Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Program is to find problems faced by partner companies and at the same time provide the right solutions in order to achieve increased sales and knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs in the field of operations, especially in the field of marketing management, as well as creating job opportunities in community economic activity in the form of increased income. Public. The partner of this program is the DIESEL WORKSHOP entrepreneur, Mr. SugiyonoThe problems faced by partners are: 1. Not knowing the importance of good service quality. 2. Do not understand the importance of recording service purchase orders.The solutions offered are: 1. Guidance and training on good service quality. 2.Simulation of the importance of recording service purchase orders can improve the marketing of services, so that the marketing reach will be wider and sales can increase.The method used is: observation, to observe the activities carried out by entrepreneurs in making and marketing services, then interviews, explored to find problems and solutions to be offered and simulations, to find the most suitable alternatives in order to market goods more effectively.Description of technology to be applied.:1. Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find the problems faced by the ASY SYUHADA congregation and congregation RT. 6 RW. 7 Sudimoro, Kel. Mojolangu, Kec. Abstract

The research method used is action research with a design process using the WebQual and Epic Model methods. Website creation application using the WordPress CMS. This research involved 20 respondents consisting of 2 web design experts and 2 computer experts who would provide an assessment of the criteria for good website design, as well as 15 consumers or potential consumers and 1 staff member from Travel Tour.OK who would provide an assessment of the effectiveness of the website design. Meanwhile, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire results were analyzed using the Likert scale method. The results of this analysis indicate that the website design created is in the "Good" category as a company profile website on Travel Tour.OK. This is proven by the calculation results of the WebQual Index (WQI) score of 0.71 and the Epic Model score of 2.97 which is included in the "Effective" assessment category. This score shows that the website created as a company profile at Travel Tour.OK is suitable for use.

Abstract

UPPKS Sumber Rahayu Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang, menggunakan desain kemasan sebagai alat promosi, namun desain yang kurang menarik mengurangi efektivitas promosi. Penelitihan ini bertujuan mengembangkan desain kemasan yang lebih menarik, informatif, dan unik menggunakan aolikasi CorelDraw X8. Penelitihan dilakukan dengan metode action research dan melibatkan 20 responden, termasuk pemilik, karyawan, ahli desain, dan calon konsumen. Hasil analisis menggunakan EPIC Rates menunjukan bahwa desain kemasan sangat efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan menyampaikan pesan perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, desain kemasan yang di buyat dengan CorelDraw X8 efektif sebagai identitas perusahaan untuk promosi dan disarankan agar UPPKKS Sumber Rahayu konsisten memperbarui desain untuk promosi yang lebih.

Abstract

PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing memanfaatkan media publisitas berupa booklet company profile dalam membagikan informasi tentang perusahaan, guna menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan stakeholder-nya. Namun, booklet company profile tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan, karena tampilan dan bentuknya yang menyulitkan audience serta perlu adanya pembaharuan dan penambahan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat booklet company profile baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode action research dan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, serta kuesioner. Adapun kuesioner yang dibuat berdasarkan indikator penilaian materi dan desain, serta efektivitas media publisitas. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 11 responden meliputi karyawan perusahaan, ahli desain, ahli pemasaran, dan calon konsumen/konsumen. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan analisis tabulasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa booklet company profile telah sangat layak untuk indikator materi dan desain, serta sangat efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media publisitas. Maka, dapat disimpulkan, bahwa booklet company profile dapat digunakan sebagai media publisitas, guna meningkatkan persepsi, opini, dan sikap dalam meningkatkan apresiasi publik terhadap perusahaan. Saran untuk perusahaan yakni, booklet yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk melengkapi publisitas perusahaan, dan bisa dikembangkan informasi di dalamnya mengikuti perkembangan perusahaan.

Abstract

UMKM Chariesma Batik Sejahtera adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang fashion yang terletak di Desa Karangwinongan Kec. Mojoagung, Kab Jombang Media promosi yang digunakan melalui Whatsapp & Facebook. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi secara lengkap mengenai produk-produk yang ditawarkan oleh UMKM Chariesma Batik Sejahtera dengan membuat Katalog Produk menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesiner kepada 1 owner, 2 ahli pemasaran, 2 ahli desain, 15 calon konsumen. Untuk mengukur efektivitas desain menggunakan metode EPIC (Empathy, Persuation, Impact, Communication). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor EPIC (Empathy, Persuation, Impact, Communication) Rate pada siklus II sebesar 4,5 dengan skor tertinggi terdapat pada 1 dimensi yakni, Persuasion. Hal itu dikarenakan desain Katalog Produk yang didesain dengan sangat menarik dan memberikan informasi yang lengkap terkait produk-produk yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

This research aims to design Instagram feeds design as a promotional media in an effort to create brand awareness at Kimbab Foodnaku MSMEs in Malang City. The problems faced by these MSMEs are the limited range of promotion and the appearance of the @foodnaku_ Instagram account does not have a consistent visual design in the use of colors, typography, and low image quality. This research uses the spiral model action research method with 2 cycles which include the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents consisting of business owners, design experts, marketing experts, and potential customers. Design effectiveness was measured through four levels. The results showed that the feeds design created with Adobe Illustrator proved to be very effective and worth publishing as a promotional media. The design is able to increase consumer attention, interest, and understanding of the product and significantly strengthen brand identity.

Abstract

Social media promotion on Instagram aims to provide product-related information from companies with a broad reach. Observations have shown that offline promotion methods are less effective for the target, and social media has not been optimally utilized for promotion. This research aims to design an Instagram feed that can be used as a promotional medium on Pegadaian Jombang's Instagram social media.This research used an action research method with research stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The respondents in this study consisted of 21 individuals, including 2 marketing experts, 2 design experts, 2 Pegadaian Jombang marketing staff, and 15 customers.The research was conducted through 2 cycles. In cycle 1, the effectiveness score was 3.8, and in cycle II, the effectiveness score increased by 0.8 to 4.6. This indicated that the Instagram feed design was categorized as very effective.From this research, it can be concluded that the Instagram feed design created is suitable for publication and is very effective for use as a promotional medium. Therefore, it is recommended that companies remain consistent in creating subsequent content and further enhance their creativity in this digital marketing era.
