Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri, apart from being a means of accommodating the interests of the Indonesian people, especially Muslims, there is also an important goal, which is to be of benefit to all levels of society. Bank Syariah Mandiri has a product, namely BSM Prioritas, where the services provided to BSM Prioritas customers get privileges from bank officers or better known as getting excellent service (service excellent). This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bogor Jalan Baru which is located at Jl.K.H Sholeh Iskandar No.77 A Bogor (16164). This research took place from October to December 2019, the authors are interested in conducting this research to find out: how is the customer service system prioritized from an Islamic economic perspective, how are the services provided by bank officers to their customers, both Regular customers and Priority customers, and how how to view the Islamic economy on the excellent service provided by Bank officers to Priority customers. To find out the problems in this study, the authors conducted qualitative research. The data collection method used in this research is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. This data collection method is aimed at bank officers who usually serve priority customers directly. Interviews, observations and documentation were conducted in person on 4 December 2019 at the BSM Bogor Jalan Baru office. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that Prima services are intended for Priority customers, there should be no difference between regular customers and Prioritas customers. However, when viewed from the basic value of Islamic Priority Banking services, there is no problem as long as it does not harm other parties and does not deviate from the provisions set by Allah SWT.

Abstract

This research is based on economic democracy and its relationship with Islamic banking. In fact, intermediation encouraged by Islamic banking can create an economic democracy capable of maintaining the continuity of people's lives and existing natural resources, as well as increasing the independence of the nation and state of the Republic of Indonesia. Improvements in the implementation of economic democracy in Islamic banking must continue to be made. The main problem in muamalah Islamic banking is the element of benefit. If there is a problem, then it is very possible that the transaction is allowed. Islamic banking must continue to strive to apply the best practice profit sharing system. Thus there is an optimization of the implementation of the principles of economic democracy through a profit sharing system in musyarakah and mudharabah contracts. Thus, Islamic banking intermediation with profit sharing has become the main type of financing and is the backbone of Islamic banking.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of consumer protection for banking customers, especially housing. The purpose of this research is to find out the contract and mechanism of mortgage financing, the responsibility of bank BTN as a provider of mortgage products, and whether there are Islamic values in consumer protection at Bank BTN Syariah KC Bogor. This research was conducted at Bank BTN Syariah KCS Jalan Jendral Sudirman Bogor. This research is qualitative and the data collection method is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation at BTN KCS Bogor. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the contracts used in mortgage financing at Bank BTN KCS Bogor are murabahah and wakalah. Consumer protection still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Buying and selling gold on credit is a contract of transferring assets in the form of gold from one person to another which is done by credit. This study aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling gold on credit in Gold Installment Financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bogor Sudirman and to analyze how the law is buying and selling gold on credit according to the perspective of Islamic law. This research is included in the type of descriptive qualitative research, by reviewing various kinds of literature and criticizing the problems that exist in the field of sales and contract sales carried out on credit in the context of gold as currency. Then the sale and purchase of gold is only allowed to trade gold when the contract is cash and the value is the same, but if the status of gold is a commodity then buying and selling gold on credit is legally permissible.

Abstract

Sharia Bank business activities, one of which is the activity of placing funds at Bank Indonesia or the Central Bank, its function is to maintain excess liquidity in Islamic banks so that they can be channeled to Bank Indonesia, including SBIS FASBIS Demand Deposits and Others, contracts that usually used is a wadiah contract. In addition to maintaining the excess liquidity experienced by Islamic banks, placement of funds with Indonesian banks is carried out in order to maintain liquidity and also to fulfill BI's duties, namely by carrying out Islamic monetary operations. Against this background, the research question posed is whether and how placements with Bank Indonesia/Deposits in Bank Indonesia in terms of Current Accounts/Deposits, SBIS/Bank Indonesia Sharia Cerificates, FASBIS/Bank Indonesia Sharia Deposit Facilities, and Others/Other have an effect partially or simultaneously to Net Income? And what are the recommendations for contracts regarding placement with Bank Indonesia/Deposits in Bank Indonesia in terms of Current Accounts/Deposits, SBIS/Bank Indonesia Sharia Cerificates, FASBIS/Bank Indonesia Sharia Savings Facility, and increase a better effect on Net Profit. Whereas the variable X1 X2 X3 X4 has a significant effect on Y wake up seen from the results that are not that big because all the independent variables tested use wadiah contracts which are only savings contracts without profit sharing maybe in the future the contracts used can be more variously used by Bank Indonesia itself so that Islamic commercial banks do not feel too disadvantaged because they place their funds in Bank Indonesia rather than channeling them to the public.

