Abstract

Padang State Polytechnic (PNP) is one of the state universities located in the city of Padang, which has 39 Learning Laboratory Institution Functional Officials, who were later told by PLP. PLP is a Civil Servant (PNS) who is given the task, responsibility, authority and right to carry out activities in the field of learning laboratory management. The problem that occurs is that the PLP does not know the exact time of application for promotion and functional positions of each. Some of the difficulties occur in managing the sub-division of personnel in finding archives. This article is always increasing and accumulating each period of acceptance. So this research aims to process this staffing data to make it easier and to accelerate the promotion process. The method used is the Decision Support System (DSS) in identifying priorities for proposals for functional promotion. The DSS method used is Technique For Order Preference By Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The results of this study have the reliability in considering the shortest distance to the positive ideal solution and also the longest distance to the negative ideal solution. The alternatives and criteria used in this study consisted of 5 alternatives and 3 criteria. The value of ideal positive and negative solutions has a maximum value of K1 which is 0.66, K2 is 0.022, K3 is 0.05 and a minimum value of K1 is 0.1, K2 is 0.017, K3 is 0.022. The highest score in ranking is 2 people with a score of 1 and the lowest is 1 person with a score of 0.0008. So this research is very helpful in identifying promotion priorities appropriately.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase, so the government makes a program to control the rate of growth of the population, namely the Family Planning Program (KB). The implementation of family planning also has another objective, namely to reduce the risk of maternal death after childbirth. To measure the level of increasing target achievement of postpartum family planning participants. So that it can be a reference for the DPPKBP3A in carrying out the postpartum family planning program. Data from the Population Control, Family Planning, Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) District Lima Puluh Kota data processed in this study is data on the achievement of postpartum family planning participants from 2018 to 2020. Data processing uses the Backpropagation algorithm through several stages, namely the stage initialization, activation stage, weight training (weight change) and iteration stage. One of the results obtained from the calculation is the comparison of the target with the output gradient error in Suliki District in 2018, namely the target of 0.11311 and the result of the error gradient output is -0.1171. The prediction results obtained from this process become a reference for the Population Control, Family Planning and Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DPPKBP3A) of District Lima Puluh Kota to implement the implementation of postpartum family planning programs to the community the following year.

Abstract

Crime is all kinds of actions and actions that are economically and psychologically harmful that violate the laws in force in the State of Indonesia as well as social and religious norms. Ordinary criminal acts affect the security of the community and threaten their inner and outer peace. The research location is the Asahan Police which is an agency that can provide security and protection for the community, especially those in Asahan Regency. The problem that occurs in this location is that there is no prediction system in Asahan Regency, due to the lack of knowledge factor in processing crime rate data. So it is difficult to know how much the increase or decrease in criminal cases carried out at the Asahan Police. The data used are cases of murder, sexual harassment, assault, violent theft, weight theft, motorcycle theft, fraud and counterfeiting money for the last 5 years from 2016 to 2020. This study aims to predict the crime rate in Asahan Regency in order to anticipating the upcoming spike in crime. The system that will be made uses forecasting or forecasting. With the Single Moving Average forecasting method. The Single Moving Average method is a forecast for the time in the future. The results of the calculation of predictions for criminal cases in 2021 obtained 3 cases of murder, 2 cases of sexual harassment in 2021, 252 cases of maltreatment in 2021, 27 cases of violent theft in 2021, 348 thefts with a weight in 2021. cases, motorcycle theft in 2021, totaling 90 cases, fraud in 2021, amounting to 85 cases, and counterfeiting money in 2021, totaling 1 case. This result has an accuracy rate of 99% from the reality of the crime that occurred, so this study is very appropriate to be used to predict the crime rate.

