Abstract

The results of the analysis obtained for age (X1) on the teaching quality of economics teachers (Y) obtained tcount > ttable, indicating that there is an influence of age on the teaching quality of economics teachers. The results of the analysis obtained for the effect of tenure (X2) on work quality (Y) obtained tcount > ttable, indicating that there is an influence of tenure on the quality of teaching economics teachers. In the calculation of multiple linear regression, constant values are obtained, the regression coefficient for age (X1) s and the regression coefficient for years of service (X2) are equal to. To test the hypothesis of age and years of service simultaneously using the f test with a significance level of 95%, the value of Fcount > Ftable is obtained, indicating that there is a simultaneous significant effect of age and years of service on the quality of teaching economics teachers.

Abstract

To determine the effect of teacher competence and student learning motivation on students' economic achievement, multiple linear regression formulas and y regression equations are used. The data analysis technique used is the t test and f test at a significant alpha level of 5%. The results of the research and hypothesis testing concluded that, There is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence on students' economic learning achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on students' economic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and learning motivation on students' economics learning achievement with a value of F_count> F_table. The coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.419 or 41.9%, the change in economic learning achievement is influenced by teacher competency and learning motivation. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher competence and learning motivation on students' economics learning achievement.

This can be seen from the results of multiple linear analysis obtained by the equation Y = 25.018 + 0.358 (X₁) + 0.382 (X₂) then seen from the significant value between peer interaction that influences learning achievement as indicated by the value of t_count>t_table (2.730>2.007) and significance value (0.009<0.05). Furthermore, it can be seen that emotional intelligence influences learning achievement with t_count>t_table (2.771>2.007) and significance value (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously (F test) is indicated by the value of F_count>F_table (8.820> 3.18) and a significance value (0.001 <0.05). So that the hypothesis can be said to be accepted. Abstract

Education is a bridge to educate the generation or the nation's children. The world of education has a very important role in the progress of this country. Through this world of education, the young generation or the nation's children are able to master knowledge from several domains, namely the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains which contain moral education. However, the development of moral education for the current generation of the nation in the era of globalization is quite concerning, such as the act of cheating carried out by elementary school students today. Cheating is one of the dishonest behaviors that often occurs in the school environment, especially at the Elementary School (SD) level. This behavior not only disrupts the learning process, but also has the potential to damage the moral integrity of students from an early age. Therefore, teachers have an important role in overcoming and preventing cheating behavior among students. The problem of cheating is a serious problem because it will continue to be carried over into the world of work so that Self-Efficacy is needed, namely self-confidence in the learning process in the classroom.
