Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational culture and work performance through the competence of managers in palm oil companies in Indonesia. The sample of this study were all managers of private oil palm plantation companies, so the number of samples studied was 100 respondents, and data analysis techniques using analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study  that external adaptation gives a positive and significant impact on work performance, external adaptation gives a positive and significant impact on company performance internal integration  does not give a positive and insignificant impact on Work performance  Internal Integration (X2) does not give a positive and significant impact on the Company Performance, Basic Assumptions (X3) give a positive and significant impression on Work performance (Z1), Basic Assumptions (X3) do not give an impression positive and not significant to the Company Performance (Y), Self-Esteem (Z2) gives a positive and significant impression to the Company Performance  Work performance as a gap modifier has a positive and significant effect in showing the effect of External Adaptation  on the Company Performance , Work performance (Z1) as a gap modifier does not give a positive effect and is not significant in showing the effect of Internal Integration on Company Performance (Y), Work performance as a modifier of the gap has a positive and significant effect in showing the impression of the Basic Assumptions on Company Performance, Self-Esteem (Z2) as a simplification of does not have a positive and insignificant impression of the Company Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have on the return on assets of the ANTM company. Tbk. This study uses financial report data over a period of 5 years from 2017-2021 as a research sample using SPSS25. The method used in this research is asociative descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this research is financial report data for a span of 5 years for each variable. Based on the results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations from the results of hypothesis testing obtained that the results showed that the variable current ratio (X1) and debt to equity ratio (X2) had a calculated F value of 102.762 and a sig value of 0.000 with an F table value of 18.153. With the results of F count > F table and sig count < 0.005, it can be concluded that simultaneously the current ratio and debt to equity ratio affect the return on assets (Y). In this study, it was also found that the coefficient of determination had an effect of 67.9%, which means that the influence of the current ratio and Debt to equity ratio on the return on assets is 67.9%, the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find out how customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management are elements of TQM that can affect operational performance. Methodology/approach – This study is conducted in Quantitative Method by gathering primary data from employee of Bank Mandiri in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data that has been obtained is processed using the Smart PLS statistical tool. Findings – It was found that customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, and continuous quality improvement were proven to have a negative influence on operational performance. While fact-based management in this study is proven to have a positive influence on operational performance. Novelty/value – This study contributes to deliver knowledge about how the components of total quality management represented by customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management affect operational performance of Banking Company, specifically Bank Mandiri in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) which has never been studied before.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs is an important factor in the entrepreneurial process. Entrepreneurs who are prosperous tend to continue their business, whereas entrepreneurs who are not prosperous will abandon their business. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the welfare of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung. Entrepreneurs play a big role in improving the economy of developing countries, such as Indonesia. The research methodology used is a quantitative method where the data collective by quisenare and Smar PLS use to data calculate.. it can be concluded that Government support and the External Environment have a significant influence on MSME performance in Bandung City. Apart from that, it is known that MSME performance influences the well-being of entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of working capital management efficiency (Working Capital Turnover) on Return On Total Assets and the role of Diversification Strategy as a moderating variable on the influence of Working Capital Turnover on Return On Total Assets. The research population is green industry award-winning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Data obtained from financial reports (Audited). The analysis was carried out using a panel data regression approach with moderating variables used to test the hypotheses in this research. Purpose – The research results show that Working Capital Turnover has a significant negative effect on Return On Total Assets and Diversification Strategy as a moderating variable in the relationship between Working Capital Turnover and Return On Total Assets has a significant positive effect.
