Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and peer support on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City, either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples in this study were 80 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data was collected through a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) assistance program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test to find out the significant both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of 5.648 greater than a ttable of 1.991. In addition, there is also a positive and significant influence on the peer support variable on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee motivation. The problem that arises is whether the work environment and work stress affect the work motivation of employees at the Kuta Cot Glie District Office, Aceh Besar District? The research design is a survey. This type of research is quantitative. The research sample is 29 respondents. the analysis shows that simultaneously there is a positive influence between the work environment and work stress on work motivation of 0.778 or 77.8%. After the F test was carried out, the Fcount (20,760) > Ftable (3,354) was obtained, which means it was significant. The partial test results show that the work environment has a positive effect on work motivation with a value of 0.697 or 69.1%. Work stress has a negative effect on work motivation with a value of -0.090 or -09.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch, both partially and simultaneously, that the recruitment and placement of employees was less than optimal and stable in the recruitment and placement of employees. This research method is a quantitative method, with the number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences). Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test meant to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of variables independent of the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The results in this study based on simultaneous tests show that the variables of recruitment and job placement of employees have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. The partial test also shows that the recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. Then employee work placement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on the work productivity of the Indomarco Prismatama Company, Banda Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 35 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census method), where all employees are used as samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed using SPSS version 29.0 statistical tools. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level. The results of the research show that partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a value of tcount (5.441) greater than ttable (2.037) with a significance value of p value 0.010 and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a value of tcount ( 3.011) is greater than the t table (2.037) with a significance value of p value 0.001. Simultaneously, motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on work productivity with a significance p value of 0.020 with fcount (5.170) greater than ftabe1 (3.285). It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Indomarco Prismatama Company employees in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract ​The aim of this research is to determine the influence of prices and promotions through social media on consumer purchasing decisions for coffee Lain Hati Banda Aceh, both partially and simultaneously. The total sample for this research was 99 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Research data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Hypothesis testing uses F test analysis and t test to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of research based on simultaneous tests show that the variables Price and Promotion via Social media have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions of Banda Aceh's Lain Hati Coffee. The partial test also shows that the Price variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers and the Promotion variable through Social Media has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers. Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline and motivation toward the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. The sample of this study was 20 employees. The result of the partial test on compensation influenced the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. Work discipline influenced employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. However, motivation did not influence the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. Furthermore, the Simultaneous Test among compensation, work discipline and motivation significantly affected the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. As the result, compensation partially has an effect on the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (3,989) which is greater than ttable (1,662). Work discipline partially influenced the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (4,364) more than the value of ttable (1,662). Motivation partially did not affect the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (1,989) more than the value of ttable (1,662). Moreover, competency, work discipline and motivation have simultaneously affected the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of Fcount (43,486) greater than Ftable (2,709).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work environment and workload on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study was 54 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data were collected through questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) assistance program. Hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results of this study partially showed that the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect with a tcount value (5.222) greater than ttable (2.008) with a significance of 0.020 and workload had a partial positive and significant effect where the tcount value (5.003) was greater than the ttable value (2.008) with a significance of 0.001. Based on the F test, the results show that the work environment and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency with Fcount (5.963) greater than Ftable (3.179) with a significance of 0.001. It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. It is expected that the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, pays attention to the work environment and workload to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study to analyze Return On Investment (ROI), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size on Stock Prices in Food and Beverages Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The selected sample of this study was 18 companies and the observation year was 4 years. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The variables of the application of Return On Investment (ROI), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Company Size and Stock Price were measured using a ratio scale, and the data used were secondary data. Analysis of research data using SPSS for Windows Software. The results of the study indicate that Return On Investment (ROI), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size together (simultaneously) affect Stock Prices in Food and Beverages Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. Return On Investment (ROI), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and company size partially influence the Stock Price of Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverages Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profitability, firm size and audit opinion on audit report lag in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population in this study are Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sample collection method used purposive sampling method in order to obtain 23 companies that met the criteria as samples and obtained 115 observational data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously profitability, firm size and audit opinion affect audit report lag. Partially, Profitability affect audit report lag. Firm size and audit opinion have no effect on udit report lag.
