan seharusnya ada pada perkantoran sekarang ini, karena internet ini dapat mempermudah kerja dari karyawan. Namun keberadaan internet ini dapat diibaratkan seperti pedang bermata dua, dimana di satu sisi internet dapat mempermudah pekerjaan, namun di sisi lain internet dapat juga menghambat pekerjaan. Salah satu penggunaan internet yang dapat menghambat pekerjaan adalah menggunakan internet untuk kepentingan pribadi, perilaku ini dinamakan sebagai cyberloafing. Salah satu faktor internal yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku cyberloafing adalah kontrol diri. kontrol diri merupakan kemampuan untuk membimbing tingkah lakunya sendiri atau kemampuan individu untuk menekan dan merintangi impulsimpuls atau tingkah laku yang bersifat impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 349 karyawan generasi Z. Teknik sampling yang dipakai yaitu teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala cyberloafing yang terdiri dari 28 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,866 dan skala kontrol diri yang terdiri dari 32 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,908. Metode analisis data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan generasi Z. Superstitious belief sering dijumpai bahkan dimiliki oleh individu. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi salah satunya adalah lokasi tempat tinggal. Berdasarkan intensitas dan keaktifan masyarakatnya dalam menjaga budaya, tradisi dan kepercayaannya, lokasi tempat tinggal terbagi menjadi dua variasi yaitu lokasi tempat tinggal subsistem perkotaan dan subsistem non-perkotaan (desa). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan superstitious belief pada masyarakat variasi tempat tinggal desa dengan variasi tempat tinggal kota, gambaran superstitious belief masyarakat desa dan masyarakat kota. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparasi dengan teknik sampling yaitu teknik quota sampling. Karakteristik subjek yaitu masyarakat suku Jawa, usia 18 s-d 60 tahun, dan durasi tinggal minimal 2 tahun di tempat tinggal domisili. Didapatkan sampel sejumlah 401 dengan 258 subjek kelompok variasi tempat tinggal desa dan 143 subjek kelompok variasi tempat tinggal kota. Pertanyaan penelitian 1 dijawab dengan uji hipotesisi dan pertanyaan 2 dan 3 dijawab dengan uji deskriptif. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,001 dan mean difference sebesar 41,48, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan superstitious belief ditinjau dari variasi tempat tinggal (desa dan kota. Hasil uji deskriptif variasi tempat tinggal desa dan kota, keduanya termasuk dalam kategori sedang atau interval 88,67 ≤ X < 139,33 namun dengan perbedaan pada masyarakat variasi kota cenderung rendah.

Nilai kenikmatan konsumen terhadap suatu produk akan memengaruhi perilaku konsumen selanjutnya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived enjoyment dan online repurchase intention pada konsumen shopee dan mengetahui gambaran online repurchase intention pada konsumen shopee. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah bahwa ada hubungan perceived enjoyment dengan online repurchase intention pada konsumen shopee, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi perceived enjoyment pada konsumen shopee, maka akan semakin tinggi pula online repurchase intention. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah subjek yang memiliki akun shopee dan pernah membeli produk di shopee dengan total 390 subjek. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan uji analisis bersyarat (uji hipotesis atau asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik Rank Spearman dengan bantuan program pengolah data untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan (r = 0.681, p = 0.000) artinya adanya hubungan yang lurus dan memiliki hubungan yang positif antara kedua variabel. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga ditunjukkan bahwa gambaran umum online repurchase intention pada penelitian ini berada dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase sebesar 72%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yakni ada hubungan perceived enjoyment dan online repurchase intention pada konsumen shopee.

Social media is a form of technological development that gives rise to a new behavior called braggadocios behavior, which is often characterized by always uploading status/tweets to show how cool and famous someone is. In addition, social media is one of the new social platforms where someone will try to create their desired impression, which is called, online self-presentation. The millennial is the generation that is most familiar with social media. Because they like the form of interaction in it. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between online self-presentation and braggadocios behavior in the millennial generation. This study is using a quantitative method with correlational analysis. The research subjects are Semarang State University students spread across the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Languages and Arts, and the Faculty of Law with a total of 347 subjects. Spearman Rho is used to analyze data that were collected. The results showed that the hypothesis can be accepted, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.853 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that there is a positive relationship between online self-presentation and braggadocios behavior in the millennial generation. The bridging aspect between both variables is multiple identities, which consist of the identity from birth (ethnicity, religion, and gender) and artificial identity. Media users will emphasize artificial identity and make it an ideal self.

