Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. JISAI memuat naskah hasil-hasil penelitian dibidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Komputer. JISAI berkomitmen untuk memuat artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas dan dapat menjadi rujukan utama para akademisi, peneliti dan praktisi dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yakni pada bulan November dan Mei dengan periode penerimaan artikel sepanjang tahun. 10 artikel pertama yang lolos seleksi akan diterbitkan pada periode penerbitan yang paling dekat. Sedangkan, artikel ke-11 dan seterusnya akan diterima untuk diterbitkan pada periode yang akan datang. Artikel yang masuk ke jurnal ini akan di-review oleh mitra bestari sebelum diterbitkan. Proses review artikel dilakukan secara double blind review yang mana mitra bestari tidak mengetahui siapa penulis artikel tersebut dan juga sebaliknya penulis tidak mengetahui mitra bestari yang menilai artikel tersebut. Jurnal JISAI merupakan jurnal akses terbuka (open access) sehingga seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal ini dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja oleh siapa saja tanpa dipungut biaya. Selain itu, untuk Submit dan Review Manuskrip adalah Bebas Biaya.

Abstract

Information technology has a huge impact on the educational aspect, especially in higher education institutions, as evidenced by the introduction of academic information systems. Pembangunan Nasional University Veteran of East Java is one of the universities that have implemented the Academic Information System (SIAMIK). SIAMIK of Pembangunan Nasional University Veteran of East Java is a web-based system used as a medium for dissemination of student academic information. The purpose of this study was to determine the SIAMIK quality of Pembangunan Nasional University Veteran of East Java using the WebQual 4.0 measurement model. Samples were drawn using simple random sampling and results were obtained for 391 active students at Pembangunan Nasional University Veteran of East Java. The data collection method was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and the data analysis method was the SEM-PLS method. As a result, an R-square value of 70.9% indicates that the quality of the SIAMIK website is affected by three variables in the original WebQual. The quality of the SIAMIK website has a positive effect on the satisfaction of student users. This is evidenced by hypothesis testing that the variables in this study are very important for user satisfaction.

Abstract

Along with the times and the increasing era of technology, the demand for safe, comfortable and modern homes is increasing rapidly, and the technology that is currently in high demand by people is IoT (Internet of Think), IoT allows users to control and monitor the state of their home. Because of its usefulness, the purpose of this research is to produce asystem design smart home combined with this detection feature for fires in the house. The technology applied is in the form of full control and monitoring of temperature and humidity, lighting control, fire detection, and gas leak detection.

Abstract

The development of the current era is increasing, people expect a technology that can facilitate their activities or work. One of them is in agriculture such as irrigation systems. The irrigation system is one of the factors that determine the success of agriculture because without sufficient water, most of the crops that become agricultural commodities will not thrive. However, the current irrigation system still uses the manual method which still has some drawbacks, for example, the use of too much water. As in chili plants, the amount of water to be given to chili plants cannot be determined. The easiest way to check is to make sure the soil is moist on the chili plant. For this reason, in this final project, a tool is made that can check soil moisture and plant waters automatically. This tool was built to make it easier for farmers to check soil moisture and provide water to plants, especially chili plants. This tool uses a soil moisture sensor or soil moisture sensor which is used to check soil moisture and send data to Arduino to turn on the water pump. In making this final project, a system is designed that is able to take advantage of the development of science and technology to facilitate the work of farmers. In this technology, a system was developed to open and close irrigation canals using a microcontroller that can be connected to the android application.

Abstract

Porang, known as tuber plant (Amorphophalusllus muelleri), is an edible producing plant because it is one family with suweg (elephant foot yam) and walur. Porang plants are widespread and used by the community. High economic value and great business opportunities encourage the community and entrepreneurs to cultivate porang plants. To say the least, they must encounter obstacles such as capital to plant porang, one of the causes of porang cultivation failure is pest and disease attacks. Research on the identification of pests and diseases of porang tubers was carried out using the Certainty Factor method. Firstly, the application development stage begins with the analysis and case study stages that generate information, data requirements and system requirements. Secondly, system and software design produces something, namely context, flow, entity relationship, table, and interface menu designs. The last stage is implementing and unit testing using XAMPP, PHP and MySQL. This research will produce an expert system for pests and diseases on porang tubers that can diagnose various pests and diseases with an average CF confidence value of 94.5% and the percentage of system suitability with expert diagnoses reaching 96.6%.

