Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. JISAI memuat naskah hasil-hasil penelitian dibidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Komputer. JISAI berkomitmen untuk memuat artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas dan dapat menjadi rujukan utama para akademisi, peneliti dan praktisi dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yakni pada bulan November dan Mei dengan periode penerimaan artikel sepanjang tahun. 10 artikel pertama yang lolos seleksi akan diterbitkan pada periode penerbitan yang paling dekat. Sedangkan, artikel ke-11 dan seterusnya akan diterima untuk diterbitkan pada periode yang akan datang. Artikel yang masuk ke jurnal ini akan di-review oleh mitra bestari sebelum diterbitkan. Proses review artikel dilakukan secara double blind review yang mana mitra bestari tidak mengetahui siapa penulis artikel tersebut dan juga sebaliknya penulis tidak mengetahui mitra bestari yang menilai artikel tersebut. Jurnal JISAI merupakan jurnal akses terbuka (open access) sehingga seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal ini dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja oleh siapa saja tanpa dipungut biaya. Selain itu, untuk Submit dan Review Manuskrip adalah Bebas Biaya.

Abstract

Currently, the beverage business competition is getting tougher, making each business owner want to provide the best for customers. Sedot.idn has been doing the selection of raw material suppliers manually so that the work done is less efficient because every time there is a change in price, quality, service and delivery time, sedot.idn business owners have to calculate and re-determine the supplier they will choose. With these problems, it is deemed necessary to make it easier to make work more effective and efficient by creating a system to help Sedot.idn business actors determine the best raw material suppliers for their business with the criteria of quality, price, service, and delivery accuracy. This system will be made using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique or commonly abbreviated as SMART. In this study, data collection and analysis will be carried out to draw conclusions to determine research recommendations for the best minimum raw material suppliers and produce a system that can help business actors Sedot.Idn Making a decision support system with the SMART method can help provide solutions for the head of the outlet owner in choosing the best supplier so that Sedot.idn business owners do not need to manually calculate in the supplier selection process.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic has had an impact on the economy of a country, especially Indonesia. The impact on the economic sector is the employment sector. The issue of employment on Twitter began to emerge when in 2020 last December when the corona began to enter Indonesia so that a wave of layoffs occurred. Indonesian people then use the media channel, namely twitter to comment about their condition. Twitter is one of the internet media channels created for social networking and a means of self-expression so that users who use Twitter will get their own satisfaction. This study tries to provide a perspective on an analysis of comments on Twitter related to employment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis is carried out using the Orange application, the process is carried out through the stages of preprocessing, transformation, filtering, tokenizing, and normalization. The next stage is automatic labeling using the Vader method, classification using the naive Bayes method and weighting using the TF-IDF method and calculations from the orange data mining application which are represented by the results of the extended confusion matrix. The data that the author analyzes according to the orange application is 3929 tweet data from 22-30 August 2021 by utilizing the Twitter Web Crawling API. The results of the orange data mining application show that the accuracy with Naive Bayes is close to the perfect number, which is 99% with the number of sentiments in the community as much as 25% positive, 11% negative and 64% neutral.

Abstract

Determining the choice of a study program to continue their studies in higher education for some people is not easy, in addition to what criteria must be used as benchmarks as well as information about costs, what facilities are provided, what infrastructure supports lecture activities are also basic things that must be considered. not so well known by many prospective students. In determining the criteria that become the benchmark for assessment, people who know or are termed experts, the problem is if the choice of the designated study program is not in accordance with the characteristics of prospective students, it will be a separate obstacle in completing future studies. This study discusses the process of selecting a study program for prospective new students using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on the most commonly used criteria such as costs, accreditation and facilities, which will be compared with all study programs at Proklamasi 45 University Yogyakarta. The results showed that the most recommended information engineering study program with a total weight of 0.1389 or 13.9% followed below that of mechanical engineering and industrial engineering with a total weight of 0.1367 or 13.7% and 0.1202 or 12, respectively. 0%.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi is a private school in Purworejo City which has library facilities as a support for teaching and learning activities and is a good school open to the latest innovations from information technology to support proper education. SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi still uses handwriting in library data processing. System the manual that is still running is not feasible in handling book procurement activities, book catalogs especially borrowing and returning books. In improving library services at SMK Muhammadiyah Purwodadi, a library information system was built using codeigniter. The information system development method uses the prototype method. The designed information system has the ability to manage member data, book data, and especially loan data and book return data. This information system can calculate the cost of late fees. The goal to be achieved in making a library information system is that it can be used for school libraries in order to meet the needs of using school library information systems as a tool to facilitate member services, search for book data, collect book collections, reporting systems, especially administration management of returns and borrowing collections. Abstract