Narcissism is one of the three traits incorporated in a dark personality, and this trait is described by an individual's tendency to dominate, like to be the center of attention and be self-oriented. Not only in individual cultural cultures, narcissism is also a fertile body in a collective society that upholds social harmony and behaves by values and norms in its group. Judging from these characteristics, it is suspected that there will be differences in the manifestations of narcissism in collective societies such as in Indonesia. Researchers conducted a study us images psychology collaborative descriptive quantitative research design to trace the form of behavioral images of narcissism in a collaborative culture. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling and involved as many as 760 worker respondents in Indonesia. The research findings were then analyzed using percentage descriptive techniques and categorization. This study succeeded in revealing several things, including (1) the positive and negative behavior of selfish individuals in the work environment; (2) the impact on personal and work relationships when dealing with narcissistic individuals in the work environment; (3) the most disliked behavior of narcissistic individuals in the work environment; and (4) how to deal with narcissistic individuals in the work environment.

Current technological developments provide convenience to the community, one of which is in debt through online loan applications. However, this has led to a change in the behavior of people who like to make loans without thinking about the risks involved. This study aims to describe risk-taking behavior in peer-to-peer lending fintech users. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 160 subjects of peer-to-peer lending fintech users. Accidental sampling techniques were used in this study. The method used is a descriptive analysis method and data collection using a risktaking behavior scale with a reliability coefficient value of 0.923 with a total item of 25 and is declared valid in each variable. Based on analysis through research data software tools on the description of risktaking behavior in peer-to-peer lending / p2p fintech users, it was concluded that peer-to-peer lending / p2p fintech users were in the low risktaking behavior category of 60.6%, medium criteria of 35%, and high criteria of 4.4%. This means that the risk-taking behavior raised by the subjects of peer-to-peer lending fintech users in this study is quite low whereas behavior that contains risk leads individuals to the negative possibility they will receive is low.

Industry in Indonesia is increasing, so companies are required to continue to focus on production. To obtain efficiency and company profits using outsourced employees from labor supply companies. Outsourced employees work for a company through a company providing labor. With the existence of a fixed-time work system, outsourced employees have concerns about their future. Several factors influence the emergence of job insecurity, including social support. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between social support and job insecurity among outsourced employees. This study uses a quantitative correlational design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 83 outsourced employees. The instruments used were a social support scale comprising 26 items, a quantitative dimension of the job insecurity scale of 3 items, and a qualitative dimension of 4 items. The social support scale has a reliability value of 0.886, a quantitative dimension of the job insecurity scale of 0.604, and a qualitative dimension of job insecurity of 0.786. The analysis technique uses the Pearson correlation with the help of data processing software. The research results showed that the correlation value of social support with job insecurity in the quantitative dimension was r = 0.338 with p = 0.002 <0.05. Furthermore, the qualitative dimension's correlation value of social support with job insecurity was r = -0. 228 with p = 0.008 < 0.05. These results show that the hypothesis proposed by the author is declared accepted even though the direction of the relationship is different.

Unemployment is one thing that has always been a threat to every country in the world. Based on the official website of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), it is stated that at least less than one million students or undergraduate graduates became victims of this action. Many solutions can be made to reduce the level and number of actions, one of which is by increasing work readiness. Then the difference in work readiness that is owned by each individual or student, cannot be separated from the factors that influence it, one of which is personality. The personality of each of course has differences between individuals, because personality is one of the systems within individuals who are born sedentary. One approach in studying personality theory is the big five-personality. This study aims to provide an overview of the level of work readiness and the influence of the top five personality traits. The type of research used is correlational quantitative, with the sampling technique used is random sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with the help of data processing software. The results of hypothesis testing which was carried out simultaneously showed a significance of 0.000, where there was an influence between the big five-personality on work readiness. then obtained through a test of the coefficient of determination of 33.3% or 69.2% influenced by other factors not explained in this study. The results of hypothesis testing which was carried out partially included in the extraversion dimension with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means a positive and significant effect on the work readiness variable.
