Abstract

Village Administration System implementation as stipulated in the Act Law Number 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government to give freedom to the village to have a genuine authority in managing the household itself. The village also has a delegated power as deconcentration of the government on it. As the embodiment of democracy, the rule penyelenggarakan village consultative body established villages or other designations in accordance with the culture that flourished in their local village, which serves as the regulatory agencies in the governance of the village. Keywords: Village, Village Governance System Implementation

Abstract

This research discusses gender equality problem in kenya during the new kenya konititusi in 2010. explaining effort UN Women in helping government kenya to realize gender equality. That gender equality remains a problem in many areas, both in the social, economic, educational and even governmental fields.This research use the perspective of pluralist, Pluralism is a systematic and framework in which there are several groups or parts of other systems and interconnected with the base of mutual respect and respect among peers. The pluralists view international relationships not only as limited to inter-state relations but also relations between individuals and interest groups where the state is not always the main actor and the sole actor The establishment of UNWOMEN based on the vision of equality contained in the Charter of the United Nations, applies to the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; Women empowerment; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.Keywords: UNWOMEN, gender equality, constitution of kenya 2010

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the use and application of concrete media can iprove students' skills in integer operations in class V of Muarakuang 04 Elementary School? The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes about integer operations through concrete media. Of the 24 students, there were 17 students who successfully achieved the KKM score. In addition, there are 7 students who have not yet reached KKM. This means that the completeness achieved in Cycle I is 71%. In cycle II, the researcher made a decision to complete the research action and did not need to continue the research at the Cycle III stage due to the fulfillment of 86% KKM. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the application of concrete media can improve learning outcomes about integer operations in Class V students of SDN 4 Muara Kuang

Abstract

Abstract: Lembaga Amil Zakat Nurul Fikri as the object of research for various reasons underlying this paper, including the policy of zakat institutions to receive waqf. Basically, the authority of zakat institutions is only to receive zakat infaq and shadaqah, but it is different from Nurul Fikri who also receives and manages waqf. Among them productive waqf that is being managed is productive sengon tree whose initial allocation of waqf is to build educational institutions. In this article, it contains about how the legality of waqf institution law has authority as nadzir waqf and how to manage and develop productive waqf if reviewed from Law No. 41 of 2004. This type of research is empirical or field research that uses description analysis with qualitative approach. The results showed that 1) Zakat Nurul Fikri Institution receives authority as nadzir waqf because of the encouragement of social factors of the community to make some of its assets, in addition this Institution also makes a program of the establishment of an independent waqf institution and the plan is a program that will be established in 2021. 2). In developing and managing productive waqf Nurul Fikri has followed in accordance with what is intended by law No. 41 of 2004, but there are several things that need to be improved related to institutional problems. Abstract

The purpose of this counseling is to increase the knowledge of cadre mothers and mothers who have babies, toddlers about the importance of Vitamin A. The method used in this service is counseling carried out in Kampung Botol Village, Jalan Gedang Health Center, Regency. increasing knowledge about vitamin A as a government program which was carried out in August and February.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Penyakit asam urat  atau biasa dikenal sebagai gout arthritis merupakan kondisi yang bisa menyebabkan gejala nyeri yang tak tertahankan, pembengkakan serta adanya rasa panas di area persendian. Penanganan yang kurang tepat dapat menyebabkan bahaya yang lebih besar, sehingga dibutuhkan penatalaksanaan farmakologi maupun non farmakologi. Obat tradisional sepeti rebusan daun salam merupakan alternative pilihan yang dinilai lebih aman dibandingkan obat modern terutama dikonsumsi oleh lansia.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh rebusan daun salam (Syzygium Polyanthum) terhadap penurunan kadar asam urat pada lansia.Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan pencarian literatur menggunakan database Google Scholar yang di publikasi pada tahun 2017-2021 menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Diperoleh 7 hasil penelitian sesuai kriteria inklusi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre Experiment dan Quasi Experiment.Hasil : Hasil penelitian dari 7 literatur didapatkan kesamaan yaitu semua responden mengalami penurunan kadar asam urat setelah meminum air rebusan daun salam secara teratur dengan p-value 0,05. Selain itu dari 7 literatur ini, terdapat perbedaan yang mana tidak semua literatur menjabarkan data umum seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan maupun pendidikan yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menentukan data responden menjadi lebih spesifik.Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kadar asam urat lansia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan rebusan daun salam yaitu yang awalnya tinggi menjadi normal kembali. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik dari responden yang kooperatif maupun dari manfaat daun salam jika dilakukan sesuai prosedur dan dengan frekuensi yang teratur serta faktor diet yang mereka jalani.Kata Kunci: Rebusan Daun salam, Asam Urat, LansiaThe Effectiveness Of Salam Leaf Booking OnReducing Uric Acid Levels In The ElderlyBackground: Gout disease, commonly known as gout arthritis, can cause symptoms of unbearable pain, swelling, and burning sensation in the joint area. Improper handling can cause greater danger, so pharmacological and non-pharmacological management is needed. Traditional medicine such as boiled bay leaf is an alternative option that is considered safer than modern medicine, especially consumed by the elderly.Purpose: This study aims to determine how boiled bay leaves (Syzygium Polyanthum) reduce uric acid levels in the elderly.Methods: This research method uses a literature review with a literature search using the Google Scholar database published in 2017-2021 using Indonesian. Obtained 8 research results according to the inclusion criteria. The research design used is Pre Experiment and Quasi Experiment.Results: The results of the study from 7 literatures obtained similarities, namely all respondents experienced a decrease in uric acid levels after drinking bay leaf boiled water regularly with a p-value 0.05. In addition, from these 7 literatures, there are differences where not all literature describes general data such as age, gender, occupation and education which causes difficulties in determining respondent data to be more specific.Conclusion: There is a difference in the average level of uric acid in the elderly before and after being given a decoction of bay leaves which was initially high to normal again. This can happen because it is influenced by several factors, both from cooperative respondents and from the benefits of bay leaves if carried out according to procedures and with regular frequency as well as factors in the diet they live. Keywords: Bay Leaf Stew, Uric Acid, Elderly

