Abstract

This article discusses how to formulate an Islamic economic design and the principles that form the basis of the economy. By understanding the design of the Islamic economy, it is hoped that you can get a complete and comprehensive picture in a nutshell about the Islamic economy which is composed of the roof, pillars and foundation. Although Islamic economics has several differences in its structure and sequence, in substance it is not much different, it is superior to other economies. There are basic principles in the design of Islamic economics. Some of these principles can generally be divided into three parts, namely: universal values, derivative principles and morals. Islamic economics is built on five universal Islamic values which are considered the foundations of Islamic economics including: ilahiyah, al-adl, an-nubuwah, al-khalifa and al-ma'ad. Then the derivative principles act as a pillar and consists of three principles including: multiple ownership, freedom to act and social justice. The last roof of the building is morals. Each of these parts forms a building and becomes a principle that can be used as an aspiration to formulate various theories in Islamic economics.

Abstract

The term consumption is not just eating or drinking, but is any use or use of goods and services that can directly satisfy one's needs. The purpose of consumption in Islam is to achieve happiness and prosperity in the world and the hereafter (Falah), so the way of consuming it must of course be based on Islamic values ​​and sharia in which it is not only concerned with material (worldly) aspects but also pays attention to other aspects of consumption. aspects of ukhrawi (hereafter). The method used in this research is literacy studies or library research. Literacy studies are written summaries of articles from journals, books, and other documents that describe theories and information both past and present, organizing literature into topics and documents needed. The type of data used in the author's research in this study is data obtained from the study of literature. From the data that has been obtained then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Conclusions from this work include ethics or norms that must be considered in carrying out consumption activities, the purpose of consumption for a Muslim is as a means of help to worship Allah, the Qur'an provides very clear and easy-to-understand instructions.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the profile of poverty and cases of entrapment of loan-shark in Pekarungan-Sukodono-Sidoarjo. This research also explores the efforts that need to be done so that the community can be free from loan-sharks. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis technique consists of the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study reveal that residents of Pekarungan-Sidoarjo who borrow money through loan-sharks are increasingly experiencing economic difficulties. Efforts that can be made in the context of releasing loan-sharks (poverty alleviation) are to increase zakat empowerment, increase the role of the Micro Waqf Board, and increase sharia financial inclusion.

Abstract

The background of the Lamongan Regency area which has tourism potential in the natural sector (marine, limestone mountains, and forestry), religion, culture and its location which is a downstream area of ​​three (3) major rivers in Indonesia makes it one of the tourist destinations in East Java province. This economic potential is in tandem with potential problems that arise (excessive reclamation, spatial planning violations, etc.) so that Lamongan Regency regional regulations are needed, so that their use can be felt in a sustainable manner, especially the strengthening of the smallest government in Indonesia, the Village Government, with the allocation of village funds that are comes from the APBN (State Revenue and Expenditure Budget). The number of tourism objects in rural areas that have become village icons or referred to as tourist villages without any regional regulations in the Lamongan district, makes the function and implementation less than optimal. The author uses a normative juridical approach to examine the legal rules related to tourism villages, both regarding the principles, objectives and functions of tourism, strategic goals, determination, submission, partnership and supervision.

Abstract

In an effort to improve good customer service, sellers must have the ability and must be able to create a sense of responsibility to consumers in order to create good expertise in the field of customer service. By holding a khiyar contract, consumers will feel satisfied because they can choose the desired product and do not feel disadvantaged. The method used in this study is a quantitative experiment with the formulation of the problem "How is the implementation of the book selling strategy on consumer satisfaction?" Then the second problem formulation is "How does the strategy of selling books through the khiyar contract affect consumer satisfaction?" As for the results of the research: first, that the H. Minan bookstore always provides good service to its consumers by giving time to choose the desired items. Second, that the influence of the book selling strategy through the Khiyar contract is quite large on consumer satisfaction at the H. Minan Babat Lamongan store. Because based on simple regression analysis Y = 3.236 + 0.824 X. The value of 4.06 is the constant value (a). The value of 0.824 is a regression coefficient, which means that any addition of 1. large enough to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Zaman serba modern ini menuntut kita untuk terus maju dan memanfaatkan media sosial sebaik dan sebijak mungkin. Salah satunya menjalankan bisnis online yang telah marak diperbincangkan di kalangan masyarakat, dengan menggunakan sistem dropshipping. Dimana model dropshipping ini memerlukan tiga elemen yaitu supplier, customer dan dropshipper. Biasannya dropshipper melakukan penjualan barang yang didapatkan dari supplier dengan perkembangan teknologi elektronik, dengan syarat dan rukun dalam fiqih muamalah yang menggunakan akad salam. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini: (1) Bagaimana penerapan jual beli online menggunakan sistem dropshipping? (2) Bagaimana penerapan jual beli online menggunakan sistem dropshipping menurut perspektif fiqih muamalah? (3) Bagaimana kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam sistem dropshipping di Toko Etalase Hijab Sendangagung? Pnelitian ini dengan pendekatan dan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah toko Etalase Hijab Sendangagung dengan fokus objek yaitu sistem jual beli dropshipping. Adapaun metode pengumpulan data ditempuh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Kemudian dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan/verisifikasi kesimpulan.

