The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher job satisfaction, transactional leadership and teacher job satisfaction. This research method is a quantitative survey. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire technique which was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7 and distributed to 560 teachers selected by the simple random sampling method. This data processing tool uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) version 26. Before conducting data analysis, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire used is tested first. To measure its validity, the score of each question item is used which is correlated with the total item score in one variable. After testing the validity and reliability, then performed data analysis. Analysis and interpretation of data is carried out to answer the problems that have been formulated and answer the hypotheses. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study are that Transformational leadership has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction and Transactional leadership has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction.

Cognitive development in early childhood is one aspect that needs to be optimized for development because children grow rapidly at an early age. Therefore, the cognitive aspects of early childhood need to get a stimulus so that their development can be optimal. The science experiment is one of the learning methods that can be applied to early childhood. This study aims to discover what science experiments are used in early childhood learning and how they affect cognitive development. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of systematic literature review method PRISMA. The data collection technique is collecting journal articles from previous research per the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The data analysis used is meta-analysis. The results of data analysis show that science experiments applied to early childhood learning include mixing colours and identifying sounds. The results showed that there was an effect of science experiments in improving the cognitive abilities of early childhood.

- The Naval Base is one of the Main Commands for the development and operation of the Indonesian Navy. In order to be able to support all the tasks carried out by the Indonesian Navy, the base has responsibility for the implementation of the combat readiness and alertness of the elements of the Indonesian Warship (KRI) under it, which is part of the function of the base. Fire is a barrier factor for the base in its efforts to maintain the readiness and combat readiness of the KRI elements. PMK Lantamal Surabaya is a fire hazard management unit that has a working area at the Navy base. Currently there is no tool that is specifically provided to call firefighters in the area of the Naval base, the tool used to call firefighters today still utilizes a Central Telephone whose function is not only for fire emergencies but also for various uses, thus making firefighters slow to respond. In this study the authors tried to design a tool in the form of a Fire Extinguisher Calling Tool. With this fire extinguisher calling device, it can help firefighters respond more quickly to fire emergencies. This study uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The QFD method is used to translate consumer needs and desires into product design characteristics. In this study, there were 2 (two) sources of Voice of Customer (VoC) data input, namely the implementing consumers were firefighters and consumer users were all Indonesian Navy soldiers. From the results of identifying consumer needs, solving existing contradictions is carried out by drafting and selecting concepts to obtain optimal results and produce several alternative product designs according to the standards desired by consumers.

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army (TNI) which has the main task of upholding state sovereignty, maintaining the territorial integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945, and protecting the entire nation and all Indonesian bloodshed from threats anddisturbances to the integrity of the nation and state. In accordance with its duties, the TNI has the responsibility to: maintaining the security of Indonesian waters in order to maintain the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia, Currently security in Indonesian territorial waters is still not optimal because several violations are still found in Indonesian territorial waters. In this case, air interoperability & maritime surveillance system is needed, to improve interoperability in the implementation of the main tasks of the TNI. This study was conducted to analyze the Interoperability Air & Maritime Surveillance System in joint maritime security operations in Indonesian waters. The methodology used in this study is qualitative research. The results of the Air & Maritime Surveillance System Interoperability Analysis research in joint maritime security operations in Indonesian waters are that the security conditions in Indonesian waters are currently quite safe but there are still violations needed to improve the Air & Maritime Surveillance System Interoperability with improved infrastructure and facilities, making Interoperability Procedures and forming an organizational model, namely Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) for achieve the goal of realizing the security of Indonesian waters.

The territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia has sea waters that are wider than the land area, besides that the sea waters area has a wealth of diverse natural resources both in the fields of hydrography and oceanography. However, if faced with other threats originating from below the surface of the water, such as the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), ships on the water will find it difficult to detect because the AUV has secrecy and intrusion properties that are difficult for opponents to detect. The Hugin 1000 Autonomous Underwater Vehicle has a navigation system and survey equipment system with acoustic wave transmission which is influenced by the physical properties of the water medium such as temperature and salinity. Every change in the physical properties of water is largely determined by the depth of the water column and its geographic location. The concept of winning a war at sea is that we are able to master the underwater battlefield to provide an advantage that can be used to defeat the opposing forces. The concept of underwater warfare is more complicated than warfare over water, because not only do we have to gain technological superiority from our opponents, but also knowledge and sufficient information about the characteristics of our own combat/operations mandala such as the completeness of hydrographic and oceanographic data. The development and advancement of technology in the field of underwater detection is so rapid that understanding the information dynamics of hydro-oceanographic parameters is one of the keys in determining the superiority of the battle. With good data in the form of hydrographic and oceanographic data, it will be easier to determine strategies in battle. The concept of underwater warfare is more complicated than warfare over water, because not only do we have to gain the advantage of the opponent's technology, but also knowledge and sufficient information about the characteristics of the combat/operational mandala itself, such as the completeness of hydro-oceanographic data.

