Abstract

Limited information makes people have little knowledge of the early symptoms of Malnutrition in Toddlers. This disease must be treated quickly from an early age otherwise it will not get worse. This study aims to accurately diagnose the symptoms to provide fast, precise and accurate information in classifying the types of Malnutrition in Toddlers. This research is an expert system using Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The CBR method makes decisions from new cases based on solutions from previous cases. The data processed were 22 symptoms and 8 types of disease for 22 cases. The accuracy results are very good by being able to identify all types of malnutrition. So that this research can be used as a recommendation in speed to identify malnutrition in toddlers quickly.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi perkembangan kehidupan manusia, termasuk di bidang pertanian. Salah satunya adalah Sistem Pakar yang dapat mentransfer pengetahuan pakar ke dalam aplikasi komputer untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam mendiagnosis suatu kelainan atau penyakit pada tanaman padi. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang hama dan penyakit oleh petani dan terbatasnya jumlah tenaga ahli yang menangani permasalahan tersebut, sangat menghambat petani dalam mencegah permasalahan yang ada, oleh karena itu perlu dibangun Sistem Pakar untuk mengidentifikasi hama atau penyakit pada tanaman Padi di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Dengan diterapkannya metode inferensi Forward Chaining pada Sistem Pakar diagnosis hama pada tanaman padi dapat menjadi informasi dan pengetahuan yang akan membantu masyarakat atau individu untuk mengetahui jenis hama dan penyakit apa saja yang menyerang tanaman padi, tanpa harus menunggu dan mengharapkan jawaban langsung dari para ahli. Hasil dari kombinasi tersebut adalah Output berupa solusi hama dan penyakit padi. Sistem Pakar ini akan memudahkan petani untuk mengetahui jenis hama dan penyakit tanaman padi serta cara pengendaliannya. Diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Pakar ini para petani dapat terbantu dalam menentukan jenis penyakit yang menyerang padi mereka dan dapat melakukan pencegahan agar tidak menular ke tanaman padi lainnya.

Abstract

X-ray chest radiographs produce digital radiographic images of the chest area such as the lungs, heart and ribs. This image can visualize the lung condition of patients with COVID-19. The Edge Detection technique can see the edges of objects in the lungs of COVID-19 patients more clearly. The lungs of patients with COVID-19 are damaged due to the GGO (Ground Glass Opacity) COVID-19, namely there is white fog, the lungs look blurry at the edges or areas affected by the disease and also affect the area of ​​​​the area. This technique can make it easier for health workers to see X-ray results on objects in the lungs of COVID-19 patients and assist doctors in handling COVID-19 patients. With advances in the computer field in the application of image processing techniques, this Edge Detection Technique uses Matlab software to obtain edge and area images of clean lungs in COVDI-19 patients. The data used in this study were 30 samples of lung images of COVID patients and 10 images of healthy patients' lungs as a comparison sourced from Embung Fatimah Hospital Batam, which were processed in the grayscale stage, then the image was preprocessed with Intensity Adjustment then segmented with Active Contour and then using Edge Detection Technique. The results of this study were as many as 22 lung images produced an accuracy value of 73%. The image of the test results with the Edge Detection Technique to identify the edges of the object's lungs of COVID-19 patients which are quite clear by producing white pixels that are so visible. The perimeter of the right lung of COVID-19 patients ranged from 110,897 - 261,254 mm and Area 267,719 - 940,668 mm2, Perimeter of the left lung ranged from 114,613 - 262,943 and Area 170.616 - 856,993 mm2, while healthy patients as comparison had the right lung Perimeter range of 187,598 -270,624 and Area 514,947 - 1025.44 mm2, Perimeter of the left lung 182,226 - 287,358 and Area 480,592 - 901,418 mm2 means that COVID-19 virus infection reduces lung area, the range of COVID-19 lungs is lower than healthy lungs.

Abstract

Synchronous motor is an alternating current (AC) motor that operates with the prime mover as the initial rotation of the rotor until the rotational speed is equal to the rotational speed of the imaginary poles on the stator. In its application a 3-phase synchronous motor needs to be set in advance so that the resulting speed is stable. In this big task of Electric Motor Control, a speed experiment was carried out on a 3-phase synchronous motor using Mathlab simulation with Siemens motor specifications, namely 50 Hz, 400 V with 16kVA power and 1500 RPM rotational speed using PID control to control the speed of a 3-phase synchronous motor so that it is more stable. From the calculations that have been carried out and the PID tuning that has been carried out, the results show that the PID control can control the motor so as to produce a more stable and efficient speed in the industry

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tinggi. 76% kematian ibu terjadi di fase persalinan & pasca persalinan, Namun faktor-faktor risiko persalinan terjadi mulai dari fase sebelum & saat hamil (Sumber: EMNC (2019), Riskesdas (2007, 2013, 2018), Berbagai program yang telah dilakukan pemerintah berupaya untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu, baik secara promotif maupun preventif selama kehamilan dan menjelang persalinan. Perawat berperan penting dalam upaya meminimalkan serta menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu melalui metode Forward Chaining, Perawat dan ibu hamil harus berperan aktif dalam menemukan gejala dan faktor resiko selama kehamilan. Maternal Emergency Screening (MES) merupakan sebuah rancangan teknologi informasi menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dalam perawatan maternal berbasis web. Untuk merancang sistem pakar dari basis pengetahuan. yang dapat mempermudah ibu hamil dalam mengidentifikasi secara dini faktor resiko dalam kegawatdaruratan kehamilan serta mampu mengambil keputusan layaknya seorang pakar, mengidentifikasi faktor resiko terhadap wanita hamil serta ibu pada masa kehamilan. Menargetkan 16 penyakit masalah kesehatan ibu dan 43 data gejala penyakit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Forward Chaining.Penggunaan Maternal Emergency Screening (MES) memberikan peluang sebagai sistem skrining dini dalam menemukan resiko kegawadaruratan kehamilan serta membantu perawat untuk melakukan tindakan perawatan secara tepat dalam rangka menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Hasil prediksi digunakan untuk pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan, solusi penanganannya sebelum dibawa ke dokter. Sistem pakar dengan metode Forward Chaining berbasis web ini dapat berfungsi sebagai asisten HEWs dan pedoman praktis bagi mahasiswa kedokteran

