Abstract

Abstract

Javanese society is basically a society that still maintains traditional clutures and ceremonies, as well as any ritual related to natural events or disasters, like mitoni, pregnancy, birth, circumcision, and death. This research aims to reveal the mitoni tradition in Air Panas Village, Rokan Hulu District. focus issue in this research is divided to two categories; the history of mitoni tradition in Rokan Hulu and analyzing people level’s understanding who perform mitoni tradition. This research uses anthropology perspective by participative observation, researcher is directly involved in the mitoni event. The result showed that mitoni event in Air Panas Village was carried in and preserved by Javanese transmigrants. And there are differences mitoni tradition between muslim and other religions. Non-muslim Javanese in Air Panas Village who perform mitoni tradition just bases on tradition of Java, while muslim Java perform mitoni tradition not only based on tradition but also by reading some surahs in al-quran like surah Yusuf and Maryam.

Abstract

The Prophet Dawud's fast is the first obligatory fast to be practiced by the Prophet in the month of Romadon, 1 SH. Number of days 354: 2 + 177 days. This fasting was practiced by the Prophet since the month of Romadon knew 1 SH after Prophet Isro 'and mi'roj in 1 AH until the month of Robiul at the beginning of 1 H. The fast of David had not explained the double reward. This fast is a baid fast or 3-day fast carried out on the 13,14 and 15 of each month, starting in 1 H. 3X10 = 30 days, the amount of 1 year 3X12 = 36 days X 10 reward = 360. Dawud fast = 177 days. Then in the month of Sha'ban in the 2nd year of H, the order of the Romadon fasting began in the month of Sha'bannya, to translate the Pausa Baid. In the month of Shawwal in the second year of H, a hadith about the sunnah fasting for 6 days of the month of Shawwal was issued, also a hadith on fasting Monday came out. Two observations of this hadith must be compromised. Namely the 6 days of the month of Shawwal are fasting Monday and Thursday. The minimum number of 6 days can be practiced in the month of dzuilhijjah. Because if 'Idil Adha' is Monday then Thursday, then the total is 4X2 = 8 days-2 days = 6 days, otherwise it can be 8 days. Then came out a hadith about fasting on jumu'ah, with the condition that the previous fast was Thursday, if there is an obstacle then the fast afterward is Saturday. Fasting mandatory romadon = 30 days + with fasting sunnah on Monday, Thursday and jumu'ah. 12X11 = 132 = 362 days. Dawud fasting 177 days - 362 = 15 days. Illegal fasting 5 days a year remaining = 10 days. The rest is the time for the qodo fast, nazdar kaffaroh on the other Mondays, Thursdays and jumu'ah. Besides this 3rd day. Finally, the current fasts with the Prophet Dawud's fast are almost the same at once. And this is the meaning of the verse كَمَا which means the same as QS al-Bqoroh 2: 183. The mandatory romadon fast and the sunnah fast is quite enough on Mondays and jumu'ah.

Abstract

In this recent years, social media has become a primary need for many people. Commenting on other people's statements, making complaints, finding old friends and uploading selfies exemplifies the activities in social media. From those, selfie uploaded is the most commonly done by society. According to Alfred Schuts phenomenological approach, there are two motives behind someone take selfie which are first, “in order to motive”. Someone intend to being famous and get more compliments/praise. The second one is “because motive”, someone would feel the peace/calm and satisfaction when taking a selfie and uploading it otherwise they would feel anxiety by not doing it. Regarding that motives, selfie could be transfrom as riya activity/deeds, because selfies are accompanied by the desire to get praise from human beings or something else, without wanting the pleasure of Allah SWT. The act of riya in a selfie can be prevented by avoiding areas that may appear riya deeds in it namely the area of worship, charity and clothing activities, based on the hadith of Imam Muslim number 3527, that riya can be found in worship and muamalah cases.

