Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. JISAI memuat naskah hasil-hasil penelitian dibidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Sistem Komputer. JISAI berkomitmen untuk memuat artikel berbahasa Indonesia yang berkualitas dan dapat menjadi rujukan utama para akademisi, peneliti dan praktisi dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu Komputer. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 kali dalam 1 tahun yakni pada bulan November dan Mei dengan periode penerimaan artikel sepanjang tahun. 10 artikel pertama yang lolos seleksi akan diterbitkan pada periode penerbitan yang paling dekat. Sedangkan, artikel ke-11 dan seterusnya akan diterima untuk diterbitkan pada periode yang akan datang. Artikel yang masuk ke jurnal ini akan di-review oleh mitra bestari sebelum diterbitkan. Proses review artikel dilakukan secara double blind review yang mana mitra bestari tidak mengetahui siapa penulis artikel tersebut dan juga sebaliknya penulis tidak mengetahui mitra bestari yang menilai artikel tersebut. Jurnal JISAI merupakan jurnal akses terbuka (open access) sehingga seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan oleh jurnal ini dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja oleh siapa saja tanpa dipungut biaya. Selain itu, untuk Submit dan Review Manuskrip adalah Bebas Biaya.

Abstract

E-Business is one of the developments in technology and the internet. That is a service used for buying and selling online. E-Business is selling, marketing products through electronic systems such as the internet or other computer networks. In this study the authors found the problems that occurred, namely the absence of a special sales information system for Hamzah Batik to disseminate sales, the unavailability of facilities that function as product marketing media to the public so that it is difficult to provide information about various kinds of products as offered at Hamzah Batik. In this study the method used is SWOT and PEST analysis. SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method for evaluating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a business process. As well as this analysis method is used to systematically formulate strategic decisions related to important matters in a company. PEST analysis is a method used to analyze the external environment that can affect the company's business goals. This analysis includes analysis of political, economic, social, and technological factors.

Abstract

Rice is one of the staple foods that is an important commodity where rice consumption and production in Indonesia is very high. High temperature and humidity can cause rice to easily become damaged, for example the appearance of rice bugs, mold growth and an increase in the number of broken grains. In addition, the security of the rice warehouse must also be maintained to prevent losses such as theft. The purpose of this research is to create a system and tool that can monitor or maintain security, temperature and humidity in rice warehouses. The result of this research is a system and tool capable of maintaining temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius and also air humidity below 65% automatically. In addition, a picture of the situation in the warehouse will be sent via a special Telegram Bot to the user as a surveillance and warehouse security tool.

Abstract

Satu Potret Photography is a photography service company that provides various photo services, such as family photos, product photos, graduation photos, and other services. To improve the quality of service and customer loyalty, the company wants to implement an information system based on CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The purpose of this research is to design and implement a CRM information system using Wordpress as a popular and easy-to-use website creation platform. This CRM information system has features such as photography service reservation, customer testimonials, and catalog packages. This CRM information system is expected to support the company in offering promotions that match the customer’s wishes. That way, the company can improve service, sales, and build a good relationship between the company and customers.

Abstract

Kendaraan, terutama mobil, telah menjadi kebutuhan pokok yang penting bagi masyarakat modern. Mobil dipilih untuk beraktivitas karena dapat menampung lebih dari satu penumpang, menawarkan kenyamanan berkendara, dan melindungi penggunanya dari cuaca buruk. Namun, saat membeli mobil, konsumen sering dihadapkan pada berbagai kriteria yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, seperti berat mobil, kapasitas penumpang, ukuran mesin, daya maksimum, dan harga. Hal ini seringkali mempersulit konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan mobil yang tepat. Penelitian ini membahas proses rekomendasi mobil yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM). Metode ini mengolah data spesifikasi mobil untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi yang optimal bagi konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu calon pembeli mobil dalam memilih mobil yang paling sesuai dengan kriteria mereka, sehingga mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan solusi praktis dan efisien bagi konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan mobil yang tepat.