Abstract

The health of a cat is an aspect and a major concern for someone who maintains it. Cats can be exposed to many diseases, one of which is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, also known as feline aids, is a disease that attacks the cat's immune system. This virus causes a decrease in the cat's immune system so that cats become vulnerable and susceptible to disease. This disease is difficult to detect because the symptoms are almost invisible. This study aims to explore new knowledge stored in the data list of cats suffering from FIV so that the cause of the disease can be known and how to solve it. The data used in this study were 50 data obtained from the Animal Hospital of West Sumatra with attributes of Body Weight (BB), Body Temperature (ST), Breathing (PN), Appetite (NM), Vomiting (MN), Dental Condition (KG), Feather Condition (KB), Skin Condition (KK) and yield. The data is processed using the C4.5 Algorithm method based on the symptoms experienced by the cat. After processing, the data will produce the entropy value and gain value for each symptom, then the right decision tree is made for cats with FIV disease. The results of this study are new knowledge about FIV disease in cats in the form of a decision tree from the symptoms they experience. The results show that there are 21 rules with the chosen determinant attribute, namely the Skin Condition (KK) attribute with a gain value of 0.398683. This research is useful for the community, especially those who keep cats so that they can be used as a reference in knowing the symptoms experienced by cats if there is an indication of FIV disease.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) provides standard recommendations for the prevention and spread of COVID-19 with the importance of face masks for protection from the virus. Technology can be used to help prevent viruses from spreading quickly through direct contact. Utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) based technology tools for public place entrances can be designed to perform rapid inspections. This can be done using image classification methods, namely Haar Cascade and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). This study aims to detect masks on the face using the python programming language and input data via a webcam camera. A total of 500 datasets of photos of faces without masks and 500 datasets of photos of faces with masks were used as training data. The test results using the Haar Cascade method have an accuracy of 80% while using CNN the accuracy is 100%. So that this study becomes a reference in identifying obedience in wearing masks.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program for providing conditional assistance to Beneficiary Families (KPM) who are designated as PKH beneficiary families. This PKH program provides cash assistance to very poor households (RSTM) that meet the requirements and are related to efforts to improve the quality of life in the fields of education and health. However, in the management of PKH data, several problems were found, such as in the distribution aspect. In the distribution aspect, it is often found that the distribution of PKH is not right on target or the distribution of PKH to families who do not deserve this PKH program. Various efforts have been made to overcome these problems, one of which is by making a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The decision support system with the SAW method can provide recommendations or support to determine the right PKH recipients. The SAW method is a weighted addition method, which is looking for a weighted sum of ratings for each alternative on all attributes/criteria. The result of the total score obtained for an alternative is by adding up all the multiplication results between the ratings compared across attributes and the weight of each attribute. The Decision Support System for determining PKH recipients using the SAW method provides the right results. The alternative is the highest order to have a good score on the criteria that have the highest importance and is very precise with real data so that the distribution of PKH is right on target.

Abstract

Voltage stability analysis is needed in the planning or operation of electric power systems. This will have an impact on decreasing the system voltage and result in a voltage collapse and will be fatal resulting in a partial or total system blackout. If there is a change in load on a line, it can cause a decrease in the voltage profile. Predicting the value of additional load on a bus based on a voltage stability analysis can be done to detect the occurrence of a voltage drop. There are various methods for analyzing voltage stability, one of which is the point of voltage instability which can be determined using the Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI) method. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is chosen in this problem to predict the value of the additional load.

Abstract

Temporary variables used in swapping technique on sorting algorithm. There are alternative swapping techniques uses pairs of + and -, × and / operators in the sorting process. This study aims to determine the duration of the sorting process uses the + and - operator pairs, the × and / operator, and the uses of temporary variables. By knowing the duration, it can determine the performance of each swapping technique. Important of this research it can contribute for advanced research or applied research. Data generated input algorithms in descending and ascending sequence. The input was sorted by 18 types of Bubble, Selection, and Insertion sort algorithm. Output sequence contrary from the data input. Duration sorting process obtained from the end processed time subtract by the start processed time. Sorting duration recapitulated to get the average duration of the sorting process so can be compared between swapping techniques. The test method has run 18 types of Simple sorting algorithms from 10, 50, and 100 data variants. frequency of each variant 10 times tests. The total data used 28,800 of integer types. Result of the average duration test that swapping uses × and / operators 306,236 milliseconds uses + and - operators 294,998 milliseconds, and swapping technique with temporary variables 294,557 milliseconds. The best performance showed by swapping technique uses temporary variables instead of uses pair of + and – operators, also used pair of × and / operators.