Abstract

Efforts to increase the value of the quality of education for students as the next generation of the nation require teachers who have competence in providing education to students. The competence of a teacher can be assessed when a teacher has carried out his duties in accordance with the standard provisions he has. The ranking of potential teachers is used to motivate teachers to be active in carrying out each activity and is expected to have a positive effect on their work to face challenges in this era of globalization. The data that is processed for the ranking of teacher potential is the assessment data of elementary school teachers sourced from the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district. This ranking is based on several criteria and weights are determined. Furthermore, this ranking is processed using a system created by the researcher. This ranking uses a method called TOPSIS to assist researchers in ranking. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision support method with the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive and negative ideal solutions. The results of ranking with the TOPSIS method are able to support the ranking decisions of potential teachers using predetermined criteria. So that the highest value is found in the 5th alternative with a value of 0.7321 and the lowest value is found in the 1st alternative with a value of 0.2218. The ranking of potential teachers has proven to be able to help the South Coast District Education and Culture Office, especially the korwildik of the Batang kapas sub-district in determining prospective school principals.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious respiratory disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2). This disease first appeared in Wuhan, China and spread throughout the world. COVID-19 has had a major impact on public health around the world. On March 9, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Early identification of people with COVID-19 can help limit the wider spread. One of the factors behind the rapid spread of the disease is the long clinical trial time. Rapid clinical testing is a challenge facing the spread of COVID-19. Most countries, including Indonesia, face the problem of lack of detection equipment and experts in diagnosing this disease. Chest X-Ray is one of the medical imaging techniques and also an alternative to identify the symptoms of pneumonia caused by COVID-19. This study aims to identify pneumonia caused by COVID-19 and other diseases based on Chest X-Ray. 107 Chest X-Ray images used as material for this study were obtained from the General Hospital of Ibnu Sina Padang Indonesia, which consisted of 27 images of pneumonia caused by COVID-19, 51 images with other diseases and 29 images of normal lungs. Then pre-processing is carried out as an initial stage and then feature extraction is carried out. Furthermore, the learning and identification process is carried out using the Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm. In this study, 92 images were used as training data, and 15 images were used as test data. The results of calculations carried out using a network with a pattern of 16-100-100-100-2 obtained an accuracy value of 73%. The results of the identification prediction can be used as consideration in establishing a diagnosis of COVID-19 sufferers, but cannot be used as an absolute reference.

Abstract

Currently the Expert system has become a field of research for computer scientists as well as agricultural scientists for applications in various information development. The Expert System can be designed to simulate one or more of the ways an agricultural expert uses his knowledge and experience in making the diagnosis and passing on the necessary recommendations regarding nutritional deficiencies. Nutrient deficiency is a lack of food for survival in plants. The nutrient content of plant parts, especially the leaves, is very relevant to be used to identify nutritional deficiencies. Provide the results of a diagnosis of nutritional deficiency to farmers to be a benchmark for improving plant nutrients and providing good nutrition for hydroponic plants. The data used are nutritional deficiency data and symptoms as well as nutritional solutions obtained from farmer data at the Payakumbuh City Agriculture Office. The method used in this expert system is the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This method provides a diagnosis in the form of certainty or uncertainty of conditions in the rules used to conclude. The results of testing this method showed as many as 12 nutritional deficiencies were detected with 41 symptoms experienced. So that it can measure the level of nutritional deficiency that occurs. Expert System in Analyzing Hydroponic Plant Nutrient Deficiency Using Certainty Factor Method can show that predictions are almost 94% accurate.

Abstract

Caries is a dental disease that is often found, which is a disease of the hard tissues of the teeth in the form of continuous loss of mineral ions on the surface of tooth enamel, which is mostly caused by bacterial metabolism. A low level of awareness in caring for teeth causes a bad impact on dental health and on body health. At present time, people generally do not have knowledge of analyzing dental caries disease, which can later cause severe damage to teeth, such as the death of the dental pulp. This study aims to analyze caries disease using the Certainty Factor method. In this study, 50 data sets were processed, obtained from interviews with experts at the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic, Padang, Indonesia. They found several factors that cause dental caries disease in humans. The data was obtained from the medical records of patients who had undergone an examination at the clinic. The data is used to analyze the type of caries disease based on the guidance of the expert. The processing steps carried out are solving the rule, determining the weight value of each symptom and calculating the Certainty Factor value. The results obtained after testing this method show that there are 94% of people who suffer from caries disease, the type most often suffered by patients with superficial caries. The test results can analyze caries disease specifically, thus the expert system used can be recommended to help dentists analyze dental caries disease in humans

