In the maritime community to understand the writer tries to understand, distinguish between religious values and cultural values on the condition of religious and other forms of religious, then the writer can find methods of cultivation of religious values suitable for the maritime community. answer the problem about the condition of religious and religious forms and traditions that deviate from the teachings of Islam and trying to find solutions with preaching methods. This problem is answered by using narrative analysis taken from the Quran and the Hadith and the history of the prophet and the companions. In an attempt to answer these two problems, the authors trace the verses, hadith, history, the talk about books aqidah, morality, worship, and mission and culture. As the end of this writing is expected to give an idea of the value and nature worship, doctrinal camps, so that the character will appear with unclear how exactly it is worship in its relationship as a form of devotion to God Almighty in this case the increase in Aqidah, and repair Akhlaq, to realize a society Khaira Ummah.

The background process of the development of Islam in Iran initiated by the Caliph Umar bin Khattab in doing Expansion Islamic regions. 820 M. Persian practically the entire territory under the control of the full caliph in Baghdad. In the year 820 AD sprung too small dynasties and large in different regions of the Persian alternating control of the territories Persia. For example Tahiri Dynasty (820-872 AD) in Khurasan (Iran), Samanid Dynasty (892-999 AD), Gaznawi (999-1037 AD) and Saljuk (1037-1157 AD). Then came the Safavids (1501-1732 AD) through the movement of Shia congregation bermazhab. This research is motivated by the rampant phenomenon of regional election campaign (Pilkada) through candidate debate which is broadcasted directly by television mass media. Candidate debate is a model of political communication that is fairly newly dipratekkan in the election of regional heads in Indonesia. Despite the public's attention, the candidate debate in the communication perspective has not been widely seen as the subject of communiqué research. The research methodology used qualitative descriptive approach with semiotic analysis method. This approach is chosen because it is able to reveal various information by way of description in the form of verbal and nonverbal messages of a text in a special context that melatarinya. Data were collected through observation techniques, documentary studios and libraries as well as interviews of expert informants. The data were then analyzed using semiotics method developed by Roland Barthes consisting of two marking levels. The conclusion of the research results indicate that each candidate builds political positioning to form the image and the good impression in the mind of the audience. The comparison of the political positioning of the two candidate pairs is that Ahok-Djarot is a candidate for the regional head that is firm and straightforward, experienced, and secular with the nature of top-down policy making. While Anis-Sandi is a decent candidate for regional head and nurturing, pro people, and tend to be religious with the nature of decision making bottop-up.

Perception refers to the process by which we are aware of the stimulus that is about the sensory device and takes place at three stages: the stimulus of the sense device occurs, the stimulus is arranged, the stimulus is interpreted and evaluated. Perception distortion often occurs because the level of sensory accuracy has potential obstacles such as narrow thinking, stereotypes, and lack of cultural sensitivity. Performing perceptions of others is also complicated by the dynamic nature of humans in providing verbal and non-verbal clues. Perception has an influence on the quality of communication, because perception is an evaluation of information received and the basis in the process of establishing messages and relationships. Therefore, the improvement of perception accuracy can be done through (1) improving interpersonal attractiveness (2) communication style implementation in reducing uncertainty, (3) attribution process, (4) performing interpersonal confirmation.

Islamic career counseling is an accompaniment program conducted on High School Students / Equals through counseling and training process. This program intends to assist in determining career after finishing high school. This form of assistance is starting from potential mapping through the theory of multiple intelligences, making affirmations and goal setting, untilarrange self-efficacy. However, this paper contains the development of career theories and field experience of the author during running Islamic career guidance program in South Sulawesi.

The dynamics of Islamic media have a fundamental problem in the position of global communications controlled by Western hegemony so strong and become the main players. Islam does not have a significant position. Countries that have a majority Muslim people much depend on the information provided by the West, especially the United States. In terms of communication media, generally third world countries, including Islam only as consumers whose utilization has not been maximally felt by all citizens. Moreover, being a producer in creating communication media, it seems too far to be expected. The implications arising from such an Islamic position, in global communication, of course, Islam does not yet have the power to play a significant role. The presence of Islam in global communications is only limited to the discourse that has great potential to rise. In order to further enhance its role in global communications, Muslims should make systematic efforts to catch up. Efforts should be made are: First, make the teachings of Islam as a source of vitality of civilization; Second, establishing harmonious cooperation between Islam and the West, especially the media; Third, improve the ability of Muslims in the mastery of science and technology, especially communications and build world news agencies; Fourth, Islamic institutions can play their part in the global arena; Fifth, cooperation between Islamic countries needs to be improved.

The couple's relationship is the interpersonal relationship of the psychological level, so the interaction of information exchange is related to the matter of privacy (affection) so that thoughts and feelings are expressed in an over disclosure. Self-disclosure at the beginning of the relationship includes general messages not revealing privacy to penetrate relationships. Entering intimate stages of eruptions and disclosure of over disclosure can lead to a connection to penetration due to conflicting differences. The presence of couples conflict is effectively managed to keep the couple alive for a happy life, because each party in a familiar partner relationship aims to minimize suffering and maximize happiness. Conflict pair can give positive effect also negative effect. Negative outcomes: weakening relationships can erode satisfaction and commitment in relationships, undermine cohesion and work performance, increase anxiety and depression, and weaken the immune system. Positive effects of conflict if managed effectively include: preventing stagnation, stimulating interest, atmosphere, and solving problems, shaping identity, and allowing for change. The significance of communication is presented as the main approach in conflict resolution. Communication skills are the most important aspect of responding to conflict effectively.
