Abstract

Today, world economic growth is driven by globalization. With globalization, cross-border transactions increase, which allows investments, goods, and services between countries to become easier. By using transfer pricing methods, businesses can reduce their tax payments. This research aims to study how debt arrangements, tunneling incentives, and thin capitalization impact transfer pricing and tax minimization. The objective is to determine whether the effect of debt is strengthened or weakened by these arrangements. This study conducted qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done through literature study. The results show that debt convenant, tunneling incentive, and thin capitalization have a significant positive effect on transfer pricing. Tax minimization is able to strengthen the influence of debt convenant, tunneling incentive, and thin capitalization on transfer pricing.

Abstract

Businesses must prepare themselves to cope with unpredictable economic changes. Every business must increase its value for long and short term business by considering current conditions in order to survive. This research aims to determine how business value is moderated in profitability by the set of investment opportunities, dividend policy, and financial risk. This study uses quantitative methods. Secondary data was used in this research. Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) were the subject of research for seven years, from 2015 to 2022. The research results show that investment opportunity sets, dividend policies and financial risks influence the firm value variable. The moderating variable profitability is able to strengthen the relationship between the variables Investment Opportunity Set, Dividend Policy and Financial Risk on Company Value.

Abstract

Dapur G6 promotes with word of mouth and through whatsapp. The purpose of this research is to create a logo as a corporate identity using Canva Pro at UMKM Dapur G6. This research uses the type of action research involving 15 respondents consisting of field supervisors, 2 computer experts, 2 marketing experts and 10 consumers. Based on logo measurements in accordance with good logo standards and from the results of distributing questionnaires, the average score is very effective. From the details of the average score, it can be concluded that making a logo as a corporate identity using Canva Pro can be declared very effective as a corporate identity.

Abstract

The role of economic factors is one of the problems that exist in society. This needs to be studied to see the influence of the economy on a person's character. The aim of this research is to determine the role of economic factors in character formation and conflict in literary works. The literary work used is entitled Merpati Biru by Achmad Munif. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a sociological approach. The research results show that the role of economic factors contained in these literary works is the social reality of poverty which is oriented towards economic needs in society which shapes characters who fall into deviant work.

Abstract

Rapid growth in the business world allows companies to showcase their advantages to attract public interest and invite investors to invest, but this actually gives rise to negative impacts such as social inequality. Therefore, companies are not only expected to pursue profits alone, but also to prioritize their responsibilities and the environment. The researcher's aim in writing this scientific article is to study and examine the influence of eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting and dividend policy on firm value moderated by profitability. This research is included in the category of qualitative descriptive research with literature study. The results of this research show that the variables eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting, and dividend policy have a positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, eco-efficiency, sustainability reporting, and dividend policy can be moderated by profitability on firm value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of market share in the novel "Resign" by Almira Bastari on company shares. The method used in this research is a qualitative description method. This method analyzes presentation data in the novel "Resign" by Almira Bastari. The object studied in this research is the function of market share and share on changes in the company's economy in the novel 'Resignation' by Almira Bastari. The data source for this research is the novel "Resign" by Almira Bastari. Published in 2018 by the publisher Gramedia Pustacautama. Data collection techniques in this research used reading and note-taking techniques. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the market share strategy and increasing the company's share price index influence the running of a business in the company.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the process carried out by CSR PT. KAI (Persero) in carrying out programs organized through disabled friends starting from fact finding, planning and programming, taking action and communications, evaluating. Research from this theoretical basis refers to the Four Steps of Public. Relations discovered by Cutlip, Center, and Broom. Referring to the chosen theory, it is able to construct the overall process both in formulating indicators and collecting data regarding the CSR program for friends with disabilities. The results of this research show that PT Kereta Api (Persero)'s Corporate Social Responsibility in Strengthening the Friends of Disabled Program is considered effective. Carrying out a program for the welfare of people with disabilities is an effort to build the company's image in the eyes of the community by providing services both morally and materially. Thus, through the disabled friends program, the public's perception of PT. KAI (Persero) is a company that supports and is friendly to people with disabilities.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in 2018 reached 64.2 million actors and increased during the COVID-2019 pandemic, knowledge of accounting is very important to be able to monitor and improve business performance for business actors not only large businesses but also MSME owners. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of accounting information knowledge on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in several MSMEs with qualitative research with a literature study method sourced from five journal articles and one thesis. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between accounting knowledge and performance improvement in MSMEs.

Abstract

In the current era, internet has become part of people's lives, especially generation Z. The development of internet technology also has an impact on the economic cycle, especially the product marketing process, which is now often called digital marketing. Progress of digital marketing in Indonesia is proven by existence of several market places that can be accessed easily via smartphone. One of them is Shopee. Existence of Shopee is also a means of supporting business actors to carry out digital marketing communications. One of the popular digital marketing communication media offered by Shopee is the Shopee Affiliate feature. Type of method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. All data in this research was obtained through literature study by analyzing every reading presented by previous researchers and also the results of practical field work carried out for 2 months at Diva Digital Marketing. Based on results of the discussion, it is known that Shopee Affiliate is a feature that many people use to get commissions or additional income by sharing product links. The existence of Shopee Affiliate also provides an increase in sales because of the way it disseminates product information that is interesting and arouses interest, especially among generation Z. Therefore, Shopee Affiliate has a big role as a digital marketing communication medium to increase sales of business products on Shopee.
