Abstract

Research on implementation of waste management policies at the port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya (case study implementation of the environment state minister Regulation number 05 of 2009) aims to describe and analyze port waste management policy implementation and analyze the factors that support and hinder the successful implementation of waste management port. Research using qualitative research methods. To determine the waste management policy implementation at the Port of Tanjung Perak port Surabaya, researchers used the theory George Edward III with variable Communication Research. Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. and requirements of the executive, while the reality in the field, still found the implementation of waste management is done by certain elements illegally. This condition would be detrimental to the State considering the international waste management port is also supervised by the world body IMO (International Maritime Organisation), this condition will affect the confidence of foreign parties, if this is not resolved, resulting in performance of port. While the structure of the bureaucracy of the party appointed to implement port waste management, namely PT. IPC Marine Service (PMSj is still not fully able to implement them on their own: these activities are still carried along Primkopal Koarmatim and partnership with PT. Petro Gas Main East Java. This gives rise to high costs. Hazardous waste management facility owned PT.PMS B3 still not received operating licenses for unfinished environmental impact assessment, the position of the facility located in the port area which is veiy risky to the port environment. Waste management in the port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya already he done with some supporting the disposition issued by the various stakeholders involved, while the factors that are supporting budget and limited of supervisor We hope the facility for the Tanjung Perak port will achieve to be best International Port in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (I) Determine the implementation Surabaya Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012 on sectorial asset management area. (2). Analyzing the implementation of the application constraints Surabaya Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012 on asset management area is located at 27-29 Ngaglik Surabaya. This study was a descriptive study Descriptive study (descriptive research). The residts of conceptual standards and objectives Regulation No. 14 The year 2012 is not clear, communication with outlying agencies DJKNyet, disposition is not consistently continue to province, so that the land conflict is still going on in the legislature. Surabaya City Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2012, particularly implemented in asset building in Ngaglik street No. 27-29 Surabaya very difficult to implement because these assets are assets of foreign heritage / china. Conclusion: Bylaw has not run as expected, while the inhibiting factor: the lack of standards and policy goals, communication with citizens is not the way, and a disposition less consistent. Suggestion: SKPD related to the implementation of the Asset Management conduct: (I), mediation with citizens. (2). optimize MoUwith DJKNXand BPN Surabaya region to help resolve the conflict. (3). Formidation laws with entering a foreign land

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing of facebook page in facebook site . Many owners offacebook page started to introduce new products with features of facebook page. Starting from the online store owned by individuals , large companies, small and medium enterprises (SME's), even an amateur businessman began developing his facebook page in facebook. The company delivered the message with varied forms of communication, with different purpose and intent of each message who sent by the company facebook page. The purpose of this research is to describe the marketing communication activities that occur between the companies and the consumers that happen in facehook page of 'Baju Batik Tulis'.This rsearch used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Collection of data is done by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Structured observations made in the wall of facebook page of 'baju batik t nils', starting from the 3 latest months when the research was conducted . Interviews were conducted to 20 respondents fans of 'baju batik tulis \ as an amplifier of observation data. Documentation technique is used to take the documents that stored in the Uniform Resource Locator ( URL ) of facebook page of 'Baju Batik Tulis \ This research found that marketing communications is applied by the owner in facebook page with varied strategies. Abstract

Growth and development in a country Is economy can not be separated from the role of private entrepreneurs large, medium and .small Not possible growth and development of road infrastructure and buildings, as well as goods - and services required by humans in the absence of the role of entrepreneurs. Government policies to foster entrepreneurial venture among rural communities is the real answer to solve the problem of poverty as well as a form of empowerment. Describe and analyze the perceptions and attitudes towards entrepreneurship growth. Finding models of economic growth of rural communities based on local wisdom . The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research findings; that the people are interested to become entrepreneurs, but they expressed less agree if the business that occupied a new business . They would agree that business will be done is to develop existing business . About the obstacles to he faced when they went into business they stated many obstacles, but the government support program growth entrepreneurs. Empowerment and entrepreneurial growth is memberikani government intervention in the economy and politics via affirmative action , NGOs, PT, figures, as private actors to improve human resources and organizers. Abstract

Focus of this study is the effect of quality of work life factor (compensation, participation, supervision, career development, physical environment, workplace integration) in commitment organization. This research is a quantitative study using regretion and sample in this research is using cluster sampling.This research is using SPSS 16.0 for windows showed that the factor of quality of work life (compensation, participation, supervision, career development, physical environment, workplace integration) have positive effort with employee organizational commitment. The result data SPSS showed that the compensation has dominant factor coefficients t 3,691 and physical environment doesn 't have effect to employee organizational commitment with coefficients t 1.9'6. Based on the results research, company should give training appropriate to the competence and give opportunity employee to socialize in their physical environment.

Abstract

Research is aimed to present the influence of the application of kaizen against the employee performance of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. Population in this research all of its culture and tourism dept. gerbangkertosusila 73 people, which amounted to and techniques of the sample in this research using a sample of the census. The, technique of collecting data obtained by the spread of kuisioner. The technique of linear regression analysis used f double by test and test it t as a test of an hypothesis.The results of tests indicating that the implementation of kaizen impact on the performance of employees of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. It showed that the better the application of kaizen to be implemented on culture and tourism dept. gerbangkertosusila will be able to improve the performance of tourism and culture gerbangkertosusila. The greater attention to the needs of company employees and the company will get reciprocal appropriate, namely productivity work yet.
