This research was conducted to determine the effect of love of money, machiavellian character and the level of accounting knowledge on the ethical perceptions of accounting students (a case study of accounting students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro). The research method in this research was quantitative. The sample used in this study were accounting students in the seventh semester (VII). By using purposive sampling technique in sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 68 respondents. The data were processed using the SPSS.20 output with multiple linear regression analysis. The result obtained was that the machiavellian nature influenced on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. Meanwhile, love of money and the level of accounting knowledge had no effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual (human capital (X1), structural capital (X2), dan customer capital (X3)) terhadap kinerja perusahaan Mulimart (MM) Simbawaringin Kecamatan Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi dan sampel diambil dari seluruh karyawan Multimart Simbawaringin yakni sebanyak 29 karyawan. Adapun teknik analisa data yang akan dipakai untuk analisis yang digunakan yakni variable independent (HCE, SCE, dan CEE) dan dependent (kinerja perusahaan) yang diuji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi, pengujian hipotesis (pengujian koefisiensi regresi simultan (uji F)). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan statistik menunjukkan nilai 0,162 (16,2%). Nilai ini menjelaskan bahwa perubahan – perubahan dalam variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja keuangan perusahaan pertambangan dan manufaktur, hanya dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan – perubahan dalam modal intelektual dan ketiga komponennya sebesar 16,2%. Sementara 83,8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Human capital berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. (2) Structural capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. (3) Customer capital walaupun menunjukkan arah koefisien positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Academic Self Efficacy, Konformitas, dan Fraud Diamond Terhadap Perilaku Kecurangan Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro).” Dengan Metode Kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perilaku kecurangan akademik yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi angkatan 2016 sampai 2020 yang berjumlah 321 dengan 76 responden di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh data hasil Academic Self Efficacy (X1), Konformitas (X2), Fraud Diamond (X3), Perilaku Kecurangan Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi (Y) sebesar 52.6% , dan sisanya dipengaruhi independen lainnya sebesar 47.4%. Dari variabel dependen udan independen menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari dependen lebih dominan daripada independen.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja perusahaan : strategi bisnis dan inovasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sewa guna usaha (leasing) di Kota Metro. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebar kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji analisis jalur. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) sistem pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 2) sistem pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh terhadap strategi bisnis, 3) strategi bisnis berpengaruh terhadap inovasi, 4) inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 5) Strategi Bisnis dan Inovasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Nilai Intrinsik Pekerjaan, Referents dan Gender terhadap Motivasi Pemilihan Karier sebagai Akuntan Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Muhammadiyah Kota Metro. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner responden yang berjumlah 92 orang berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitas data, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Intrinsik Pekerjaan, Referents , dan Pertimbangan Pasar pada Profesi Akuntan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Pemilihan Karier sebagai Akuntan.

This study aims to determine the effect of the reduction of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness and modernization of the tax administration system on tax compliance. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample used in this study were 97 MSME taxpayers in the city of Metro. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the reduction in tax rates had a significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Metro. Taxpayer awareness affects MSME taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Metro. This study aims to determine the Effect of Independence, Professionalism, Education Level and Work Experience on Auditor Performance (Empirical Study at the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) Representative of the Province of Lampung). Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire respondents totaling 93 people. This study uses data analysis techniques, classical assumption tests and hypotheses. The type of research used is quantitative. The results showed that independence, professionalism, education level and work experience had a significant positive effect on auditor performance.

This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method that aims to (1) determine the development of the tourism market in Metro City (2) Analyze the characteristics of the development of Yosomulyo Pelangi Market and Mushroom Sawah Culinary Tourism as a driving force of the creative economy in Metro City. This study took 4 respondents or informants consisting of the initiators and managers of the two tourism markets. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and data conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). Based on the results of the analysis and assessment of this study, it shows that the development of Yosomulyo Pelangi Market and Mushroom Sawah Culinary Tourism as a driving force of the creative economy in Metro City is quite good by proving the percentage results at Yosomulyo Pelangi Market by 95% and Mushroom Sawah Culinary Tourism by 65%. The characteristics of the development of the tourism market in Metro City are the combination of tourism, culinary, market and photos which are managed by empowering the surrounding community.

The purposes of this study are (1), to determine the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method and determining the selling price using the cost plus pricing approach (2), to determine the calculation of the cost of production and determining the selling price applied by business owners (3), to find out the comparison between the two calculations. The object of the research is the BERKAH JAYA Banana Chips Business, Yosodadi Village, East Metro. The types of data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature. The data analysis method is to identify costs, compile data, calculate the cost of goods using the full costing method and selling prices with the cost plus pricing approach, calculate the cost of production and the selling price of the business owner and then make a comparison. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production and selling prices with the standard method is higher than the business owner's method, so that the full costing method and the cost plus pricing approach can be used as an effort to obtain optimal profit

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, security, and risk on members' interest in using the Ceria Digital application. The research is quantitative with an ordinal scale using a questionnaire. Slovin formula sampling probability sampling. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression, t test, f test, R2 test. The results of the study conclude that convenience has a positive effect on interest in using Ceria Digital. The high level of convenience causes high levels of interest. Security has a positive effect on interest in using Ceria Digital, applications that are increasingly secure generate levels of interest. Risk has a positive influence on interest in using Ceria Digital, each individual's risk management encourages the importance of the benefits obtained.
