Abstract

Rapid advancements in automotive technology have shifted consumer paradigms regarding four-wheeled motor vehicles, transforming them from mere transportation tools to lifestyle choices. This study investigates the influence of product quality, brand image, and lifestyle on consumer purchasing decisions regarding Mitsubishi automobiles in Kudus Regency. The research methodology employs an explanatory approach, amalgamating qualitative and quantitative data gathered from 125 Mitsubishi consumers.The analysis results reveal significant influences: product quality positively impacts purchase interest and decisions, brand image similarly exerts a significant positive influence on purchase interest and decisions, and lifestyle demonstrates a positive influence on purchase interest and decisions. Purchase interest also functions as a mediating variable between brand image and purchase decisions, as well as between lifestyle and purchase decisions. However, purchase interest does not mediate the relationship between product quality and purchase decisions. In conclusion, product quality, brand image, and lifestyle significantly contribute to the purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi consumers in Kudus Regency, with purchase interest acting as a mediating factor in several relationships. These findings offer crucial insights for manufacturers, marketers, and automotive industry practitioners to develop more effective marketing strategies that cater to consumer needs and attract the market.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Fariz Bread Factory in Cihaur Village, Majalengka Regency. Rapid growth in the business industry, especially in the culinary sector, requires companies to innovate in their products to attract consumer interest and ensure their satisfaction. This research uses descriptive and verification methods by collecting data through questionnaires from 94 respondents. The results of the analysis show that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The correlation between price and consumer satisfaction is moderate, while the correlation between product quality and consumer satisfaction is strong. Together, price and product quality can explain about 52.20% of the variation in consumer satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of maintaining reasonable prices and high product quality to increase consumer satisfaction. Company management is expected to pay attention to consumer preferences and maintain product quality standards and competitive prices to win in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development and influence of Problem Loans and Liquidity on Profitability at Perumda BPR Jatitujuh Branch, Majalengka Regency. This research uses descriptive methods and verification research methods with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports of Perumda BPR Jatitujuh Branch, Majalengka Regency for 2016-2020 which were obtained directly through interviews. The number of samples in this research was 5, namely 5 years of financial reports obtained using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 application. The research results show that partially non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on profitability levels and liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, non-performing loans and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability at Perumda BPR Jatitujuh Branch, Majalengka Regency for the 2016-2020 period. It would be better for Perumda BPR Jatitujuh Branch to pay attention to the criteria for prospective customers and handle problem loans carefully so that the credit being handled runs smoothly and there are no bad debts, as well as paying attention to the quality of credit distributed to avoid problem loans so as to obtain profits or income from credit. which was distributed amidst tightening liquidity ratios.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of Financial Literacy and Overconfidence on investment decisions among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pamulang. Utilizing a quantitative method, data was collected from respondents who participated in the Capital Market School. The analysis revealed that individually, Financial Literacy and Overconfidence do not exert a significant influence on investment decisions. However, when examined together, they collectively yield a significant effect. The Regression Analysis results indicate that Financial Literacy does not exhibit a significant partial effect on investment decisions. Similarly, Overconfidence does not demonstrate a substantial partial impact on investment decisions. Nevertheless, when analyzed collectively, both factors influence the investment decisions of students.This study emphasizes the importance of strong financial literacy as a key aspect in making informed investment decisions, albeit without significant individual impact. Conversely, Overconfidence, representing excessive confidence in one's abilities or knowledge, does not directly impact investment decisions on a partial basis. However, jointly, both factors significantly influence investment decision-making. These findings provide a basis for financial education within higher education to further emphasize enhancing financial literacy and awareness of Overconfidence in personal financial management and investment decision-making. Subsequent research could consider additional factors that may affect investment decisions and broaden the scope to different respondent groups or more complex investment scenarios.

Abstract

The capital market has become an alternative funding avenue supporting companies in expanding their operational scale and enhancing profitability. The evolving financial position has become pivotal in assessing a company's performance. Financial reports serve as tools to evaluate a company's financial health, playing a crucial role in decision-making and reflecting the company's performance. Financial performance factors encompass efficiency, technological advancements, and distribution balance. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and liquidity are primary considerations in assessing financial performance. This research employs an explanatory survey approach and descriptive-verification analysis. The sample involves manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012-2014. Secondary data collection methods involve content analysis of the companies' annual reports. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation, multiple linear regression, and F and t-tests are utilized to analyze the data. Descriptive data show that the CSR variable has an average disclosure of 0.2667, average liquidity of 2.0895, and average financial performance of 0.2034. Correlation reveals that CSR has a moderate positive relationship with financial performance (0.444), while liquidity exhibits a moderately stronger positive relationship with financial performance (0.502). CSR contributes 19.71% to financial performance, whereas liquidity contributes 25.20%. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that both independent factors, CSR and liquidity, significantly influence financial performance positively. Findings illustrate that CSR disclosure and liquidity hold a significant positive relationship with financial performance. CSR contributes 19.71% to financial performance, while liquidity contributes 25.20%. These results indicate the importance of CSR and liquidity as factors influencing the financial performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Human resources are considered the most essential asset for any organization, encompassing a myriad of potential, skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Effective management of Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in fostering a productive work environment. This study delves into the impact of workplace safety and health practices on employee productivity at PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia in Majalengka District.This quantitative research involved 99 respondents sampled from a workforce of 7,200 employees. The study utilized simple random sampling and employed various statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, linear regression, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing.The findings revealed that workplace safety, health practices, and productivity at PT. Shoetown Ligung Indonesia were rated moderately satisfactory based on the responses collected. Regression analyses demonstrated a positive and significant relationship between workplace safety and health practices individually with employee productivity. Moreover, the combined impact of both safety and health practices on productivity was notably substantial.However, the study highlighted that workplace safety, health practices, and productivity levels had not yet reached the expected 80% benchmark. This suggests areas requiring improvement in the workplace environment to elevate employee well-being and productivity.These results underscore the critical role of ensuring adequate workplace safety and health measures, indicating their direct influence on enhancing employee productivity. The study provides valuable insights into the significance of prioritizing safety and health measures within organizational strategies for achieving optimal productivity levels.
