Pekanbaru is one of the largest cities in Riau Province which is known as a civil city. Pekanbaru is also a city with a fairly high density of vehicles and causes a higher level of congestion. A sustainable transportation system can be a solution to current transportation problems and public transportation itself plays a role in providing effective and efficient transportation facilities for the community. The purpose of classifying the level of satisfaction of Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus users is to obtain knowledge and rules for the satisfaction level of Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus passenger services. The data processed in this study were 170 datasets sourced from questionnaires given to Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus passengers. Based on the data collection, what is done first is to find the optimal k value using the k-Fold Cross Validation method, while to find the classification of the level of service satisfaction of bus users using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The results of the classification of the level of satisfaction of bus users using the k-nearest neighbor method are as many as 0 people who are very satisfied, 5 people are satisfied and 0 people are not satisfied with the services provided. Meanwhile, the accuracy level generated based on the test results has an accuracy rate of 94.12% with the optimal k value is k = 5. The results of this classification can be used as a reference for Trans Metro Pekanbaru buses for policies in Pekanbaru Trans Metro bus services.

Melaksanakan Ibadah haji bagi yang mampu merupakan rukun islam yang kelima bagi umat islam, melaksanakan Perjalanan wisata religi khususnya untuk ibadah umroh semakin diminati masyarakat, AET Travel Indonesia Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Penjualan tiket pesawat, tour domestic maupun internasional dan terus berkembang hingga travel haji dan umroh, pada AET Travel Indonesia tentunya memiliki data yang bervariasi. Pengelompokan data jamaah umroh ini merupakan salah satu teknik Data Mining yang bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan data ke dalam subset data, sehingga dapat terbentuk tiga cluster, yaitu Sangat disukai, disukai dan Kurang Disukai berdasarkan variabel yang telah ditetapkan. dan dengan pengelompokan ini didapat kan pengetahuan baru sebagai strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan data mining. Dalam pengelompokan data jemaah umroh menggunakan metode K-Mean Clustering, akan dikelompok kan berdasarkan usia. Atribut yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data meliputi nama, jenis kelamin, usia, dan daerah asal. Sebelum proses perhitungan data dilakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan proses transformasi data. Setelah di lakukan perhitungan data yang telah dilakukan melalui software RapidMiner diperoleh anggota kelompok sangat disukai dari rentang usia mulai 41 sampai 70 tahun, kelompok disukai dengan rentang usia mulai 21 sampai 40 tahun dan kelompok kurang disukai mulai usia 1 sampai 20 tahun. Dengan di dapatkan hasil pengelompokan ini maka di dapatkan pengetahuan baru yang dapat memudahkan maneger dalam strategi pemasaran pada AET Travel Indonesia.

The Internet network during a pandemic as it is today is the main actor in all aspects. For example, obtaining information, economics, offices, education, and many more. Acute Respiratory Infection (ISPA) is. Diseases that can attack one or more parts of the respiratory tract, from the nose (upper tract) to the alveoli (lower tract) including adnexal tissues such as sinuses, middle ear cavity, and pleura. And ISPA is also a type of infectious disease, especially to people who have abnormalities in the immune system, the elderly, and children whose immune systems are not yet fully formed. ISPA is a contagious disease in the world caused by the main cause of morbidity and mortality. And ISPA can reach four million people die every year and 98% of them are caused by lower respiratory tract infections. In Indonesia even ranks first cause of death in children and adults. ISPA in Indonesia ranks first cause of death in children and adults. ISPA also occupies the list of 10 most diseases. To get precise and fast accuracy in classifying the symptoms of ISPA. In this study, there were 250 patient data sourced from the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic. Furthermore, the data is processed using RapidMiner software. Produced 3 clusters, namely cluster C1 (Ordinary ISPA) with 141 members, cluster C2 (Medium ISPA) with 17 members, C3 (severe ISPA) cluster with 7 members. . The test results for cluster 1 get 62 data sets, cluster 2 get 60 data sets and cluster 3 get 43 data sets. because the number of data sets from cluster 3 is smaller, the cluster can be called optimal.

Kebutuhan terhadap analisa pemakaian listrik untuk mendapatkan keputusan lebih akurasi terhadap BTS. Pengelolaan data pemakaian listrik dimanfaatkan untuk mendapatkan informasi penting yang tersirat didalamnya. Membantu user dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat terhadap BTS sehingga memudahkan dalam menentukan tindakan di lapangan. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang bersumber dari data pembayaran listrik BTS. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data, ditemukannya jumlah pemakaian/pembayaran tagihan listrik yang meningkat ataupun menurun secara drastis. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan pengolahan data Forward Chaining (pelacakan kedepan). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah sebanyak 20 BTS dalam status pemakaian normal, dan sebanyak 20 BTS dalam status pemakaian anomaly sehingga didapatkan keputusan sebanyak 5 BTS perlu dilakukan pembongkaran dan sebanyak 15 BTS perlu diperbaikan. Data hasil pengujian telah mengambarkan dengan jelas keputusan yang akan dilakukan terhadap BTS tersebut. Ini dapat memudahkan user dalam mengambil keputusan dengan lebih akurasi.

