Abstract

The research was conducted so that companies can determine the minimum amount of Label product inventory in the warehouse, so that consumer demand can be met properly. There are three types of labels discussed in this research, namely Pakcoy, Kale and Spinach labels. Non-fulfillment of consumer orders is the basis of this research. If the company cannot meet consumer demand in the expected quantity, there is a risk of losing the opportunity to make a profit. Efforts are needed to control inventory. Determining the amount of inventory is carried out using the min – max method. The results of this research show that the safety stock for Label Pakcoy is 3388 pcs, Kale 1672 pcs and Spinach 1562 pcs. Minimum inventory for Label Pakcoy is 13618 pcs, Kale 8096 pcs and Spinach 5434 pcs. The maximum supply for Label Pakcoy is 20460 pcs, Kale 12848 pcs and Spinach 7744 pcs. Meanwhile, the number of production rounds for Label Pakcoy is 6842 pcs, Kale 4752 pcs and Spinach 2310 pcs.

Abstract

In the industrial sector, the quality of a product is a very important factor. The quality of the resulting product is determined based on the measurement or assessment of certain characteristics. PT. Smart Teknik Utama is a manufacturing company that produces railroad parts, one of which is the Deflector Axel Counter. This study was conducted to determine whether the existence of the production process of making this Axel Deflector Counter within the limits of statistical control or not, by using a statistical control tool, namely Statistical Process Control. The results of the analysis using the Xbar-R control chart for the type of variable defect & the P control chart for the type of attribute defect indicate that there are points outside the control limits, meaning that the production process is not under control or there are still deviations. Then identified using a fishbone diagram that the factors causing product defects come from the method, machine, man, material, and environment. After knowing the factors causing the disability, a proposed improvement was made using the 5W1H concept. The improvement proposals obtained include the need for more thorough inspection of the materials used, supervision and re-checking of the machines to be used, improving work methods for the better, providing skills training for operators, and providing safety & comfort to operators during the production process.

Abstract

Proses penentuan posisi radar saat gelar perang sangat penting dan diperlukan agar operator radar dapat menemukan posisi yang menguntungkan serta dapat melakukan pengaturan yang tepat sehingga radar dapat mendeteksi objek dengan baik. Hal tersebut diperlukan sebab perangkat lunak yang digunakan umumnya menghadap ke arah utara, sehingga penting bagi operator radar untuk dapat membaca dan menentukan arah mata angin dengan baik. Pada proses ini diperlukan ketelitian dan akurasi tinggi untuk menentukan arah mata angin dan posisi radar, sedangkan proses penentuan arah ini masih sering menggunakan cara manual dengan membaca kompas analog atau digital yang belum terintegrasi dengan perangkat lunak radar. Kejenuhan indra pengelihatan dan kondisi fisik operator sangat mempengaruhi ketelitian dalam pembacaan arah mata angin tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang alat yang mampu membaca dan menentukan arah mata angin dengan tepat secara otomatis (auto kompas). Sistem auto kompas ini menggunakan sensor giroskop yang akan mendeteksi pergerakan dan perpindahan unit radar. Data yang dihasilkan dari sensor giroskop akan diolah oleh mikrokontroler menjadi sebuah informasi, sehingga akan memberikan titik koordinat yang akurat dan dapat bersinergi di medan tempur.

Abstract

Along with development Knowledge and Technology ,, especially in development industry as well as for help work human nature routine, use system control has Lots done man good for automation equipment industrial , office nor for needs control equipment house personal .. One of lots of controllers used in industry is PID ( Proportional-Integral – Derivative) controller . PID controller aim for repair response system , for example reduce or remove error steady state or enlarge speed response . In research this will controlled speed cars ,, esp for car wheeled four. Speed car need controlled for avoid speed car outside potential control happen accident moment drive . Based on characteristics from the object to be deeply controlled matter this speed car, then used PID controller because controller This based on the criteria very suitable used for control speed car . From the results the simulation done the following data were obtained : (1) Rise-Time (rising time) R s about 0.27 seconds from specifications provided < 5 seconds , (2) Maximum Over Shoot 5 % from specification Which has determined previously yeah < 10% , (3) Settling Time Ts= 2.71 second, and (4) Error Steady State 1% . Special for controller PID, value satisfying constant condition from the specifications given are K p = 0.026, K I = 0.5325 , and K D = 0.125, respectively. Abstract

UPTD Industri Logam bergerak di bidang pelayanan untuk menjangkau IKM (Industri Kecil Menengah) di daerah yang memiliki potensi pengembangan IKM yang bergerak di perlogaman. Satuan Pelayanan tersebut yaitu : Satuan Pelayanan Pengembangan Indutri Logam Bandung, Satuan Pelayanan Pengembangan Indutri Logam Sukabumi. Satuan Pelayanan Pengembangan Indutri Logam Bogor. UPTD Industri logam harus melakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan dengan baik, agar dapat memenuhi kepuasan IKM (Industri Kecil Menengah) terhadap pelayanan UPTD Industri Logam yang disediakan. perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan untuk menjaga tidak terjadinya mesin tidak berjalan optimal, umur mesin cepat berkurang, kecelakaan kerja pada operator mesin. Tujuan artikel penulisan ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui isu yang harus segera di tindak lanjut penyelesaiannya di satuan pelayanan bandung UPTD Industri Logam. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data di lakukan selama 4 bulan (19 September 2023 – 19 Januari 2023) menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pengamatan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat isu yang signifikan tentang perawatan mesin yang mengakibatkan umur mesin cepat berkurang dan hasil pengerjaan mesin kurang memuaskan konsumen. Gagasan kreatif untuk penyelesaian isu-isu yang ada di satuan pelayanan bandung UPTD Industri Logam dengan pembuatan kartu kontrol perawata pada setiap mesin. Pembuatan kartu kontrol pada setiap mesin di lengkapi dengan QR Code untuk memudahkan dokumtasi.
