Jurnal Admnistrasi Pendidikan & Konseling Pendidikan adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah antar peminat ilmu Administrasi Pendidikan & Konseling Pendidikan yang terdiri dari dosen, pakar dan praktisi, mahasiswa dan lain sebagainya. Jurnal ini mengangkat tulisan/karya ilmiah seputas Administrasi Pendidikan dan Konseling Pendidikan. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini merupakan kajian ilmiah atas masalah-masalah yang berkembang dalam Sekolah, masyarakat, gagasan-gagasan orisinal dan juga ringkasan hasil penelitian yang dituangkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kecerdasan emosional siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelayanan bimbingan kelompok. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen the one group pre test dan post test design.. Populasi Penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IX IPS SMA  Negeri 7 Pekanbaru sebanyak 144 siswa namun penelitian ini dilakukan secara sampel kepada 10 siswa yang memiliki Kecerdasan Emosional yang rendah. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner tes, dan dokumentasi. Uji Validitas data menggunakan SPSS For Windows Release 17.00. adapun untuk Analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah Uji Wilcoxon’s, karena datanya berskala ordinal (berjenjang) dan tidak harus berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahawa kecerdasan emosional siswa sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Asertif training berada dikategori sedang dengan rata-rata berada pada kategori Low Average (dibawah rata-rata) dengan rata-rata 81,8 dan setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Asertif Training kecerdasan emosional mengalami peningkatan berada pada kategori High Average (diatas rata-rata) dengan rata-rata 115,8, maka dapat dikatakan adanya perbedaan Pre-test dan Post-test. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik asertif training efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa yang dilihat dari angka probalita Asyimp. Sig (2-tailed) 0.005<0.05 sehingga Ha diterima.

Abstract

This research is motivated by one of the tasks of adolescent development, namely to find a model human who becomes their identity, the model human who becomes the identity of teenagers in this study is a k-pop idol, besides that at the psychosocial stage of adolescence, they are in the stage of identity search versus identity confusion, which from this stage, many teenagers fail in a process of forming self-identity which will cause teenagers to have fanaticism, this fanaticism arises as a result of the process of cultural interaction between individuals with one another, so that it will give birth to a new form of behavior, namely imitation behavior. The problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence between k-pop fanaticism on the behavior of teenagers in the purple army community in Pekanbaru. While the purpose of the study was to see if there was a significant influence between k-pop fanaticism on adolescent behavior. In obtaining the data in the study, the author uses quantitative research methods with a population of 57 people with data collection techniques using questionnaires and analyzed through simple linear regression.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing (1) the imlementation of individual counseling therapy approac to increase students’ learning motivation. A descriptiveresearch methot was conductet involving one theacher counselor and the thee students of SMPN 3 Tambang. Intervew data collection on techniques were used and the narrative, After analyzing the data obtained in the field, it could be concluded that the students’ who derectly visited by teacher counselor and got direct guidance tended to be better behavior, the praktice of individual counseling using client centered therapy approach mostly be able to motivate the low-motivated lerners became better lerners, evalutionalisys was applied by the teacher counselor on the low  motivated students and the developed relevan communication whit other counseling parties, the  students whose lerning motivation was low  became more motivatedlernwrs after being treated with clien centered therapy approach,  a short term evaluation was cariied out in the order to know the client’s positive changes. The low attainment level of students’ lerning motivation was the major factor influencing the inplementation of guidance and counseling. In addition, there was a good relation between students’ and counselor in case of finding solution to overcome the low motivated learning students’ by using client centered therapy.

Abstract

I carried principal supervision management on teacher performance out to motivate teachers in teaching. This study describes the supervisory management of school principals on teacher performance. The research method uses a Literature Review design. I do this in order to critically evaluate information, ideas, or findings in the academic literature and plan theoretical and methodological contributions to themes related to supervisory management, principals and teacher performance. The results show that supervision is a form of professional help offered to teachers to improve learning performance. This structure will create contact between principals and instructors who will accept the abilities and shortcomings that are assessed in supervised activities. Therefore, the role of the principal is very important in motivating teachers to develop their professionalism by maximizing supervision activities through effective management.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explain the form of handling adolescent problems through an approach to (analysis of cases of broken home adolescents). The method used is descriptive qualitative which is to analyze the phenomena that have occurred in broken home families. Every married couple hopes that their marriage relationship will last until the end of life. However, it is the opposite of what is dreamed of, which is to become a family that has a rift in it and the family atmosphere is no longer harmonious, causing a huge impact on both married couples and teenagers. This is what makes teenagers experience problems as a result of broken homes /cracks in the family, namely teenagers are concerned about the environment, feel depressed, more easily angry, and always feel sad. As well as the efforts made by parents by taking a persuasive approach to adolescents, providing coaching/providing advice, providing the best solutions in order to make people who are beneficial to themselves and the surrounding environment.