Abstract

Recently, Islamic boarding schools, one of the educational institutions, have begun to apply the methodology of building character (character building), bringing fresh air to the community. Not only transferring knowledge (transfer of knowledge) but equipping students and students to be able to empower themselves and the surrounding community, not only from the education sector but also other sectors. The role of Islamic boarding schools must be able to develop individual (charcter building) students to build social groups that have strong potential in filling the development of this country. Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have started practicing skills education. The aim is to find out the Islamic boarding school-based economic empowerment, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of Islamic boarding school-based economic empowerment. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research methods based on post-positivism philosophy. Economic empowerment provides all books and students' books. Supporting Factors for Empowerment Procurement of self-printed books so that the costs are lower but you still get benefits because there are no intermediaries so that the selling prices are also affordable.

Abstract

Abstrac: The most important part in selling a product is marketing. To achieve its goals, a company must have a strategy. To get and retain consumers, a company must be able to maintain consumer trust so as to give birth to a good image and finally can form customer satisfaction and loyalty so as to maintain the company's performance on an ongoing basis. To maintain consumer trust, a marketing strategy is needed that applies Islamic values ​​in every stage of marketing and operating the company. Marketing strategy greatly affects how sales targets are achieved. Is it increasing or even stagnation and even experiencing a decrease in sales turnover. This research is a qualitative research with an approach that aims to analyze the Islamic marketing strategy carried out by PT Samudra Sunan Drajat and find out the analysis of the potential of PT Samudra Sunan Drajat in increasing sales of salt products. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observation. The marketing division team was used as respondents and resource persons in digging for information on how Islamic marketing strategies have been carried out by the company. The results of this study show that the Islamic marketing strategy at PT Samudra Sunan drajat is imitating the marketing practices of the Prophet Muhammad by using the analysis of marketing mix variables with the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad: Products sold are of local quality, Determination of a price according to product quality, in increasing trust PT. Samudra Sunan Drajat applies the right of Khiyar or the right to return goods with due time, a very comfortable and very strategic place so that it is easy to produce and easily accessible because it is in the north coast area, and promotes products using social media such as Instagram and Facebook with video ads and Realpict (original image). From the results of research using SWOT analysis at PT Samudra Sunan drajat, that the implementation of PT Samudra Sunan drajat's strategy has many opportunities and strengths so that it can seize and take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats.

Abstract

Many women work in the fisheries trade sector because this sector is able to provide a regular source of income. Furthermore, the fisheries trade sector also provides a great opportunity for women's involvement because the work involved in the circulation of fish is very young and relates to the role of women. This Research focuses on the role of women in their work in the trade sector and whether the roles they build can create a bargaining position in decision-making in the family. Research was conducted in fish markets located in Kranji Village, Weru and Brondong, Lamongan. In the research, a descriptive qualitative approach was used, data were obtained using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Then data triangulation was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results show that the role of the fish trader women, who have an elusive sense of why they have to work, is very influential in improving the family economy. At the level of access and control, women have made advancement, although men's position still tends to be superior. To the same people, they have been interdependent and supported in their roles between husbands and wives

Abstract

Book of Kifayah al-Akhyar by Imam Taqiy al-Din al-Hishni or his full name with Imam Taqiy al-Din Abu Bakr bin Muhammad al-Husaini ad-Dimasyi is a scholar of fiqh and Sufi scholars who were born in the Shafi'i school of thought who was born in 752 H. and died in the year 829 AH which descended to the Prophet Muhammad. He studied a lot of various scientific disciplines of religion to the great scholars, Some of the works of Imam Taqiy al-Din al-Hishni; Systematic Discussion of the Book of Kifayah al-Akhyar is divided into two chapters; Syarah Method: Halli (elaborating), Providing arguments (istidlal from the Qur'an, as-Sunnah, Ijma 'and Qiyas and explaining a number of hadith lafadz, takhrij hadith, sanad, matan and quality of the hadith), Ta'lil (reasoning) /Critical study in presenting a law, Providing corrections (ta'qib), completing, detailing the law and also criticizing, quoting ikhtilaf and its raw qiq, and explaining common ground. Qiradh: Imam Taqiy ad-Din al-Hishni gives the same understanding between qiradh and mudharabah; Mudharabah in terms is a cooperation agreement between two parties where the first party acts as a provider of capital or shohibul maal, while the second party acts as a manager or mudharib. The profits obtained are divided based on the agreed ratio between shohibul maal and mudharib, while if there is a loss it is borne by shohibul maal except for the negligence of the manager. Mudharabah contracts can be divided into three; 1). Mudharabah Muqayyadah (bound); 2).Mudharabah Mutlaqah (not bound); 3). Mudharabah Musytarakah. Investment products by contract using the mudharabah principle instrument: 1). Mudharabah Bonds; 2). Mudharabah Sukuk; 3). Sharia Mutual Funds; And some Micro Investment products (Tamwil Products).
