Abstract

The world has entered the era of information-based competition and it had become a valuable asset for business in winning its competition. Higher education also takes advantage of the information to streamline its academic process. PT. Augerah Karya Cipta is an online shopping based company and they keep developing every year, now the company has about 50 employees. PT. Augerah Karya Cipta is yet to be efficient in managing their employees’ salary as the number of their employees keep increasing. To redress the matter, they need a web-based information system and to successfully implement the idea, is to understand what the company need. Therefore, the writer chose “SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL PADA PT. ANUGERAH KARYA CIPTA” as the title, expected to simplify and to speed up the process of the company’s data regarding their employees’ salary.

Abstract

The arrangement of the design of measuring instruments for room conditions in a baby incubator connected to a personal computer (PC) is intended to make it easier for care workers or technicians in health institutions to care for the baby incubator equipment, officers do not need to take measurements whose results are inputted and analyzed manually. . However, all data from the measuring instrument is connected to a computer device and an Android application. The connection between the device and the computer uses the LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) software, while the hardware uses the Arduino UNO. The conditions measured on this measuring instrument are at room temperature, mattress temperature, humidity and noise levels. The sensors used are temperature sensors (LM35), humidity sensors (DHT11) and sound sensors (Mic condenser). This measuring instrument will display all readings in real time on the display (LCD 20 x 4). The reading connection in the LabVIEW software will perform readings according to the settings on the baby incubator, the reading data is five times with a shift time span of five minutes. After the measurement is complete, the results will automatically enter the Microsoft Excel program, the final result of the automatic average calculation and then sent to the Android application Thus the research and tools designed can help the relevant officers to carry out routine maintenance and can control or make repairs if there is a result of poor condition (early prevention). Abstract

Seiring perkembangan usaha baik dibidang jasa, Pendidikan ataupun yang lainnya, maka banyak berkembang pula media periklanan. Salah satu contoh media periklanan yang efektif adalah melalui media visual yang biasa dijumpai adalah running text. Dan pada saat ini untuk mengoperasikan media visual tersebut mengharuskan seorang operator. Dengan memanfaatkan media internet sebagai suatu transmisi dan menggunakan alat komunikasi yang bersifat mobile memungkinkan untuk membuat alat pengontrol running text yang dapat dikontrol melalui sebuah website yang tidak terbatas oleh seorang operator. Keamanan data dan akses data menjadi faktor penting dalam pengontrol running text via website, pemanfaatan jaringan client server merupakan suatu pilihan tepat. Agar tetap aman untuk diakses, setiap kali pemilik usaha ingin mengontrol atau mengganti tulisan yang merupakan iklan dari usaha yang ditawarkan, user akan diminta account login dan password. Abstract

This research discusses the feed pump pressure regulation system on water turbidity in the Depth Filtration process. The water purification system applies the depth filtration method by adjusting the speed of the feed pump based on the value of water turbidity. The sensors used are pressure transmitters which are used to measure the filter inlet and outlet pressures, as well as turbidity and conductivity sensors. To adjust the turbidity value of the water according to the clean water standard, the speed of the feed pump is controlled so that the water coming out of the filter outlet is in accordance with the clean water standard. In this system, PID control is applied using ciancone marlin tuning with PID parameters are Kc = 0.214779698, Ti = 0.39875, Td = 0.0625, with these parameters to reach the set point differential pressure requires an average rise time of 9.5 seconds, steady state 18.6 seconds, Settling time 11.8 seconds and over shoot = 2.55% and the value of water turbidity is 16.36 NTU.

Abstract

This research has succeeded in implementing a PLC-Based Temperature Control System for Transferring Image Patterns to Copper Boards in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Manufacturing. This tool is made to simplify and speed up the process of transferring image patterns to copper boards in PCB manufacture. This Regulatory System consists of HMI, PLC, Thermocouple, Transmitter Thermocouple, Heater, as well as iron coating mechanics. HMI serves to display the settings received by the PLC as well as a second controller. While the PLC functions as a data processing center needed by the system and the main controller, the thermocouple functions to issue an output in the form of voltage. Heater as a heater and Mechanics of iron layer as pressure on the copper board. The results of the research on this system are image patterns that can be transferred to the copper board automatically with a measured temperature range of 400C - 1000C.