Abstract

A quiz contest is a contest of intelligence and brevity in answering questions involving mathematics, civics, social science, Indonesian, and others. The candidates for this competition are carefully chosen based on the aspects and criteria held by the organization. This selection process aims to discern candidates who can accurately and efficiently answer the questions given. A reliable method to spot the merited candidates is highly necessary for the procedure. Due to that background, this research aspires to develop a decision support system by the Profile Matching method. Profile Matching method consists of three aspects: intelligence, attitude, target, and nine criteria: knowledge, commitment, innovation, diligence, teamwork, discipline, honesty, focus, and creativity. On the test result report of systemic count and current situation with 20 participants, there were 16 participants whose data were qualified (80%) and 4 participants whose data were not.

Abstract

With the development of technology today, there are more and more users of electric motorcycles because electric motorcycles are a cheap, affordable and environmentally friendly means of transportation. The number of electric motorcycle users is not proportional to the level of understanding of the damage and the symptoms of the damage. To overcome this, this research creates a system that can help detect damage to electric motorcycles based on the answers to symptoms experienced by customers at the Bogi Power workshop. With this system the repair process becomes fast and efficient. This study uses 21 questions with answer choices (Yes, Sometimes, No) which are assigned a value to determine the weight. In order to make the right decisions in this research, the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method is used with the rules that have been used then look for the zscore and conclusions about the damage to the electric motorcycle. Abstract

Water is an essential resource for human survival. Sufficient availability and good quality of water are crucial for various daily activities. Water tanks are commonly used as a storage medium for water. Weather changes, pollution, and other factors can affect water quality. Hence, continuous water level and turbidity monitoring are essential in maintaining water quality. The Internet of Things (IoT) technology has emerged as a solution for monitoring water levels and turbidity in water tanks. This system provides real-time monitoring of water conditions in the tanks via the Internet. The objective of this research was to develop a system and device that could monitor the water level and turbidity in water tanks with the assistance of a camera. The results indicated that the system could maintain the water level by activating the pump when it falls below 20% and automatically shutting it off when it exceeds 80%. Moreover, the system will automatically notify Blynk if the water turbidity exceeds 25 NTU.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has now progressed rapidly. Humans try to overcome parking problems by adopting automatic equipment systems, replacing manual systems. One approach applied is to design an information model regarding the number of automatic parking areas around the parking lot entrance. This information system will display information regarding the number of parking slots available in the parking area. This research produces systems and tools that can monitor parking quotas using IR sensors. System users can park their vehicles as long as the parking lot is not full and the user's ID card has been registered with the system. By using RFID, the system allows users to park easily without swiping the card first. The system will automatically increase the parking quota if it detects a vehicle leaving the parking area. Based on the results of tests carried out to enter parking automatically where the parking quota has not been met and the ID card that has been registered can run well with a percentage of 98%. Meanwhile, the automatic parking exit system also runs well with a percentage of 98%. This presentation is influenced by the speed of the sensor in reading the presence of the vehicle.

Abstract

A website application must have a scalable, flexible, and reliable server infrastructure to facilitate the development of a system from design to distribution to users. With its various outstanding services, such as Google App Engine (GAE), Google Cloud SQL, and Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud has become one of the cloud computing service providers that successfully provides solutions to these infrastructure needs. The case study presented in this research is the development of a website-based car rental information and management system at Dampit Trans Solo company, utilizing cloud computing infrastructure. This system is developed to provide solutions for Dampit Trans company and customers by simplifying the company's business processes and providing a cost-effective website infrastructure. System quality testing is conducted using three methods: black box testing, System Usability Scale (SUS), and access speed evaluation. The black box testing showed that the system is functional and error-free. The SUS testing resulted in an average score of 80.04, interpreting the system as usable in real-world scenarios with a "good" rating range. Furthermore, the system demonstrated excellent website access speed performance after testing using Gtmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights, with an average page load time of 1.8 seconds and an A grade, and a website performance score of 95.