Abstract

AbstractThe rapid development of information technology makes the phenomenon of hoaxes more widespread and spread rapidly. Basically, in this sophisticated era, all information that is true and not, is of course easily obtained through internet access (social media) which is already familiar to all people, especially in Indonesia. For that, as good Muslims, we should wisely use social media and we need to clarify in advance the information that we can receive and share with the public. This paper discusses the phenomenon of  hoaxes in the Koran by using the perspective of maqasidi interpretation. The method used is a qualitative research method or library research with maqasidi interpretation approach. As for the conclusions that can be drawn from this paper, among others: First, in responding to the widespread phenomenon of hoaxes, it can be anticipated wisely in using social media and in disseminating news, it should first overlap or clarify and be selective in sharing the news. Second, things that can be done by a good Muslim to face and anticipate the occurrence of hoax phenomena are hifz al-‘aql (salvation of reason), hifz al-nafs (salvation of souls) and hifz al-daulah (nationalists).

Abstract

 Abstrak Tulisan ini akan mengekplorasi tentang kadilan yang terdapat pada al-Qur’an melalui pendekatan ma’na cum maghza yang berfokus pada surah al-Hujurat ayat 9. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (library research) serta memakai pendekatan hermeneutika ma’na cum maghza. Dari metode penelitian yang disebutkan, maka diharapkan untuk bisa menjawab persoalan-persoalan yang muncul terkait dengan keadilan yang ada. Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat di tarik dari tulisan ini adalah: adanya anjuran untuk tidak melakukan pertikaian antara suatu kelompok dan agar segera melakukan perdamaian dan kesejahteraan, serta adil dalam rangka membangun kedamaian dengan cara seimbang dalam mencari solusi dan saling rela maupun ridha. Yang mana adilnya tersebut sesuai dengan tipe-tipenya, saling menyalahkan terhadap yang salah serta membenarkan mana yang memang benar. Selanjutnya dijelaskan yang terdapat pada al-Qur’an pada cakupan lebih luas dan riil dengan sebenar-benarnya dan untuk saling bersikap adil dalam rangka memberi pelajaran kepada kaumnya baik siapapun itu. Terdapat penegasan didalamnya sekaligus juga ditegaskan oleh Allah SWT untuk berdamai, sejahtera serta tidak saling melakukan pertikaian, sebab Allah SWT mencintai orang-orang yang memiliki sikap adil atau bersikap adil.Kata Kunci: Al-Qur’an, Keadilan, Ma’na Cum Maghza, Perdamaian, Pertikaian

Abstract

Lately, cases of interfaith marriage have occured in many communities and it has caused a stir. Whats else is marriage between muslimah and non muslim men, this case caused controversy among muslims community. Among the commentators who were concerned about this problem were Rasyid Ridha and al-Maraghi. Therefore, this study will discuss their interpretation of the verses of marriage between muslimah and musyrik men and ahli kitab men. This study uses a comparative method. The results showed that the problem of marriage between muslimah and musyrik men, Rasyid Ridha only based on the surah al-Baqarah verse 221 in the establishing the law. While al-Maraghi strengthened it with surah al-Mumtahanah verse 10. In terms of methodolgy, they both adhere to the itthlaq al-lafzhi approach. Then the problem of marriage between mulimah and ahli kitab men, Rasyid Ridha was less strict in expressing his interpretation of the prohibition. While al-Maraghi is more assertive and cleare. In the terms of methodology, the adhere to the mafhum al-mukhalafah approach. Their interpretation of the marriage between muslimah and musyrik men and ahli kitab men is still relevant today.

Abstract

Rasulullah Saw has left the Alquran to his people as the greatest miracle that is unmatched and will be awake until the Day of Resurrection. Parents are obliged to educate their children to love the Alquran because the Alquran is a life guide for Muslims.Parents' methods of educating children include listening to Alquran readings to children, exemplary, family tadarus, story method, strengthening motivation to memorize the Alquran, pray for children to love the Alquran, and finding a good environment for children