- Bulk-cash smuggling is the act of hiding a currency or monetary instrument with the intent to circumvent reporting requirements, through the transportation, transfer, or attempted transportation or transfer of currency or monetary instruments from one country to another. According to Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering, it is stated that money smuggling is one part of money laundering crimes. In its development, cash smuggling, which was originally a stage of money laundering activities, has now become a form of transnational crime. Criminals generally use transportation media such as commercial and private aircraft, ships and transport vehicles and pedestrians to cross borders between countries. This research uses a qualitative method approach with SWOT analysis tools. Data collection comes from literature studies in the form of books, journals and other sources of information. The results showed that to overcome the problem of money smuggling can be done through efforts: increasing the presence of defense equipment of each stakeholder in border areas, increasing the degree of operation of each stakeholder independently and integrated to prevent money smuggling crimes and increasing the ability and professionalism of security forces in facing the threat of money smuggling.

An economic embargo imposed by the US, Netherlands and Britain on Japan has forced the country to seek natural resources (petroleum) in Southeast Asia to sustain its war needs. This reason then motivated Japan to attack and control natural resources on the island of Sumatra and Java. The Navy as the national defense force at sea has the task of carrying out the duties of the TNI in the field of defense must be supported by ship elements which are the main tool that is ready to fight at any time equipped with guided missiles (missiles). One of the missiles installed on the KRI is the C 802 missile which is made in China. Arsenal as a work unit that has the main task of carrying out the maintenance and storage of special weapons. In carrying out the storage and maintenance of the C 802 missile at the Arsenal, there are problems that affect the readiness of the C 802 missile, including problems with the condition of the container launcher, calibration of the instrument test bench and implementation of preventive maintenance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the condition of the container launcher, instrument test bench calibration and implementation of preventive maintenance on the readiness of the C 802 missile. This study used a quantitative method with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study is Arsenal personnel who are responsible for carrying out the storage and maintenance of special weapons, totaling 60 people using the saturated sampling method. The result data from the questionnaire were tested using SPSS 26 for Windows software. The results showed that the condition of the container launcher, calibration of the instrument test bench and the implementation of preventive maintenance had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and very strong relationship simultaneously of 0.924 and contributed 85.3% to the readiness of the C 802 missile.

The defense bilateral relationship between Indonesia and South Korea has an important role in maintaining stability and security in the Southeast Asian region. In an effort to strengthen this relationship, the naval diplomacy strategy of the two countries plays a significant role. This study aims to analyze the strategy of naval diplomacy in order to improve bilateral defense relations between Indonesia and South Korea. Naval diplomacy is an important aspect in strengthening defense cooperation between countries, especially in the context of the Indonesia-South Korea bilateral relationship. This study uses the NVivo software to collect, organize, and analyze qualitative data related to the naval diplomacy strategy of the two countries. The research method used involves analysis of document content, interviews with Navy officials, and surveys of expert opinions in the field of military diplomacy. The results of this study reveal various naval diplomacy strategies that have been implemented to strengthen bilateral defense relations between Indonesia and South Korea. Some of the identified strategies include joint military training cooperation, naval exchange visits, and public diplomacy efforts to increase public understanding of the importance of this collaboration. This research also describes the important role of NVivo software in helping researchers organize and analyze complex qualitative data. By using NVivo, researchers can identify key patterns in the naval diplomacy strategy and gain deeper insights on how bilateral defense cooperation can be strengthened. Security and sovereignty in these waters have a very important role in maintaining the integrity of the state. Therefore, the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) as one of the components of national defense plays a major role in protecting and maintaining the sovereignty of Indonesia's maritime territory. One of the elements that supports the role of the Indonesian Navy in securing Indonesian waters is the Indonesian Navy's Underwater Diving and Rescue Command (Koppeba). Koppeba has special responsibility in carrying out underwater diving and rescue operations covering a wide range of missions, including search and rescue, maintenance and repair of underwater infrastructure, as well as monitoring and protection activities of national assets in and around Indonesian waters. This research aims to conduct an analysis of the optimization of the Indonesian Navy's Underwater Diving and Rescue Command (Koppeba) in supporting the duties of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL). The use of the NVivo application is used to collect, organize and analyze data related to Koppeba's role in the context of maritime defense. This research explores the extent to which Koppeba can be increased in supporting the Indonesian Navy's operations in Indonesian waters. The research method involves document analysis, interviews and surveys which are then analyzed using NVivo to identify patterns, trends and opportunities in an effort to optimize Koppeba's role. The results of this research highlight several recommendations for increasing Koppeba's role in supporting the Indonesian Navy, including improving training and equipment, development of cross-agency collaboration, as well as the use of advanced technology in diver operations and underwater rescue. This research provides valuable insight for stakeholders in efforts to strengthen Indonesia's maritime defense capabilities through optimizing Koppeba Koarmada.
