Abstract

An investment that reflects great interest in the community is stocks. Investors are advised to invest their funds in several stocks to reduce the risk of loss. This can be done by forming an optimal portfolio. One way to get the optimal portfolio is by applying the Black Litterman (BL) model. The BL model is used to optimize stock portfolios by combining market information with investor views. Market information is obtained using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Meanwhile, the time series method is used for investor views. This study uses the daily closing price of IDX30 stocks in the period January 2023-July 2024. The results of the study obtained optimal portfolio weights, namely INDF shares of 0.464220, and BBCA shares of 0.387546.

Abstract

The many tourist attractions in West Sumatra have the potential to benefit tourism actors in West Sumatra, especially in the packages or tourist routes owned by the Minangkabau Tour travel agent. However, in fact, not many tourists use the tour packages offered by travel agents due to several things, one of which is the less than optimal time and costs that will be incurred by tourists. Optimization of tourist routes is expected to be one solution so that tourists can return to using the tour packages offered by travel agents.Optimization is carried out by changing the tourist attraction data into a matrix form, then providing labels for each point. Determining the distance from the starting point to the tourist attraction and the distance from the tourist attraction to other tourist attractions. After that, form a tourist route using the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm.So there are four optimal tourist routes according to the Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, namely the tourist routes from each tourist group studied, namely S → C → D → A →B →S (group 1) with a distance of 333.7 km. S → I → H → G → F → E → S (group 2) with a distance of 628 km. S → L → J → M → K → S (group 3) with a distance of 455 km. S → O → P → N → T → Q → R → U → S (group 4) with a distance of 450.2 km.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan institusi ekonomi yang memiliki peran dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat secara kolektif. Namun untuk memastikan keberlanjutan koperasi maka perlu diadakan pemeriksaan kesehatan koperasi. Proses penilaian kesehatan koperasi membutuhkan sistem pengklasifikasian data guna membantu proses pengambilan keputusan penilaian kesehatan koperasi di Sumatera Barat. Metode KNN dipilih karena kemampuanya yang tinggi dalam mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan pola tertentu dan memberikan hasil yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hasil klasifikasi serta tingkat akurasi menggunakan metode KNN dan pemilihan k optimal dengan metode Elbow. Dari 84 data testing diperoleh 80 data tepat klasifikasi dan terdapat 4 data tidak tepat klasifikasi. Hasil klasifikasi 80 data tersebut diperoleh 62 koperasi berstatus sehat, lalu 1 koperasi cukup sehat, kemudian 11 koperasi kurang sehat, dan 6 koperasi tidak sehat dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95%. Sedangkan untuk  pemilihan nilai k  optimal menggunakan metode Elbow diperoleh sebesar 96% dengan nilai k = 3kata kunci : Koperasi, Klasifikasi, K-Nearest Neighbour, Elbow

Abstract

Olivia Bakery is a business specializing in the production of sweet bread in various flavors. Currently, the bakery faces challenges in production planning, as it struggles to determine the optimal number of breads to produce for each variant based on the availability of raw materials. The objective of this study is to formulate a mathematical model that incorporates the constraints of raw material availability, production time, and market demand to determine the optimal production quantities and maximize profits. This problem is addressed using an optimization approach with the Affine Scaling Algorithm. The research is categorized as applied research and utilizes both primary and secondary data obtained through observation and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the use of the Affine Scaling Algorithm generates a profit of Rp 635,117.00, compared to the average normal profit of approximately Rp 497,888.00. Therefore, this method proves to be more effective in increasing the company's profitability.