Abstract

SQLI (SQL Injection) and XSS are hacking techniques that are often used by hackers. This technique can find out the contents of the database by inserting a script on the website. This technique can be a threat if a website does not have security that can ward off such attacks. Hackers will look for loopholes using this technique in a login menu, searching, upload menu, input menu and URLs that have parameters ending in numbers, but not all websites that can be attacked use this technique if you don't limit the use of characters. This research was conducted to find out the gaps in a website that can be attacked with SQLI and XSS techniques and help optimize website security to avoid these attacks. Penetration testing will be carried out on a CV car rental website. Merdeka Auto Rental which is located in Padang City. This penetration testing uses SQLI and XSS techniques to find security holes in a website. The result of this test is that on the car rental website there are 12 gaps that are vulnerable to SQLI and XSS attacks, based on the results of these tests, a PHP script function is made that can remove all dangerous special characters. The script function is inserted in the PHP input, process and output files. The use of this script function does not apply to attacks other than SQLI and XSS so that if hackers use attack techniques other than that, this website is vulnerable to these attacks. After the script is inserted in the source code of the website, it can be concluded that the 12 known loopholes in the previous test without using the script function have changed status to not vuln or not vulnerable to SQLI and XSS attacks.

Abstract

Stroke is a disease caused by brain damage caused by disruption of the blood supply to the brain. At this time in general, people are still not very familiar with how this stroke disease or do not realize the symptoms that may have appeared from the start. People also tend to be hesitant to visit the hospital to check their symptoms and feel they are delaying further examinations. This is certainly a scourge that continues to make the number of strokes increase. In assisting the community in identifying stroke disease, an expert system is needed that is able to identify the type of stroke based on the symptoms felt. The data used in this study were obtained from Brain Hospital. Dr. Drs. M. Hatta Bukittinggi which was later developed into a website-based system using the PHP Framework Laravel programming language and MySQL as the database. The system is built based on the Naive Bayes method which is one of the Expert System methods that has a high accuracy value. The use of this system is expected to be able to provide knowledge to the public about the symptoms that might lead to what type of stroke the user might suffer, so that the user can use the results of the system as a reference to visit the hospital and immediately get more targeted help. This system can perform calculations that match the results of the doctor's diagnosis with an accuracy value of 100% in identifying the type of stroke from 10 data samples used.

Abstract

People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) as a trigger for people who suffer from disorders of thought, feeling and behavior cause changes in attitudes and behavior that hinder normal human functioning. Mental disorders as a syndrome characterized by a change in a person's behavior that will be associated with symptoms such as difficulties or disorders, as well as psychological functions and behavior that are not confident in dealing with people but can also be with that person. An expert system is an intelligent computer technology that is based on solving problems using inferential knowledge and procedures. As a problem solver, expert systems will also find it easier to make decisions or policies like humans do. This study aims to produce an expert system that is used to analyze mental disorders who can make similar decisions, as well as psychiatric specialists. The data processed in this study is scientific data on mental disorders ranging from types of mental illness, early symptoms of disease and patient diagnosis data by mental health specialists, then the data is processed using the Certainty Factor method and displayed in the form of a web-based application using the PHP programming language. and MySQL databases. The results obtained from testing the expert system using the Certainty Factor method show that there is a match between the results of an expert diagnosis of depression with a certainty level of 73%. An expert system for analyzing mental disorders using the Certainty Factor method can make it easier for sufferers to understand the type of mental disorder they are experiencing.
