The purpose of this study was to describe the application of group counseling to improve self-esteem of students of class XI Science in SMA 3 Lahat. The research method used is classroom action research, which consists of three cycles. Research procedures are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were students of class XI IPA, amounting to 10 people consisting of 8 men and 2 women. Data collection techniques in this study used an observation sheet. Analysis of the data used is the mean (mean) which is then consulted with the assessment criteria, namely: 4 =Very Good, 3 = Good, 2 = Less, 1 = Very Less. The results showed that the application of group counseling services can improve student self-esteem

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of role playing learning models in improving students' speaking. The design of this study is classroom action research consisting of three cycles. each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Respondents in this study were 25 students consisting of 10 men and 15 women. Data collection uses observation sheets with 6 aspects assessed, namely: pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, content of speech and understanding. The data analysis used is mean and inductive. The results showed that the application of role playing learning models can improve students' speaking

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of a project-based learning model (PjBL) to increase student learning creativity in 2D art subjects. The design used in this research is classroom action research (CAR). A total of 25 students consisting of 8 males and 16 females were the research respondents. Data collection techniques used observation sheets with 6 aspects observed, namely: showing extraordinary curiosity, creating a variety and number of ideas to solve problems, often proposing unique and smart responses, daring to take risks, like to try, and sensitive to beauty and aesthetics of the environment. The results of the study indicate that the application of the PjBL learning model can increase the creativity of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Lahat

The objectives of this research are 1). To describe the application of drill methods in outdoor games to improve rough motoryc movements of students at TK Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan; 2) To describe the application of drill methods in outdoor games to improve social relationships of students at TK Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan. This research uses Class Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is 15 students of B group at TK Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan. The collecting data used in this research is the student observation sheet. The data is analyzed by using mean and t-test. This research shows that 1) the application of drill methods in outdoor games can improve rough motoryc movements of students at TK Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan; 2) the application of drill methods in outdoor games can improve social relationships of students at TK Negeri 20 Bengkulu Selatan

The purpose of this research is to produce a comic multimedia product that is feasible as a geography learning medium that improves student learning attitudes, describes an increase in student learning achievement using multimedia comics and describes student achievement using multimedia comics compared to the learning media used so far. The research method used is the research and development method (Research and Development -R & D-) according to Brog and Gall. The research subjects were students of SMAN 11 Bengkulu Utara, SMAN 2 Bengkulu Utara, SMAN 4 Bengkulu Utara, and students SMAN 13 Bengkulu Utara. Data collection techniques in this study were expert assessment sheets, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was the average score (mean), the percentage score, the Ngain Score and the t-test. This study shows that multimedia comics are suitable to be used as a learning medium in geography learning and the use of comic multimedia can improve student attitudes and learning achievement

The purpose of this study was to produce a product in the form of busy book media as a learning medium to improve early reading skills and cognitive development as well as to determine the increase in early reading and cognitive development of children using developed busy book media compared to the learning media used by teachers. The subjects of this study were PAUD group A children, on a limited scale test the subject was PAUD IT Al Kahfi Bengkulu City, and on a wide scale test the subject was PAUD Islam Intan Insani Kota Bengkulu and PAUD IT IQRA in Bengkulu City. This research method is a research and development method (Research and Development -R & D-). Retrieval of research data using assessment sheets and observation sheets. The data collected in this study are data from media experts, data from material experts, and data from observations. The data analysis technique of the validation instrument used the mean score, the instrument analysis of reading ability and cognitive development used the percentage score and the different aspects of development using busy book media compared to LKA using the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the use of busy book media as a learning medium can improve children's early reading skills and cognitive development.

The purpose of this study is to describe the appropriate application of fun cooking project learning methods, so as to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5-7 years. This research is a type of classroom action research (PTK) with planning, implementation of action (Act), observation, and reflection, in implementation it is carried out for 3 cycles with the subject of children aged 5-7 years at Posyandu Kelurahan. Kebun Roos Bengkulu City, amounting to 10 children, 2 children aged 5 years and 8 children aged 6 years. This data collection technique uses observation and is analyzed using percentages and averages to determine the increase between cycles using the t-test analyst (Test "t"). Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of fun cooking project learning can improve fine motor skills and creativity

This study aims to 1) know the competence of grade VIII teachers of SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur Regency. 2) know the PKN learning styles of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur Regency 3) know the learning achievements of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative about teacher competence, learning style with class VII student learning achievement at SMPN 33 Kaur Regency Bengkulu Province. The subjects of this study were VIII grade VIII 33 State Junior High School 33 teachers in Kaur Regency, while the respondents were 30 grade VIII SMP 33 students in Kaur District. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and observation. The results showed that the ability of Civics Teachers in Class VIII at SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur District in mastering teaching methods and class management needed to be improved to achieve higher professional competence. The learning styles of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur Regency are dominantly owned by students of grade VIII at SMP Negeri 33 is the listening learning style, while the learning achievement of PNK students in class VIII at SMP Negeri 33 in Kaur Regency. The aims of this study to: (1) Describe the application of Storytelling method to improve students’ self confidence in SMA Negeri 1 Pagar Alam, (2) Describe the application of Storytelling method can improve students’ speaking skill at SMA Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The subjects of this study are students of X Social 4 class SMAN 1 Pagaralam. This study was conducted in two cycles by following the procedure of Classroom Action Research, i,e. Planning, Implementing, Observing and Reflecting. Each cycle of the study has two meetings and one test. The data of this study were obtained by using test to measure speaking skill. And Observation sheets to measure students’ self confidence. This research was conducted in class X Social 4 as a PTK class. This study produces conclusions: (1) the application of storytelling method can improve students’ self confidence, (2) the application of storytelling method can improve students’ achievement in speaking, (3) the application of storytelling method effectively increases students’ ability in speaking and their self confidence

The aims of this study to produce interactive multimedia learning to improve students’ outcome in English subject at VIII grade in SMP Number 8 Pagar Alam. This study uses a development design (Research and Development). The method used Borg and Gall design with 10 steps in research. The subjects of this study for limited scale test were students in class VIII.A and VIII.B of SMP Number 8 Pagar Alam with 16 students. And in wide scale test were students in class VIII.A and VIII.B of SMP Number 8 Pagar Alam with 32 students. The techniques of collecting the data uses the media assessment sheets and test for students’ outcome learning. Data analysis used mean score and t-test. The conclusions of this research were the development of an interactive multimedia learning could be used and effective to improve students’ learning outcomes in English subject. And the development of an interactive multimedia learning could improve students’ learning outcomes based on limited scale test and wide scale test at VIII grade of SMP Number 8 Pagar Alam in English subject