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1), to determine the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method and determining the selling price using the cost plus pricing approach (2), to determine the calculation of the cost of production and determining the selling price applied by business owners (3), to find out the comparison between the two calculations. The object of the research is the BERKAH JAYA Banana Chips Business, Yosodadi Village, East Metro. The types of data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature. The data analysis method is to identify costs, compile data, calculate the cost of goods using the full costing method and selling prices with the cost plus pricing approach, calculate the cost of production and the selling price of the business owner and then make a comparison. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production and selling prices with the standard method is higher than the business owner's method, so that the full costing method and the cost plus pricing approach can be used as an effort to obtain optimal profit

Abstract

This research aims to analyze BMT Insan Mandiri MPZ Dompet Dhuafa Moncongloe Maros sharia compliance with PSAK Syariah 101 in terms of financial reporting. This research data was obtained from interviews conducted with several BMT Insan Mandiri parties, then observations of business performance and activities, as well as documents supporting the information obtained. As for the results of the research, it was found that BMT Insan Mandiri MPZ Dompet Dhuafa Moncongloe Maros, which is still active today, in general in performance and specifically in financial reporting, is still not in accordance with PSAK Syariah 101. This is proven by several policies and activities that are still not accordance with PSAK Syariah 101. Some of the financial report presentations that are not appropriate are the presentation of financial reports, namely statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, statement of cash flow, statement of changes in equity, statement of source and distribution of zakat funds as well as statement of sources and uses of qardhul hasan funds is not in accordance with what is stated in PSAK Syariah 101. Even though the provisions on business and social activities comply with Fatwa DSN-MUI.

Abstract

Kecemasan menjadi amsalah umum yang sering terjadi sebelum prosedur operasi dan anestesi. Hal ini menimbulkan damppak seperti anak akan mengalami mimpi buruk, gangguan makan, dan gangguan secara kognitif, sosial, ataupun afektif, sehingga faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan preoperasi pada anak usia sekolah perlu diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan pre-operasi pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional terhadap 52 orang anak yang akan menjalani tindakan operasi. Uji chi-square dilakukan untuk menilai hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengalaman operasi dan kehadiran keluarga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kecemasan pre-operasi dengan nilai p-value masing-masing sebesar 0,001 dan 0,022. Pengalaman operasi yang dimiliki oleh anak perlu dikelola dengan baik sehingga menurunkan kecemasan pada anak tersebut. Keluarga juga perlu untuk mendampi anak yang akan menjalani tindakan operasi.

Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the impact of financial leverage, intangible assets, and earnings management on corporate risk within the manufacturing sector. The principal objective is to comprehend the manner in which these variables interact and exert influence on the overall risk profile of companies within this pivotal economic sector. Quantitative research methodology, utilizing secondary data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection process entails the documentation of financial reports and pertinent metrics, thereby facilitating a comprehensive analysis of the relationships between the identified variables. The application of statistical analysis techniques allows for the assessment of the significance and strength of these relationships, thereby providing insights into the dynamics of corporate risk management. The findings demonstrate that elevated financial leverage is linked to augmented financial risk, as organizations with substantial debt burdens encounter heightened difficulties in fulfilling their obligations during economic downturns. Furthermore, the existence of intangible assets, while potentially advantageous for growth, also introduces an element of uncertainty that can have a detrimental impact on corporate risk. Furthermore, the findings indicate that earnings management practices can distort the accurate representation of a company's financial health, leading to misinformed decision-making by stakeholders. In conclusion, the research highlights the significance of comprehending the interrelationship between financial leverage, intangible assets, and earnings management in the context of corporate risk mitigation. The insights gained from this study can assist management in making informed strategic decisions, thereby enhancing the resilience and sustainability of manufacturing firms in the face of economic challenges.
