Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the application of Sharia values and service quality on customer satisfaction (study at Bank BSI KCP Bojonegoro Sumberrejo). The population of this study was customers of Bank BSI KCP Bojonegoro Sumberrejo, with a saturated sample of 30 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variable application of Sharia values did not affect customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, partially the variable of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the variables of the application of sharia values and the quality of service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Consumption activities or efforts to fulfill the needs that humans want, one of which must make a sacrifice by giving up something of value or value with something that they want. In other words, there are many activities that we carry out, including those that we often do, commonly called buying and selling. Islam sees the concept of buying and selling as a tool to make people more mature in their way of thinking and carrying out various economic activities. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: 1) What are the objects of consumption, (2) What are the consumer behavior assumptions?, (3) What are the principles of consumer behavior, (4) Consumer satisfaction criteria The research method used in this research is the literacy study or library research method. Literacy studies are written summaries of articles from journals, books and other documents that describe theories and information both past and present, organizing literature into the required topics and documents. The results of this research concluded that: Consumption is not just an activity of eating or drinking, but is an activity of using goods or services that can directly satisfy individual human needs. Thus, consumption can be concluded as an activity to fulfill needs in order to achieve satisfaction. Assumptions. Consumption must prioritize aspects of morality and social responsibility. Consumption is controlled by at least five principles, namely: Justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity and morality. Factors that influence satisfaction. Consumer: Product, service, emotional, cost and price.

Abstract

Schools become producers of individuals who are intellectually capable and skilled. School is a formal educational environment, as well as forming students' personalities whose aim is to achieve 3 factors, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: How is Financial Management in Educational Institutions?, (2) What are the Principles of Financial Management in Educational Institutions?. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research methods are used to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning. Therefore, qualitative research does not emphasize generalization. The type of research used is field research, namely research going into the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The aim of financial management in educational institutions is to maximize company value, (2) the function of financial management in educational institutions is the main activity that must be carried out by those responsible in certain fields. (3) Financial Management plays a big role in running a company or educational institution because a good financial system will produce good products too.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, especially with increasing consumer awareness of halal products. This also drives up the demand for halal products, especially halal food and beverage products, which are the primary needs of Muslims. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of halal certification, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for food and beverage products at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch. In this research, Rocket Chicken is considered to be a very potential research object because it is one of the developing types of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operates in the culinary sector. The method used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression model by taking 66 respondents with the help of data processing using Eviews 10 software. The results of this research prove that halal certification and price have a significant influence on food and beverage purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Branch Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, separately, only the product quality variable was not significant. Therefore, MSMEs at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch must obtain halal certification, pay attention to product quality and price to increase consumer purchasing power for their products.

Abstract

Many women from the north coast of Lamongan work in the vegetable trading sector because this sector is able to provide a regular source of income. Apart from that, the vegetable farming sector also provides enormous opportunities for the involvement of women because the jobs that work in the circulation of vegetable farmers are very young. This research focuses on the role of women in their work that runs in the agricultural sector and whether the role they build can make a bargaining position in family decision-making. This research was conducted at a vegetable market located in Sendangharjo Village, Pambon and Sedayu, Lamongan. In this study used a descriptive qualitative approach, the data obtained using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then triangulation of data was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the role of women fish traders who have an incomprehensible sense of why they have to work is very influential in improving the family's economy. At the level of access and control, women have made progress, even though men tend to be in a superior position. For those same people, they have been mutually dependent and supported in their roles between husband and wife