Abstract

Placements with other banks are Investments with Other Sharia Banks both domestically and abroad in the form of, inter-bank Mudharabah investment certificates, mudharabah deposits, mudharabah savings, wadiah current accounts and wadiah savings intended for optimizing fund management. Placements with other banks are a component of earning assets with the aim of optimizing fund management. Therefore the bank must form an allowance to cover possible losses in the same currency. Based on the description above, what needs to be investigated is whether and how Placements in Other Banks are in terms of Current Accounts/Demand Deposits, Savings/Saving Deposits, Deposits/Time Deposits, Guarantee Deposits/Margin Deposits, Sukuk/Sukuk Settlement Funds Sinking Fund, and Others/Others, have a partial or simultaneous effect on Net Income? Then, what are the proposals for contracts regarding Placement in Other Banks in terms of Demand Deposits/Demand Deposits, Savings/Saving Deposits, Deposits/Time Deposits, Guarantee Deposits/Margin Deposits, Sukuk Settlement Fund/Sukuk Sinking Fund, and Others/Others, can increase a better effect on Net Profit? On the basis of this search, this research was conducted and the results were Placements in Other Banks in terms of Current Accounts/Demand Deposits, Savings/Saving Deposits, Deposits/Time Deposits, Guarantee Deposits/Margin Deposits, Sukuk Settlement Fund/Sukuk Sinking Fund , and Others/Others, have no partial effect on Net Income, but simultaneously have an effect on Net Income.

Abstract

Strategic risk is the risk that occurs as a result of the determination and implementation of the company's strategy that is not quite right so that the company suffers losses. Minimization must be carried out so that the bank's strategy is achieved and does not experience losses, especially for Islamic Commercial Banks that carry out mergers. Mergers or mergers in Islamic Commercial Banks between Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, and BRISyariah certainly have positive and negative impacts, where this strategic risk can have a negative impact on this bank. To minimize this strategic risk, consolidation and careful planning is needed from every part of the bank so that they can unite their minds in the newly formed bank.

Abstract

In an effort to maintain business stability of Islamic banks is not an easy job because Islamic banks are required to be able to compete with other banking institutions in running their business, especially in the development of products that are traded. In addition, Islamic banks are also required to be able to provide services according to the wishes of customers so that customers remain loyal to buy the services/products offered. The research aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy in marketing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch and analysis of sharia management on the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy in marketing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch. This research is qualitative in nature and its data collection methods use interviews, documentation and observation. Processing and analysis of data using interactive form of qualitative analysis method. The results of the research conducted found that (1) Implementation of the Marketing mix strategy, by combining Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Location Strategy and Lay Out, Promotion Strategy at BSM Bogor Branch in general can run well; (2) Sharia management analysis of the implementation of marketing mix strategies such as product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy in marketing Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Branch products through the functions of planning, organizing , actuating, and controlling found a number of things including BSM Bogor Branch has provided the best service to the community or customers, so that the bank is able to provide excellent service and customer care to the community or customers.

Abstract

The decision to continue studying at a university can be interpreted as a process of searching and taking steps to get results in continuing or continuing higher education levels. This is motivated by the existence of different student factors in choosing a study program and choosing a college to continue the student's education. Universities must be able to know what factors can influence students to continue higher education. This study uses quantitative research methods, this research data uses secondary data and primary data, the sample taken is 30 students of SMK Sahid Bogor which is a saturated sample, the data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, websites, and documentation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, partially that interest and motivation factors have no effect on the decision of Sahid Vocational School students to continue their studies at the Faculty of Islamic Business Economics, Sahid Islamic Institute, while socioeconomic status factors influence the decision to continue their studies. Simultaneously the factors of interest, motivation, and socioeconomic status have a significant and significant effect on the decision to continue the study, the coefficient of determination is shown by the R Square value of 0.257 or 25.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer interest in mobile banking services offered by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Dramaga. In this study using quantitative methods, by collecting data using questionnaires and google forms with Likert scale measurements, with non-probabilistic sampling techniques, and the method used was purposive sampling. The results of this study are; 1) the ease of use factor (X1) has a positive effect at a significance level of 5% partially on customer interest; 2) the safety factor (X2) has no effect on the 5% significance level partially on customer interest; 3) the time efficiency factor (X3) has a positive effect at a significance level of 5% partially on customer interest; 4) the ease of use factor (X1), the safety factor (X2), and the time efficiency factor (X3) have a positive effect at a significance level of 5% simultaneously on customer interest. With this research, it can be concluded that the factors of ease of use and time efficiency affect customer interest in using mobile banking services.
