Abstract

To the effect research is subject to be know stock price reflect point of a firm. If firm reaches good achievement, therefore that firm stock will there are many hankered by investors. Good achievement that reached by perusahan can be seen in financial statement that dipubuikasikan by firm.   analisis's tool that is utilized on this research utilizes analisis bifilar regression.  Result observationaling to point out that capital Profitability variable memilki's sell growth having for to stock price partially with signifkan's zoom (0,000 and 0,000) meanwhile Capital Structure with level signifikan (0,048) are not influential to Textile stock price 2005 2010.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable motivation, leadership and organizational culture on the performance of an employee of the Agency for Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Kutai regency in Tenggarong and variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. The conclusion of this research tends to count the resulting F value of 40.495 with a probability level of 0.000. While the value of F table is 2.736 indicating that the F count> F table and significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the variable motivation, leadership and organizational culture together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Tangible (X5) customer satisfaction (Y1) and customer loyalty (Y2) at Bank BRI Sharia in Samarinda. T test results are known effects of service quality on customer satisfaction (Y1). Variable Reliability (X1) significant because the level (sig <0.05), namely (0.000 <0.05). Variable Responsiveness (X2) is significant (0.036 <0.05). Variable Assurance (X3) is significant (0.000 <0.05). Empathy variable (X4) is significant (0.001 <0.05). Tangible variable (X5) had no significant effect due to the level (sig> 0.05), namely (0.627> 0.05).

Abstract

To the effect this Research is subject to be menganalisis factor that regard society savings on public bank by use of approaching ECM wields annual data begin year 1985 until years 2009 be utilized this ECM'S approaching with consideration that this model feels equal to word relationship among variable one is analyzed well that in the short term and also on a long term. In theory PDB, savings rate of interest zoom, inflation rate is influential factor to savingses. studi's result in the short term points out that PDB and rate of interest zoom, having for positive and signifikan to society savings, but negative ascendant inflation whereas in the long term PDB interest rate, positive influential inflation rate to society savings. simultan's ala all that variable gets to be utilized big see it gets what far-reaching to society savings, but partially variable memilki's one the most influence dominant is PDB.

Abstract

To the effect that wants to be reached deep observational it is: (a ) Identify isle economy potencies (b ) Determine superior commodity that can be made as individuality on isles (c ) Determines tipologi potencies based isles economic and utility farms (zonasi is farm); (d. ) Determines satuan isle development regions bases economic potency equalities and geographical positions. Base identification and analisis is region 3 isles, therefore developmental model design isle are as follows: Isle development that is at Sumenep's Regency is directed to formation five strategic regions, which is; (1 ) perikana's Areas conducting goes out to sea; (2 ) conducting developmental Areas brackish; 3 ) crossing port Areas and fishery; (4 ) tourism developmental Areas; and (5 ) conducting Area and lindung (Conservation) at coast and salt water.

Abstract

Comparative study of the distribution of income communities around the mine before and after the Corporate Social Responsibility program in Berau is a study that aims to compare income communities around the mine before and after receiving the Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) in Berau well as knowing the distribution of income communities. Based methods, this kind of research, including survey research combined with evaluation studies, because these studies can be conducted on large populations and small, and the data is the data sample studied samples taken from the population. In this study will be found relative events and distribution as well as the relationships between variables. Researchers can conclude that CSR programs are very influential on increasing revenue where t > t table then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Then it can be said that there are differences in income communities around the mine before and after getting the CSR program in Berau.

Abstract

Rubber plant (bevea brasiliensis) constitute one of pledge export trade goods. Indonesia even have once become nature rubber producer number one at the world. Largely this plant is contrived by people. Indonesian position as producer of nature rubber universalizes to be now was angled by Malaysia and Thailand, effect acreage extent that we has be not been escorted with big production and good quality. Rubber constitutes commodity the most be relied at agribusiness sector. Volume and Indonesian rubber export point up to year 2005.1 2010.4 point out developings that fluktuatif, where is happening step-up on year 2005 2007. Meanwhile enters year 2008 2009 its growth negatives get bearings by mark sense crisises at United States Of America, where does that state constitute one of rubber importer state is outgrown from Indonesia. Besides another causal factor to be predicted is begat from international price condition, changing exchange rate, and inflation distortion. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the program of economic empowerment of the people through the program mamangun Tuntang mahaga Lewu (PM2L). Writing method used is qualitative. This method was chosen because it examines the phenomenon of something in more depth, and more able to understand the phenomenon that until now has not been known. Through this study were obtained in the implementation of key information that PM2L are several stages to go through the stage of coordination, socialization, implementation of the action, coaching, monitoring and evaluation. In general, the stages through which it has not been optimal program implementation in practice, especially in terms of stages of development.

Abstract

Mark sense application autonomousing to expected region gets to give facility to region to even out its own housewifery, also give room opportunity for region to dig up and mendayagunakan is proprietary potency optimal ala. PAD as one of accepting region reflects to increase region independence. The greater PAD therefore points out that region progressively is able to   dig up and utilizes source those are at its region. To the effect that wants to be reached   in this research is menganalisis affecting investment, PDRB, population, Development acceptance, and inflation to PAD. Observed data in this research is time series's data with runtut time 1980 2007. Estimation model that is utilized is bifilar regression that ditranspormasikan goes to to form logarithm.