Inventory management is very important for managing and optimizing the sources and quantity of goods owned by the Informatics study program. To improve good inventory management in the Informatics study program of Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS (ITB AAS), it is necessary to develop an inventory information system that can help manage study program inventory in a structured and transparent manner. In this research, it is proposed to develop an inventory information system based on Visual Basic.NET. This system develops applications that are used to manage inventory data within the ITB AAS Indonesia Informatics Study Program. This system is designed using the Visual Basic.NET programming language and has a user-friendly interface. In this system, users can carry out various activities such as searching for goods, borrowing, returning, and managing stock. In addition, this system is also equipped with user data management features and statistical reports to facilitate decision making. The application of Visual Basic.NET technology allows this system to have high speed and stability. In addition, an attractive and easy-to-understand interface design makes this system accessible to users from all walks of life, be it students, lecturers, or staff. With the Inventory Information System based on Visual Basic.NET in the Informatics Study Program ITB AAS Indonesia, it is hoped that inventory management will become more structured, transparent and efficient. This will improve the service quality of the ITB AAS Indonesia Informatics Study Program and provide great benefits for users.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh besar pada aspek pendidikan khususnya pada institusi perguruan tinggi. Pemanfaatan dari teknologi informasi bagi perguruan tinggi dibuktikan melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik. Salah satu Penerimaaan Portal Layanan Mahasiswa (POLAM). POLAM pada Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur merupakan merupakan sistem pelayanan administrasi dari Fakultas Ilmu Komputer UPNVJT yang memiliki fungsi terkait administrasi ( Keterangan Aktif Kuliah, PKL, Skripsi, Yudisium, Transkrip, KHS, Peminjaman Fakultas, Surat Pengantar dan Ttd Stakeholder di Fakultas) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis mengenai kualitas POLAM pada Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur menggunakan model WebQual 4.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana membuat kelembaban media tanam selelau berada di range 80% - 90% dan Membuat sebuah alat yang mampu mengontrol sistem penyiraman air dan kelembaban media tanam dengan menggunakan aplikasi android, untuk mengetahui data seperti pH pada media tanam, kelembaban tanah, suhu pada tanaman dan sistem penyiraman air otomatis yang nantinya data ini akan disimpan di firebase dan akan di akses oleh pengguna melalui aplikasi android. Adapun bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, Arduino Uno, NodeMCU ESP8266, Modul Sensor pH Tanah, Soil Moisture, DHT11, Relay 2 Channel, Implementasi ini merupakan tahap eksekusi dari desain yang telah dirancang sebelumnya, penentuan tata letak dari masing-masing sensor dibuat sepresisi mungkin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.Dalam proses perancangan akan lebih baik digunakan ruang tertutup dan pengaturan suhu agar proses perawatan tanaman terong dapat lebih maksimal. proses pengujian sensor masih mendapati sedikit nilai error sehingga diharapkan dapat diperbaiki lagi agar meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan pembacaan pada sensor, salah satunya adalah sensor cahaya LDR dimana sensor ini dapat mendeteksi intensitas cahaya dan dapat mengukur kebutuhan dari tanaman diuji

Abstract

STIE XYZ is a private high school located in Pasuruan Regency, East Java. In management related to student academics, STIE XYZ has used an academic information system to facilitate the Academic and Student Administration in managing student data such as grades, KRS, KHS, and other important data. In running an information system, it is necessary to measure the maturity level to find out whether the information system is running as desired. However, the academic information system at STIE XYZ has not yet measured its maturity level technically and structured. In this study, the measurement of the maturity level of the STIE XYZ academic information system focused on the process of monitoring, evaluating and evaluating performance, and the suitability of information technology performance, using the MEA01 (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance, and Comformance) domain in the COBIT 5 framework. aims to determine the maturity level of the Process Capability Model (PCM) of the application of academic information systems at STIE XYZ. With this research, it is hoped that the institution will be able to determine the suitability between the current conditions and the desired conditions in the STIE XYZ academic information system.

Abstract

Ada banyak toko yang membuka usaha penjualan produk wewangian, salah satunya adalah Evelyn Perfum, kondisi seperti ini membuat banyak persaingan di dunia bisnis. Maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem berbasis web dengan mengolah data transaksi penjualan menjadi informasi yang dapat membantu pemliki toko Evelyn Perfum dalam meningkatkat strategi penjualan. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma apriori dengan metode Association Rules. Aturan asosiasi adalah salah satu teknik penambangan data yang digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara item dalam kumpulan data yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Sistem ini dapat menentukan kombinasi dari kumpulan itemset, pembentukan kaidah asosiasi 2 itemset atau 3 itemset, perhitungan nilai support dan nilai confidence. Berdasarkan tabel analisa data transaksi penjualan periode 1 Januari 2020 sampai dengan 18 Juli 2020 mengetahui 2 itemset tertinggi adalah Pale Angel Wk => Catty Parry sebesar 51,52%.

Abstract

Abstract. Computers have become an important part of various human work activities in this digital era. Along with the rapid development of technology. However, the use of hardware there is no age limit. there are still many ordinary people who have not been able to analyze computer damage. And it takes an expert to analyze computer damage, later the system will be created to help make it easier for an expert to analyze computer damage in an effective and efficient manner. The solution that will be used is to use an artificial intelligence approach. The way it works is by doing sophisticated reasoning so that it will diagnose expert system damage from symptom input. Certainty Factor (CF) is one of the techniques used to provide certainty over a fact. A desktop-based application that produces an "Expert System for Diagnosing Computer Damage Using Certainty Factor". The test results from consultation with this system indicate that the system is able to determine the damage based on the symptoms, as well as provide the percentage obtained from the Certainty Factor calculation process.
