Abstract

The growing growth of the banking industry creates increasingly fierce competition between the Islamic banking industry, so that it will make consumers have many alternative choices before deciding which bank to go to to conduct Islamic banking transactions. This study aims to reveal the level of understanding of the quality of customer human resources on customer decisions, perceptions of product differentiation on customer decisions. This study uses qualitative research, data collected by means of interviews (interviews), observation, documentation and then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The research results prove that customer perceptions of product differentiation, level of product understanding, and quality of human resources have a positive influence on customer decisions in Islamic banking. use the services of Islamic banking.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions that manage cash waqf are expected to be able to manage these assets in order to provide benefits in the form of welfare to the people. This study aims to analyze the management of waqf money made by Islamic financial institutions that earn mandate from the Ministry of Religion as the manager of cash waqf in Indonesia to date. This qualitative descriptive research was written based on on the literacy study. The conclusion of the research is that Islamic financial institutions – cash waqf managers need to optimize the management of cash waqf to developed in the form of Islamic banking products that are more welfare to society

Abstract

In contrast to banking-based financial institutions, regulations or regulations governing risk management and supervision of Islamic microfinance institutions with cooperative legal entities (BMT) are still minimal and still very weak. BMT as a microfinance institution only relies on internal regulations. This study aims to determine the implementation of liquidity risk management in BMT Maslahah. This study concluded that liquidity risk management at BMT Maslahah is managed professionally and neatly with layered supervision. the risk management process includes identification, measurement, monitoring and control carried out systematically with good risk management standards

Abstract

This research is descriptive research, while the method used is the survey method at the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative. In this study, 20 samples were used for each cooperative which were determined based on simple random sampling. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and analysis tables. The results in this study are as follows: 1) The condition of the business environment of the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative has a medium category 2) the successful performance of the Tani Sadar cooperative and the Gunung Madu cooperative has a category 3) there is a tendency of the relationship between the business environment and the successful performance. Suggestions that can be given regarding this research are: 1) the government and NGOs as facilitators, must support and develop cooperatives to be independent so that cooperatives do not always depend on facilitators. With the existence of independence, the cooperative will exist. 2) The management of the cooperative must often conduct counseling to its members, this is to create a sense of trust in the members of the cooperative so that members will participate more often in activities. 3) cooperatives must be more open to their members so that members will feel confident in the cooperative

Abstract

Poverty is a common problem in every country. Meanwhile, zakat is one of the instruments Islamic public finance, one of which is as a medium for distribution of wealth and alleviation poverty. Yatim Mandiri is one of the amil zakat institutions that manages zakat which is has an economic empowerment program through the Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera (BISA) program. Study it focuses on the CAN program. This study uses a qualitative method with a approach descriptive technique where the data found are presented and then analyzed. This research held at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri. The results of this study indicate that the distribution strategy Zakat Yatim Mandiri uses two methods, namely, the consumptive method, and the productive  method. Fund distribution zakat through the Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera economic empowerment program  by providing loans Revolving capital has a positive impact on the business development of  program participants
