This research is a quantitative discretive research. According to Sugiono (2010), quantitative descriptions are research by drawing a conclusion from the data tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. The location of this research is at PT Mitra Beton Mandiri (MBM), Pekanbaru Riau City. The sample sample is 67 people. The results showed bbased on the total average value of the leadership recapitulation results, it is known that the respondent's response to the statement on the leadership variable is agree with the average value of 3.95%. From these data it can be seen that the leadership is good. Based on the average value of the performance recapitulation results, it is known that the respondent's response to the statement on the performance variable is in agreement with the average value of 4.00%. From these data it can be concluded that the employee's performance is good. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the leadership variable with the lowest average score for the tenth question with an average score of 3.83, which is for the achievement orientation indicator. Based on the results of the recapitulation of performance variables with the lowest average score for the eleventh question with an average score of 3.90, namely for the Communication indicator.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the work productivity of employees of PT. Prima Rintis Sejahtera Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study is 49 people, all of whom are employees of PT Prima Rintis Sejahtera.the results of the SPSS data obtained t count value of 5.866 while the t table value is 2.011 which means 5.866> 2.011 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Prima Rintis Sejahtera Pekanbaru Unicharm Division.Based on the results of SPSS obtained R2 value of 0.423 or equal to 42.3, which means that work discipline contributes to the influence of work productivity of employees of PT. Prima Rintis Sejahtera Pekanbaru Unicharm Division is 42.3%. And the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other variables outside the working discipline variable.Simple linear regression equation is: Y = 18.144 + 0.737 X Constants of 18.144 if the variable X (work discipline) is 0 then the dependent variable Y (work productivity) remains at 18.144 While the influence of work discipline variables (X) on work productivity variables (Y) is positive that is 0.737, which means that every increase in one-unit work discipline variables will be able to increase the employee productivity variable of PT. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance. The research uses quantitative methods. For data analysis and hypothesis testing, SPSS version 26 is used. The test results show that work stress has a significant and negative effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), the contribution of work stress to employee work performance is 0.783, or 78.3%, the rest is explained by other variables that do not exist in this study.

This study aims to find a correlation between the effects of the product both in terms of Variations in size or shape of the product, product quality, type of product, product utilization and product durability to the consumer's decision to buy the product. This research is a quantitative study in which to process research data using SPSS 21. This research was conducted in Kuansing Regency, Riau Province. The number of samples in this study were 210 with simple random sampling technique. The results of data processing obtained that the hypothesis testing with the t test there is an existence of t-count of 25.904 means t-count = 25.904> t-table = 1.996 which means the product has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan proses akreditasi sekolah menengah Kegiatan Akreditasi diharapkan menjadi pendorong dan dapat menciptakan suasana kondusif bagi perkembangan pendidikan serta memberikan arahan dalam melakukan penjaminan mutu sekolah/madrasah yang berkelanjutan, guna mencapai mutu yang diharapkan. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pengelolaan dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan mewajibkan akreditasi bagi seluruh sekolah/madrasah sebagai bagian dari upaya penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Employees are important assets of the organization, so many things that need to be considered related to improving performance. An employee's performance will be in accordance with the wishes of the company if the quality of human resources is good. Good performance can also be supported by the presence of occupational safety and health guarantees from the company. The Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) system also influences employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on the performance of midwives at the XYZ Islamic Hospital Fetomatenal Installation Riau Province, Indonesia. The results of analyze of primary data using SPSS Version 23, it can be concluded that the work safety variable has a significant effect on performance, knowing that occupational health variables have a significant effect on performance. This study aims to examine the mediating role of SME performance in the relationship between entrepreneur competence (EC) and satisfaction (ES) in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), AMOS 24. A total of 380 employers in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, were selected as the participants. The results showed that SME performance partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneur competence and satisfaction. This is because the direct effect between SMEs' performance and ES is still significant. The implication of this study implies that there is a need to improve the SMEs' performance to increase their competence and create satisfaction for employers. This paper aims to examine the position of the National Islamic banking in the ASEAN Economic Community. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which started in 2015 is a challenge for activists industry sharia economy. Industrial age who are not young, it should be ready to meet the sharia economic industry single market in Southeast Asia in 2015. Islamic banking, which proved resistant to crises, in particular in 1998, became the capital to face free competition in the region. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is a certainty that will be faced by the entire people of Indonesia and the need to anticipate that business people Indonesia not just be a spectator but also players who take advantage of the MEA. After going through a SWOT analysis of the current condition of Indonesia is in the Defensive Cells 4. Cell 4 is the most unfavorable situation. Companies facing major environmental threat, interim relatively weak position. The theme of the article is the banks and financial institutions. This study aims to examine the level of influence of Religious on trust to sharia banking. The banking industry is a very sensitive industry with trust. Experience proves that negative issues can undermine trust in the bank. Currently in Indonesia began to develop Syariah Banking but unfortunately the growth of Islamic Banking in Indonesia is not so encouraging growth is very low not comparable with the number of Muslims the majority. Religiusity Indications are associated with dimensions of the dimensions of religious practice, the dimensions of beliefs, the dimensions of religious knowledge, and the dimensions of practice-akhlaq. beliefs are a number of specific beliefs about integrity (trustworthy honesty and ability to keep promises), benevolence (trust and motivation) believed to act in the interests of trusting them, competency (ability of trusted parties to carry out trustworthy needs) and predictability (trustworthiness) consistency of trustworthy party behavior). The value of determinant coefficient (R Square) was obtained at 0.013. This means that the effect of the product on the buying decision is 1.3% while the rest of 98.7% influenced by other variables outside this product variables.
