Abstract

Medical record is a process that starts when a patient is received in health services, is forwarded to the data recording activities and continues to handle medical records which include the administration, storage and issuance of medical records from storage to serve loan requests for patient needs or in connection with legal requirements. the other. Planning for Human Resources for Health, Health Workers is every person who devotes himself in the field of health and has knowledge and or skills through education in the field of health which for certain types requires authority to make health efforts. WISN is an indicator that shows the amount of labor needs based on workload, so that the allocation of energy is easier and rational. The purpose of the study was to calculate the needs of medical record unit officers based on the Workload Indicator Staff Need Method (WISN) at Wates Kulon Progo District Hospital. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a case study design. The technique of taking interview informants is using purposive sampling method with 4 informants. Subjects observed in this study were 9 medical records unit officers at the Wates Kulon Progo Regional District Hospital. Available working time at the medical records officer at Wates Kulon Progo Hospital in one year is 269 days or 2152 hours per year. The highest standard workload is based on a calculation of 129,120 minutes / year and the lowest is based on a calculation of 43,040 minutes / year. the allowance for medical records is 0.48. The number of medical records officers is 29 people. Based on WISN calculations, the number of workers in the Wates Kulon Progo Hospital Medical Record unit needs to experience additional staffing needs or can be optimized at any given point of work. One way to optimize labor through mutation of workers or optimization of labor can be done by rotation of workers.

Abstract

Health center health workers are the main resource to create a healthy community. Medical and non-medical personnel also play an important role in public health services. The Banguntapan II Health Center in Bantul has a wide working area so that it will be correlated with the availability of human resources at the Puskesmas both for the number of human resources, performance and productivity of the health services provided by the Puskesmas to the community, especially considering the current state of the COVID pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work productivity of medical and non- medical personnel with the time and motion study method at the Banguntapan II Health Center, Bantul, Yogyakarta in 2021. This type of research uses a combination method (Mixed Method Research) with quantitative and qualitative approaches with Explanatory Sequential Design. The number of respondents who were studied by total sampling technique was 41 people and the research subjects who were examined by quota sampling technique were 12 people, taken from medical and non-medical personnel at Banguntapan II Public Health Center, Bantul Yogyakarta. Work productivity at Banguntapan II Public Health Center is seen from the standard time for medical personnel totaling an average of 7 hours 3 minutes, and non- medical personnel totaling an average of 6 hours 39 minutes. The factor that affects the work productivity of medical and non-medical workers is the work environment. The results showed that medical and non-medical personnel at Banguntapan II Health Center had good work productivity. However, the Puskesmas needs to pay attention to the needs of non- medical personnel to maximize the program from Public Health Center.

Abstract

Hospitals have the largest resources occupied by nurses. Nurses have a position that is sufficient to determine the level of quality of health services in the hospital so that the performance of nurses needs to be improved. To optimize this, the hospital needs to pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of nurses, including leadership style and employee loyalty. Leadership style is the way a leader influences, directs, motivates, and controls employees in a certain way so that employees can complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Loyalty is employee loyalty to an organization or devotion to a company organization which is manifested by the willingness of employees to carry out company duties with full awareness and responsibility so that the company's goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and loyalty on employee performance in the nursing department of the Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun hospital. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling technique. The study population was all 180 nurses at Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun Hospital. The sample size was 51 nurses obtained using the Iemesshow formula. The results of the chi square test show that there is no influence between leadership style on employee performance with a p-value of 0.091 (p> 0.05) and there is an influence between loyalty to employee performance with a value of p-value 0.000 (p <0.05). There is no influence between the variable leadership style and employee performance, There is an influence between the variable loyalty to employee performance.

Abstract

Pharmacy Management Information System (SIMP) is an information system used by Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta which aims to handle management processes related to data and information on hospital pharmacy services. The implementation of SIMF is currently experiencing several problems, namely from the use of the system and the system itself. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pharmacy Management Information System (SIMP) using the HOT-Fit method at Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is a mix method with an explanatory sequential design. The sample in this quantitative study amounted to 105 respondents who were determined by proportionate random sampling technique. While the qualitative sample of 5 informants was determined by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used include questionnaires and interview guides. Quantitative analysis was carried out with Microsoft Excel in 2016 and qualitative analysis was carried out manually using a computer. Based on the results of quantitative-qualitative, the human aspect: system users (95%) are already good because the system is used routinely and training is carried out and user satisfaction (90%) is satisfied because the system helps the work of staff. Organizational aspect (98%) is good because of the support from top management. Technology aspect: system quality (96%) is good because the system is easy to use, information quality (92%) is good because the information produced is complete and time, and service quality (91%) is already good because of the support from the hospital IT. The benefit aspect (100%) has helped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of staff at work. Evaluation of SIMF implementation at Dr. Yap Eye Hospital Yogyakarta in the aspects of human, organization, technology and benefits has been going well.