Abstract

CV Sinar Indah Sejahtera is one of the businesses engaged in trading/marketing where CV Sinar Prosperity acts as a provider and also as a distributor of basic necessities. For basic necessities, including rice, sugar, salt, peanuts, green beans, and also various other basic necessities. In order to improve the quality of sales and to establish communication and trust in consumers, CV Sinar Indah Sejahtera has the initiative to provide discounts/rebates to the best customers owned by CV Sinar Indah Sejahtera. Based on the above ideas, therefore we need a system that can process customer data which produces the best customer decision output, CV Sinar Indah Sejahtera. One of the roles of a Decision Support System (DSS) is to manage data using certain calculation methods which will produce a recommendation for a decision sequence. In this case CV Sinar Indah Sejahtera will use a decision support system using the MOORA calculation method to determine the best customer. From the test results that have been carried out from 5 alternative data, the best results are Mrs. Afui with a value of 35.9678 and second place is Aseng with a value of 29.5007 and the percentage of system performance is 80% which has been explained in the sub-chapter 4.2.4.2 Validation of Ranking Results with Facts.

Abstract

UPT-TIK is a technical service unit at UPN "Veteran" East Java which has a service function in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to all work units, including lecturer staff, employees, students and services to the general public. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many activities at UPN "Veteran" East Java to be switched online. To carry out activities online, assistance is needed from an information system that can process activities online. UPT-TIK as a technical service unit that serves in the field of Information and Communication Technology plays a large role in this matter to be able to provide services through information systems optimally. So it is important for UPT-TIK to be able to maximize the productivity and services of existing human resources. So in this study, measurement of the maturity level of services and productivity of human resources at UPT-TIK was carried out. The research was conducted by conducting a literature study, determining business goals, interviews, and analyzing and calculating the maturity level results with the framework used, namely COBIT 4.1.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it greatly af ected various sectors of life for all countries in the world, including Indonesia. With this in mind, the government has developed an m-health mobile application as a solution in reducing the spread of COVID-19, namely mobile-based PeduliLindung. The public is now required to use the PeduliLindung mobile application every time they visit public facilities. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing what factors can have an influence on the acceptance of the use of the PeduliLindung mobile application by the public. The research method was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents. After that, an analysis was carried out using the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and data processing using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. In this study, the results showed that 4 variables namely Performance Expectancy (PE), Ef ort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) had a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention to Use (BIUS) and overall the four variables only able to explain the influence on Behavioral Intention to Use by 47.1%.

Abstract

Information Technology is almost implemented in all companies, PT. Al-Yaubi is not one of the companies that have implemented a web-based information system. PT. Al-Yaubi is a Tour & Travel company. In carrying out a business process, there are factors that must be considered by the company, including the use of technology, maintenance, monitoring and regulations made by the company to support business processes. For the problem in the case study, the researcher will use the Monitor and Evaluate domain using the COBIT 4.1 framework which aims to measure how mature the company's information technology is. The research objectives are based on the process of maintenance, handling and compliance with regulations. The results of this study aim to reach the company's maturity level and provide input to the company for better, efficient and effective IT applications.

Abstract

The self-help home assistance program is an annual work program at the Sleman Regency Public Works Department. In determining the recipient of home self-help assistance at the Sleman district public works service, it is still done manually so that a lot of data is not stored properly and even is lost. In this study, the researcher aims to create a system that can assist in determining the recipients of self-help housing in Sleman district so that data can be well documented and the process of determining beneficiaries does not take time. This study uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method with an assessment of 13 criteria, namely roof covering damage, roof truss damage, column and ring block damage, brick and wall damage, frame damage, window shutter damage, door leaf damage, substructure damage. , damage to the floor covering, damage to the sloof, damage to the bathroom, damage to the bathroom, damage to drains. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of decision-making using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method resulted in a 100% match between manual calculations and the system with 75% test data.

Abstract

Discipline is very important in supporting school rules and regulations that must be obeyed by every student. Even with the existing rules, there are still students who violate these rules. With this, the school makes sanctions for violations that can have a deterrent effect on students so they don't violate school rules. Macedonia Ngabang Christian Middle School is one of the schools that has implemented sanctions against student discipline. However, for the provision of disciplinary sanctions, guidance and counseling (BK) teachers still experience problems in determining the appropriate disciplinary sanctions for students based on the violations committed. There are many methods that can assist in building a decision support system in determining disciplinary sanctions for students who violate school rules, one of these methods is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method is the right method for this research because it can determine the sanctions for violations based on criteria and sub-criteria based on predetermined weights. With a decision support system, it can help guidance and counseling teachers and teachers who teach in schools in determining appropriate disciplinary sanctions against students who violate school rules and regulations.
