Abstract

Abstract

Kindergarten Santa Maria 3 Malang uses manual performance with excel in its current operations, so it is constrained by data that is not the same because it uses a non-centralized file, formulas, or formulas to generate values that are often deleted. Academic applications are needed to reduce the time to adapt to the grading system and assist teachers in improving student services outside of academics. The application is built on a website base that is responsive to the device used. So that it can be accessed at any time, besides that centralized data helps teachers in collecting or searching data quickly and precisely. The system is made and developed according to the directions and processes that exist in the Santa Maria 3 Kindergarten Malang environment. So that this journal will discuss more clearly the process of making an academic information system for Santa Maria 3 Kindergarten Malang.

Abstract

UPTD Ngrajek as a provider of freshwater fish in Muntilan, Kab. Magelang serves an average of 150,000 fish per month from tilapia, carp, tawes, catfish, catfish and carp. So, we need a system that can predict the amount of supply and demand for freshwater fish to minimize stock shortages. The Trend Moment method is used because of the advantages of using historical data that is not even or odd. The results of the application of the Trend Moment method in the forecasting system with data from December 2018 - May 2021, it is known that the error value using the MAPE test is 19.11%. This value indicates that the forecasting results on the system are good. In testing the system using alpha testing (blackbox method) and beta testing (questionnaire). 20 respondents stated that the system is easy to operate (81%), easy to transact (98%). complete information (84%), complete features (73%), forecasting information (89%), user friendly (56%), and effective (80%).

Abstract

Culinary is a type of business that will always exist, this is because one of the factors of human needs is in the form of food. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that provides recommendations to provide input to consumers to minimize consumer confusion about the many culinary places. In this study, to obtain recommendations, the Item-based Collaborative Filtering method will be used to approach consumers with one another. Meanwhile, to get this approach, the approach that will be assessed is an approach to rating culinary places, to get a consumer rating it will give value to 4 aspects, namely: place value, service value, view value, and speed of service value. This study uses the consine similarity algorithm to get the value of the approach. The results obtained by this study using the Likert scale method got a value of 71.6656% "fulfilled". Meanwhile, in the black-box test, the score is 100% functioning, and in the test to determine the accuracy of manual calculations and the system, the value is 100% the same.

Abstract

Distance learning (online) is currently a learning tool that plays an important role during this pandemic, one of which is affected, namely in the field of education at Muhammadiyah Innovative Elementary School Pujotomo Magelang. The difficulty experienced by teachers and students is in the online learning system which uses a lot of media platforms such as Quizziz, Google Classroom, Youtube etc. so that material data, assignments and grades for each subject will be easily mixed and lost. This makes it difficult for students to find material data and past assignments, while teachers find it difficult to find data on assignments that have been collected and quiz scores that have been done by students because there is no copy of the data. E-learning is a learning media that really helps teachers and students in carrying out the teaching and learning process. The asynchronous e-learning method is a means for teachers and students to interact such as giving materials, assignments, quizzes, attendance and giving grades so that teachers and students can easily find data according to their subjects. The results of the asynchronous e-learning test using blackbox testing went well, did not experience any errors. Subsequent testing using UAT with several users, namely admin with 97%, teachers 91%, and grade 1 students 93% it can be concluded that the user's needs have been met.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang provides an online learning service portal through an e-learning website MOCA. However, the low level of use of the MOCA website and the usability problems that usually arise in MOCA, indicate the need for usability testing. Usability testing is carried out to measure usability aspects, namely: effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. This study used a System Usability Scale questionnaire which was tested on 61 lecturers. This study aims to measure usability aspects according to the user's subjective assessment. The results of the study can describe the level of usability of MOCA from the user's point of view. the results of the MOCA usability test using the SUS method got a score of "64" and this figure is still below the average (below average) of 68. For acceptable ranges, it shows that the current MOCA is in a "marginal (high)" position, for the grade scale gets a “D” predicate, and for adjective ratings it can be said to be “OK” and that means the current MOCA quality score is acceptable but needs a lot of improvement. In addition, this study provides recommendations in the form of a prototype designed based on suggestions from respondents and then tested based on the heuristic aspects of the relevant journal. The prototype design that has been designed is tested on 5 respondents as evaluators. The results of the heuristic test obtained were "4.32" which means 5 respondents were "satisfied" with the prototype user interface design proposed by the researcher.

Therefore, there is a need for a system to overcome some of the problems that exist in the Sansaquaman store in order to minimize human errors, errors in calculating inventory stock and ordering goods to suppliers. In this study using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, so that in making the system it can be in accordance with user requests and in a short time. In this study also used 2 tests, namely the User Aceptance Test (UAT) and blackbox with the results of the User Aceptance Test from 3 users, namely 95% employees, 93% suppliers and 92% operators, while the black-box test got a value of 100%.
