Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the stakeholders involved in the development of the suramadu region based on their influence (Power) and interests (Interest) in the area of the Suramadu Bridge on the Madura side (KKJSM). The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. With the crane technique data obtained by using direct analysis of research objects, namely the government, the public, the private sector that develops the upper area in the area of the suramadu bridge side of Madura (KKJSM). The results in this study show that the stakeholders involved in the development of the Suramadu village side Madura area (KKJSM) consist of primary, key and secondary stakeholders. BP-BPWS which is given the mandate as the implementing agency - the development agency of the suramadu region must be able to work together with stakeholders in reaching the circle. Meanwhile. Main Stakeholders are Community / Villagers who have less power with high interests such as smooth sales and accessibility for visitors and also benefit from visitors who come in the area of the Suramadu Bridge side of Madura (KKJSM). Stakeholders include BPWS as the development of the Surabaya region - Madura which has high intention and high power which also aims for political interests and project interests.Keywords: Potential of Rural, Marine Ecotourism, Tourist Attractions.

Abstract

This research is analyze the influence of training, the ability work and development career, of the performance of employees PDAM Kabupaten Kediri. As for research sample areas is 49 employees of PDAM Kediri. An analysis of this research using multiple linear regression using SPSS software, produced the following: all the variables was in also had an impact significantly correlates with the employee performance. For training variables influence the performance of local PDAM company employees tens of thousand of workers Kabupaten Kediri as much as 0.022. For work ability variables, influence the performance employees PDAM Kediri of 0.605 while for development carrer variable influence of 0.266 of the PDAM Kediri employee performances. This research result indicates that to enhance the performance of some of their workers, Kediri district local clean water companies PDAM should prioritize more on the ability of , because been disclosed in the research it produces the regression coefficient the greatest of all ( as much as 0.605 )

Abstract

City phenomena branding be trend in developed countries and developed with tourism sector.The potency advancement region, tourism city being one and phenomena draw to improve the attraction the community and created city branding surabaya including a town.In 2006, Surabaya city government with Surabaya tourism promotion board (STPB) launched Surabaya Sparkling as city brand surabaya city.Surabaya and city government STPB at that time launched branding many activities involving Surabaya city people. The design of esearch used was research and development (RnD). Research and development were developing or completing its turn as the improve existing products and could be accounted for. Of these products may be either standard operating procedures in the development of a model three-sectors partnership in building city shareholders have blocked a branding “Sparkling Surabaya” through services bus Surabaya Shopping and Culinary Track (SSCT). The result showed that it can be seen that there are still several weaknesses of service from the bus SSCT, this one of the development partnership tri-sector, comprising the government private and public.Third this element should form open collaboration and mutual provide added value when the collaboration partnership was taken to the technical csr creation will produce a comprehensive and working in all the circles.

Abstract

This research was intended to identify community empowerment program for the ex “Dolly” localization, Surabaya to the development of empowerment models which are effective for the affected communities of the localization. The closure of the localization of in surabaya (and some other cities) left behind problems on the affected communities (fuel price hike worried investors localization of extricating a person who begins) who termarginalyze from the economic life of cause have lost employment opportunities. Needed capable of bridge empowerment intermediate profession affected communities on a new job in normal life. Empowerment is the provision of capacity to target that can and able to solve the matter in more independent. Public empowerment be able run well and be more successful if the group seen as collective the community target. On that perspective be related to be concerned with community ecology context, where success empowerment also determinated by intervation of the concerned with character of society. Institutional ecology perspective allows the development of partisipatori of subjects in empowerment process. The research is qualitative study was conducted within the framework of post positivist paradigm. Approach that is used is phenomenology, intented capturing reality and meaning, and reveal that is behind the empowerment process to the people who affected communities of the cover-up were “Dolly” localization. The results of the analysis data expected to model empowerment to develop effective in the localization affected communities in particular.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to describe and explain: (1) school promotion strategy; (2) education and training provision strategy; and (3) graduate marketing and alumni coordination strategy.This study uses a qualitative approach under a multiple case study design. The results of the study show that:(1) school promotion strategy to maintain branding, introduce school, and anticipate changes in government policy; (2) education and training strategy, which consists of strategies related to curriculum and learning materials, such as enterprise, religious content and field-based competency (IT); learning in Production Unit; industrial internship programs; National Exam success strategy; strategy in building up students’ characters (disciplined, morality, and attitude); coaching teachers based on reward and punishment, sincerity, and performance assessment; and (3) graduate marketing and alumni coordination strategy conducted since the students are in class XII through the collection of students’ biodata, curriculum vitaes, and questionnaires, and continued until the students graduates through short message gateway, facebook, email, mailing lists, and direct data collection. Graduate marketings is performed with a target time (expired in 3 months) by leveraging relationships with industrial and business world, empowering organizational networks, as well as the empowerment of alumni.

Abstract

The main factor of employee assesment performance is very important to plan and evaluate of company overall. This study aims to analyze several variables that influence the performace employees of “Mekar” Departement store Kediri. The variables that referred to is dicipline and compenzation employees. Research methods that were used of these tests are quantitive within 73 people, “Mekar” depertment store Kediri as sampels. Statistic analysis technique that is used is using the tools of multiple regression with SPSS software.Based on calculation on obtained that the regression coefficient of 59.1% for variable compensation and 40.1% for dicipline variable. The results of this proves that employees will be had more a good performance , if all employees appreciated be compensated according to his job. The remembrance of compensation is the variable who is influential dominant on the performance of employees , so bloom supermarkets in the kabupaten kediri , it is expected that besides prioritizing financial compensation also non financial compensation to employees who performed well given a position promotion or an award as can also be done by providing education and training so that the employees more aggressive in in working.

Abstract

Increased political participation of the village community after the reformation, marked by increasing interest in the community to run for village head elections and village decision-making. Increasing village community participation certainly has hope that the neutrality of bureaucracy is maintained at the village level. So that the climate of political contestation at the village level runs ideally in accordance with the values of democratic life. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of bureaucracy politicization in winning candidate village head Aditya Dimas in Pilkades simultaneously December 26, 2016. Then, knowing the factors that cause political behavior are not neutral village officials and forms of violations in contestation Pilkades Sitimerto December 26 2016. This research using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The selection of qualitative methods with a case study approach was carried out because there were distinctive characteristics in the election of the head of the Sitimerto village in Kediri Regency. The results of this study show, firstly, that the practice of neutrality in village bureaucracy in the Sitimerto village case is not proven, that the village apparatus is not neutral in the village head election. Second, the factors that motivate village officials to be non-neutral in the case of the Sitimerto village head election are the widespread use of money politics as an attraction for material benefits to the village apparatus and political dinasty of incumbent. Third, a number of forms of violations of neutrality that occurred in the case of the election of the Sitimerto village head were proven that the village officials acted as cadres of the incumbent candidates and participated in distributing money politics to the villagers.

Contextual teaching and Learning (CTL) is one of english learning strategy which is appropriate to all situation. The human resources in mangrove batik small and medium enterprise are given an english practice that is valuabe for the future development of human knowledge, organization, and product market. Mangrove batik is a unique product which should be promoted internationally. In order to improve the human resources, learning english in spoken form is very important to support the basic communication in real situation and the development of mangrove batik smalland medium enterprise production.
