Abstract

Motivation and work discipline are an important part of achieving good performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Language Center of Aceh Province. This research is a survey, the number of respondents is 31 people. Data analysis using statistical analysis models of correlation and multiple regression. The partial test results show that work motivation influences employee performance with a value of 0.429 or 42.9%. Work discipline affects employee performance with a value of 0.556 or 55.6%. After the t test shows that work motivation has an effect on employee performance of tcount2,151 > ttable1.645 and p value 0.040 < 0.05 means significant. Work discipline affects employee performance with a value of tcount2,552 > ttable1.645 and p value 0.016 < 0.05. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence between work motivation and work discipline on performance of 0.798 or 79.8% and 0.637 or 63.7% is influenced by other variables. After doing the F test, the number F is obtainedcount(24,537) > Ftable(3.070) and test the significance that the p value is 0.000 < p which is set at 0.05. The conclusion of the study is that motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Province Language Center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment, placement and training of employees on the performance of PT. Darussalam Berlian Motors either simultaneously or partially. This study used quantitative methods with a population of 70 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census method), where all employees are used as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed using the SPSS statistical tool version 26.0. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that partially the recruitment variable had a significant and significant effect on employee performance with t count (7.682) greater than t table (1.997). Placement variable has significant impact on employee performance with t count (2.381) greater than t table (1.997). and Job training has a significant effect on employee performance with t count (3.505) greater than t table (1.997). Simultaneously the variables Recruitment, Placement, and job training have a significant influence on Employee Performance with an F count (33.867) greater than F tabe1 (2.511). It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the Recruitment, Placement, and Job Training variables have a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Darussalam Berlian Motor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary and job experience toward employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah branch Keutapang Aceh Besar, either partially or simultaneously. There were 37 respondents as samples in this study. The result of study based on simultaneous test showed that the variable of salary and job experience have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah branch Keutapang Aceh Besar. The partial test also showed that both variable of salary and job experience significantly affect the employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah branch Keutapang Aceh Besar. This study showed that salary significantly affects employee performance with a result of t value (3,667) is higher than t table (2,032) as well as job experience that has significant effect which is t value (3,172) is larger than t table (2,032). In addition, salary and job experience simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Pegadaian Syariah branch Keutapang Aceh Besar which is F value (2,987) is higher than F table (3,276).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and peer support on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City, either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples in this study were 80 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data was collected through a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) assistance program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test to find out the significant both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of 5.648 greater than a ttable of 1.991. In addition, there is also a positive and significant influence on the peer support variable on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of 2.727 greater than a ttable of 1.991. Based on the simultaneous test, it shows that the variables of leadership style and peer support have a significant effect on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee motivation. The problem that arises is whether the work environment and work stress affect the work motivation of employees at the Kuta Cot Glie District Office, Aceh Besar District? The research design is a survey. This type of research is quantitative. The research sample is 29 respondents. the analysis shows that simultaneously there is a positive influence between the work environment and work stress on work motivation of 0.778 or 77.8%. After the F test was carried out, the Fcount (20,760) > Ftable (3,354) was obtained, which means it was significant. The partial test results show that the work environment has a positive effect on work motivation with a value of 0.697 or 69.1%. Work stress has a negative effect on work motivation with a value of -0.090 or -09.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch, both partially and simultaneously, that the recruitment and placement of employees was less than optimal and stable in the recruitment and placement of employees. This research method is a quantitative method, with the number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences). Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test meant to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of variables independent of the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The results in this study based on simultaneous tests show that the variables of recruitment and job placement of employees have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. The partial test also shows that the recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. Then employee work placement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and return on equity on stock prices in Telecommunications Sub Sector Service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2021. The population in this study are 19 telecommunications sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2021. The sample collection method used purposive sampling method in order to obtain 16 companies that met the criteria as samples and obtained 64 observational data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) affect stock prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio affect stock prices. Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) have no effect on stock prices.