Abstract

The faults Overhead line is generally caused by short circuit, overload, lightning surge, and tree. Distance relay is one of the protection equipments over the overhead line, and as the main protection by measuring fault impedance magnitude and comparing it to intended impedance. Distance relay setting has wide working area ranging from zone-1, zone-2, and zone-3. The setting must be adjusted when the equipment replacement exists. The replacement of overhead line conductor wire of ACSR 1 x 240 mm² into HVCRC 1 x 310 mm² and ACCC 1 x 310 mm² causing the necessity of re-setting adjustment in purpose of obtaining the appropriate one. This thesis is done by quantitative method which needs parameters in term of number. According to the calculation, the setting is obtained that zone-1 = 41,29257 Ω by t1 = instantaneous, zone-2 = 58,82457 Ω by t2 = 0,8 second, and zone-3 = 69,34377 Ω by t3 = 1,6 second.

Abstract

Planning for renewable energy for solar roof systems on house types 36,50 and 70 with the on-grid rooftop solar system design. Solar roofs are more aesthetically appealing and sleeker, the appearance of the roof is amazing which has a choice between textured tiles that blend into the building and can provide many advantages. Using the theory of calculating the area of the roof in the form of a prism, it can be seen the optimization of the area of the solar roof. The calculation results obtained, the larger the type of house and the length of the potential solar roof and the width of the potential solar roof, the more extensive the optimization of the solar roof area, the larger the type of house and the number of solar roof tiles required, the heavier the dimensions of the weight of the solar roof, the electric power. generated by the solar roof has the potential to save electricity to PLN, the economic investment of the solar roof that needs to be prepared with the calculation results for type 36 houses valued at Rp.194,504,000, type 50 Rp. 268,321,000 and type 70 Rp. 335,296,000.

Abstract

Reserves of fuel oil, especially those from fossil fuels, are dwindling, while the people's need for fuel oil is increasing. Dependence on fossil fuels needs to be addressed immediately. So it is necessary to develop renewable energy sources as alternative energy to replace fuel oil. One of them is by utilizing bioethanol as an alternative. The process of making bioethanol involves a distillation process. In this study, the design and performance test of an electric distillation apparatus was carried out by utilizing molasses as a raw material for making bioethanol. The aim is to determine the quality of the alcohol content in bioethanol which is processed using an electric distillation apparatus. Electrical distillator testing includes functional tests and performance tests. Functional testing is done by testing the components used in the tool so that it can be seen whether the tool is functioning properly. Meanwhile, the performance test of the electric distillator is an automatic performance test of a tool to produce bioethanol. The performance test procedure of the electric distillator was carried out using a bimetallic thermostat of 76ºC and 85ºC, to measure the distillation time and determine the alcohol content in bioethanol. From the results of the study, it was found that for an electric distillator that uses a bimetallic thermostat of 76˚C, the processing time of 70.43 hours produces bioethanol with an alcohol content of 61.7% and an electric distillator that uses a bimetallic thermostat of 85˚C with a processing time of 0.56 hours to produce bioethanol. with an alcohol content of 35%.

Abstract

The need for the use of engines that meet the criteria based on performance is a must in order to obtain the desired capabilities. In order to know the value of the performance of the machine product, sometimes testing is required. This test uses the DLE-170 engine by reading and analyzing parameters that serve to determine the torque, power, specific fuel consumption and efficiency of the engine. From the test results obtained the maximum power generated from the 32x10 propeller is 13,446 KW, while the maximum power generated from the 32x12 propeller is 11,034 KW. Specific fuel consumption (sfc) at 5000 RPM using a 32x10 propeller is 0.001066 kg/HP Hour, when using a 32x12 propeller at 5000 RPM the sfc value is 0.001223 kg/HP Hour. With the fuel efficiency produced by the 32x10 propeller has an average value of 17.061%, it can be said that the value of the test results using the 32x10 propeller is better than the 32x12 propeller.

Abstract

Rice husk is a rice-covering skin in which the rice husk will separate and become waste. Due to the continued abundant rice production, the amount of rice husk waste will also increase and not be processed so that it will accumulate to become garbage and increasingly damage the environment. In choosing this, take steps to improve the quality of the briquette press pressing machine using rice husk charcoal dough from a previously made machine. The purpose of this return is to produce a press machine for printing rice husk charcoal briquettes capable of printing rice husk charcoal up to 100kg / hour. The machine uses a hydraulic jack to lift the thrusters to press briquettes. The hydraulic jack is driven by a motor with a power of 0.4 HP. The jack is placed under the prop on the thrust which is connected to the engine frame which has dimensions of 770 x 455 x 240 mm. This machine is made with an estimated price of Rp3,024,500.