E-learning merupakan sistem pembelajaran berbasis jaringan. UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau telah lama memiliki e-learning yang berbasis Moodle, namun pada saat ini e-learning UIN Suska Riau digunakan secara masif. Pengguna utama e-learning ini adalah mahasiswa dan dosen, dalam penggunaan e-learning terdapat kendala yaitu pengguna kesulitan dalam memahami fitur dan kurangnya sosialisasi dalam penggunaan e-learning. Kendala yang dialami akan mempengaruhi dari penerimaan pengguna e-learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerimaan dari penggunaan e-learning. Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dapat mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna, dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel metode TAM yang sudah dimodifikasi yaitu variabel persepsi kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness), variabel kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Easy of Use) dan variabel penerimaan (Acceptance of IT). Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa 100 orang dan dosen 40 orang, Analisis proses data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil hipotesis yang diperoleh pada responden dosen dan mahasiswa adalah variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Acceptance of IT. Kesimpulannya adalah pengguna dapat menerima dari penggunaan e-learning.

The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a functional health organization in providing comprehensive and integrated services to the community. This organization is a community health development center that fosters community participation in improving public health services funded by the government. As the first health facility in providing health services, the Puskesmas is often visited by many patients who arrive at the same time. The number of patient visits that are too many is inversely proportional to the health workers who are on duty. This causes the ongoing health services to be less than optimal. To improve these services, identification of the type of disease is carried out so that better services can be prepared. The purpose of this study is to predict the type of disease in the future. The data on the types of diseases that were processed in this study from 2019 to 2021 were sourced from the Silaping Health Center. The data is processed by the Monte Carlo method. The results of this study are predictions of types of diseases in the future tend to increase every month, so that the Puskesmas must prepare more medical personnel who have expertise in their fields. This information can be used as a reference in the application of manpower to higher institutions to improve services. Thus, this system is very helpful in improving services by making it easier to identify needs for the future

A candidate for legislative member is someone who is sent to represent his political party in a legislative part which will be directly elected by the people through general elections. General election is a means of implementation in a democratic system to elect representatives of the people in the people's representative institutions directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. Legislative elections are a five-year democratic agenda that is held simultaneously, one of which is to elect members of the Provincial DPRD. Provincial DPRD is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as an element of provincial government administration. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to design a system that can determine the success of legislative candidates in the general election in the Jambi provincial constituency using Data Mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to test using Rapidminer supporting software, to test the system. Data Mining that has been built uses test data, and analyzes the output generated from the Data Mining system. The appropriate method for this research is Data Mining. Data mining is a data processing method to find patterns in data, the k-nearest neighbor algorithm is one of the classification algorithms on objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The data used and processed in this research is the data of the elected DPRD members for the previous period, namely the data of the 2009-2014 DPRD members, the 2014-2019 DPRD members' data, and the 2019-2024 DPRD members' data. The results of this study are a system that can provide recommendations for prospective Provincial DPRD candidates for the 2024-2029 period in choosing electoral districts that match the profile and have a greater potential for victory during the General Election based on profile data of elected DPRD members in the previous period.

The expert system using the Bayes method results in an analysis of oral diseases in cats. This expert system can be used by the general public to detect oral diseases in cats without having to come directly to the vet. Building an expert system software using the Bayes method to diagnose oral disease in cats equipped with solutions according to the indicated disease. The data that is processed in the expert system for detecting oral disease in cats is obtained from the results of interviews with animal disease specialists. The dataset used consists of 8 diseases. This expert system was built using the Bayes method. This expert system is made using a rule-based application and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The results of testing this method are the types of diseases according to the symptoms entered by the user and solutions for disease prevention indicated by the system. This expert system is useful for the community to find out oral diseases in cats without having to come directly to a veterinarian. And can help doctors work in improving the accuracy of oral disease analysis in cats.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many parties, this condition has penetrated the world of education, the central government to the regional level provides policies to close all educational institutions. However, the problem is currently, education in Indonesia and even the world is faced with a situation that makes teachers and students master distance or online learning, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the use of the C4.5 algorithm method used questionnaire data distributed and filled in by teachers who teach at SDN 14 ATTS Bukittinggi City which contains questions, namely the teacher's name, student name, subject, class, UTS and UAS scores, student obstacles during online learning such as students not having devices, students arriving late, uncooperative students. With this research, students at SDN 14 ATTS will get an appropriate learning method for each subject, so that students can absorb knowledge to the maximum and have satisfactory results in online learning. A Decision Support System using the C4.5 Algorithm can be applied in determining the right method for online learning for students so that they can better understand the material provided by the teacher and get satisfactory results in online learning.