Abstract

Storage space as a place to store, retrieve and return medical records for outpatients, inpatients and emergency services, and protect medical records from theft, physical, chemical, and biological damage. The damage to medical record documents in the storage room of Nur Hidayah Hospital in 2018 were 50 medical records, of the 50 medical records, 20 medical records could still be used and the rest could not be used, 30 medical records were eaten by termite insects, torn folders as many as ± 50 medical records, and untidy arrangement. The condition of the storage room was damp and narrow so that the hospital experienced the impact of difficulty in finding patient history. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study research design. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation. The data analysis was conducted in a descriptive qualitative manner. Ensuring the validity of the data in this study used source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that the damage to medical records in the storage room, the physical factors of the narrow and less spacious room conditions, some of the shelves are still made of wood, no temperature and humidity gauges, abnormal temperature and humidity, leaky roofs, and no campgrounds. , biological factors were found to be fungi, and human negligence factors were found by officers to take and compile unorganized medical records. The impact of damage to medical records is a lot of lost, unreadable patient data, difficulty in finding medical records, long services, and untidy storage. Damage to medical records in the storage room of Nur Hidayah Hospital is caused by physical, biological, and human negligence.

Abstract

The Social Security Administrative Body or abbreviated as BPJS is a social security program that has a legal entity. It is a form of guarantee formed by the government to ensure that all people can fulfill their basic needs. BPJS in Indonesia implements a national social security system based on the principles of humanity, benefits, and social justice for all Indonesian people. The purpose of holding BPJS is to provide guarantees that meet the basic needs of a decent life for every participant and family member. The good or bad service quality of a puskesmas will be determined and have a direct impact on the participants. If the puskesmas has good service, the participants will be satisfied, and the quality of service will be good and the puskesmas has a good image in the community, and vice versa. The good or bad quality of puskesmas services can be determined by the views of patients or service user participants who visit the puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction of independent BPJS patients with services at the Mpunda Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive study design. Researchers only observe without treating the object to be studied, as well as by describing the state of the environment under study. The sample of this study were BPJS Mandiri participants with a total sample of 179 people. Sampling was carried out by taking into account the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the results of the study, it was found that BPJS Mandiri Puskesmas Mpunda patients were dissatisfied with the structural components, namely the availability of officers, service schedules, drug availability, room cleanliness, room comfort, completeness of facilities and availability of information facilities. BPJS independent patients at the Mpunda Health Center were dissatisfied with the process components, namely waiting time for registration, officer explanations, officer inspections, officer attitudes, service speed, officer responsiveness, system availability and complaints. Abstract

Hospital Pharmacy Installation (IFRS) is a unit or facility where all work related to pharmacy is carried out in a hospital. Management in this unit is important because it is related to the availability of a drug in the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to learn pharmacy logistics management in POACE method at Bima Regional Hospital. Methods: This research is qualitative research with interview and observation approach. Results: planning by the unit head, ordering when the medicine runs out, storage using the FIFO and FEFO systems, distribution system using individual prescriptions, and eliminating medicines using separate storage. Conclusion: Pharmacy management at Bima Hospital is well coordinated at every stage of management.

Abstract

Medical services aim to ensure optimal successful healing of clinical symptoms experienced by patients. The medical services provided should be in accordance with applicable regulations and must also be accountable in accordance with the standards of each profession. The quality of the medical services provided depends on the efforts of the doctor/specialist in maintaining their expertise as much as possible. In maintaining quality, professional quality review and control efforts are carried out. Purpose: This study aims to understand the description of human resource input, management functions in the medical development unit, and the description of service output in the medical development unit. Methods: This research is qualitative research with The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Observations were carried out by observing every activity at the Grhasia Yogyakarta Mental Hospital, especially in the Medical Service Quality Unit. Results: the human resources input section does not meet the criteria for field graduates, the budget is sufficient, service standards are always updated, the management process is integrated with other units, and service quality is improved as an output of quality management. Conclusion: The medical service quality management process and management output have gone well according to plan, while management resource input needs to continue to improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Public Relations of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta has an important role in improving the quality of services at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. That will make public believe that PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta has good quality health services that can maintain customer relationships, and increased profit at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Purpose: This study aims to knowing general overview of Public Relations and Marketing at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Methods: This research is qualitative research with observation and interview method for data collection in Public Relations and Marketing at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Results: Based on the results, public relations management and marketing of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital is implemented by planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluating. The marketing mix is doing on product, price, promotion, and place. Conclusion: Hospital marketing mix activities have been doing well and there needs to be additional people, process and physical evidence elements to improve the marketing and image of the Hospital.

Abstract

Logistics management in hospitals is one of the important aspects in hospitals. Availability of medicines is currently a demand for health services. Drug logistics management in hospitals includes the stages, namely planning, procurement, storage, distribution, deletion, evaluation and monitoring which are interrelated with each other, so they must be well coordinated so that each can function optimally. Purpose: To knowing the description of the pharmaceutical logistics management process in the pharmaceutical warehouse of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Methods: This research is qualitative research with observation and interview method for data collection in Pharmacy Logistics at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta.Results: The logistics management process in the pharmacy section of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital is implemented by selecting pharmaceutical preparations, planning, procurement, receiving, storing, distributing, destroying and withdrawing, and controlling. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical logistics management at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital is carried out by competent officers and in accordance with the hospital's internal regulations.
