Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in 5 kg LPG at PT. Two Princesses of Latjinta Kendari. The sample in this study were 40 respondents who used and purchased 5 kg LPG gas cylinders at PT. Two Princesses of Latjinta Kendari. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results of the study found that partially price, promotion and service quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously price, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer's Decision to Use The Services of Bunda Rida Salon. Thesis, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. Guide I: Mr. H.Muh.Zabir Zainuddin, and Mentor II: Mr. Suyuti HM. This research aims to find out the influence of service quality and price on customer decisions to use the services of Salon Bunda Rida. To achieve these goals, qualitative and quantitative data, data collection techniques are used with observations, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study is a customer of Salon Bunda Rida. The samples in this study used multivariate analysis (correlation or multiple regression), then the number of sample members was at least 10 times the variables studied (independent + dependent). In this study there are 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable (there are 3 variables), then 3 x 10 = 30. So the number of samples in this study is as many as 30 respondents. . The data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses and using hypothesis tests, i.e. partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant and positive influence between the quality of service and price on the decisions of customers, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty at UHO Kendari pharmacy both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is quantitative by using survey method with explanatory survey design. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The type of non-probability sampling used is purposive sampling with judgment sampling with respondent criteria so that the sample in this study is 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. In managing data and drawing conclusions, the researchers used the SmartPLS program (Partial Least Square). The results showed that the product had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Place has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. With a high enough R-Square value in influencing the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis tepung terhadap kadar karbohidrat dan sifat organoleptik dalam pembuatan kerupuk stick tempe.(2) untuk mendapatkan jenis tepung yang tepat dalam pembuatan kerupuk stick tempe. Pelaksanaan Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen. Perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah menggunakan tiga jenis tepung yaitu tepung terigu (A1)250 gram, tepung sagu (A2)250 gram dan kombinasi tepung terigu 125 gram dan tepung sagu 125 gram (A3) . Parameter yang diamati adalah parameter kimia berupa kadar karbohidrat, dan organoleptik berupa warna, aroma, rasa dan kerenyahan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Jenis tepung berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar karbohidrat kerupuk stick tempe.(2) Jenis tepung berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap sifat organoleptik warna, rasa dan kerenyahan kerupuk stick tempe, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap aroma kerupuk stick tempe. (3) Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan penggunaan tepung kombinasi tepung terigu dan tepung sagu dengan kadar karbohidrat 55,60%, warna 4,2 (suka), aroma 4 (suka), rasa 4,3 (suka) dan kerenyahan 4,4 (suka).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of profit and feasibility level of AZ Laying Chicken Farming in Talumbinga Village, Sabulakoa District, Konawe Selatan Regency.The results of this study indicate that the AZ Layer Farming Business Income Analysis in Talumbinga Village, Sabulakoa District, South Konawe Regency is profitable and feasible to develop.The farmer's profit generates a net income of IDR 84,715,000 per year or IDR 7,059.583 per month and a B/C-Ratio of 1.44.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Konawe Islands Sub-Branch of Southeast Sulawesi Bank. This research is whether the financial performance of the Konawe Islands Sub-Branch Sultra Bank using the CAMEL (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning and Liquidity) method is in a healthy predicate? Therefore, the goal to be achieved is to determine the financial performance of the Konawe Islands Sub-Branch Sultra Bank using the CAMEL method. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods using a comparative approach, because the data used are in the form of numbers. The results showed that the financial performance of the Konawe Islands Sub-Branch of Southeast Sulawesi in terms of solvency (CAR) in 2019 was 5.21% healthy and in 2020 it was 38.62% unhealthy. In terms of the Quality of Earning Assets (KAP), it is healthy, namely 3.96% in 2019 and 4.09% in 2020. From a healthy Net Profit Margin (NPM), in 2019 it was 67.78% and in 2020 it was 63.08%. In terms of profitability (ROA) according to healthy BI standards, in 2019 it was 6.99% and in 2020 it was 5.03%. Meanwhile, in terms of liquidity and profitability, the Bank's financial performance is not healthy, both BOPO and LDR ratios. The BOPO ratio in 2019 was 185.61% and in 2020 it was 177.23%. The value of the LDR ratio in 2019 was 161.41% and in 2020 it was 139%, because it exceeded BI standards and was unable to utilize existing assets to obtain maximum profit and did not perform costs well.

Abstract

Skin care or skincare has started to become a necessity due to the urge to have a better appearance. One of the cosmetic industries that has been successfully introduced to the wider community and still survives to this day is Viva Cosmetics. Viva cosmetics have a lower price, have a good brand image and are widely used by Indonesian women. Consumers today are very critical in choosing to buy a product. The purchase decision is one of the consumer's choices to determine the choice of something they want. The demand for an increasingly quality product makes every company compete to improve the quality of its products in order to maintain the brand image of the products they produce. Purchase decisions by consumers certainly involve the influence of the price of a product. According to Kotler (2015: 345) Price is the sum of all values provided by customers to benefit from owning or using a product or service. If the price offered is in accordance with the income of consumers, of course consumers will buy the product. Moreover, these products already have a good brand image, so that consumers will no longer doubt the products being marketed. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.0 for Windows. Determination of the number of samples through purposive sampling technique, as many as 60 respondents. The results of the analysis prove that brand image and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy, namely the marketing mix which consists of products, prices, promotions and places applied by UMKM Sederhana, can increase sales of UMKM Sederhana chips products. This type of research is qualitative, namely research that is descriptive and tends to use narrative. Data collection techniques from this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by UMKM Sederhana is to have quality products, the price is in accordance with the quality of the product, the distribution area is easily accessible and the promotions carried out have progressed by utilizing social media in sales which is currently very much needed because of the limited outside activities. outside the home due to the covid-19 pandemic so that many supermarkets are closed and the addition of two chip products from UMKM Sederhana, namely carrot chips and cashew cactus which have not been produced by many other businesses so that they are expected to help increase sales turnover from UMKM Sederhana.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari. To achieve this goal, qualitative and quantitative data are used, data collection techniques by observation, interviewes and literature study are used.The population in this study were all employees of the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari, totaling 25 people. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique or census method. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using simple linear regression and using hypothesis testing, namely partial t test and determination R test.Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect between work stress on employee performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari with a tcount 6,205 > ttable 2,069 with a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05. So that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Based on this, it shows that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Location and Promotion on the Decision to Purchase Ready To Drink Bottled Tea Drinks (RTD) Kedai Three Thai Tea Awunio Village Kolono District Kolono District South Konawe Regency.To achieve this goal, qualitative and quantitative data, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and custody. The population in the study was a three thai tea shop customer. The sample in this study used analysis with multivariate (correlation or multiple regression), then the number of sample members was at least 10 times the variable studied (independent + dependent). In this study there are 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable (there are 3 variables), then 15 x 10 = 75. So the number of samples in this study is as many as 75 respondents. . The data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and using hypothesis tests, i.e. partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant and positive influence between location and promotion on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.
