Abstract

This study intends to find out how price, facilities and staying decisions influence guest satisfaction which is mediated by the decision to stay at the Multazam Syariah Hotel Solo. This research is inferential research which emphasizes the analysis of numerical data which is processed using statistical methods, namely examining the factors that occur and the results of this research will illustrate the relationship between price and facilities on guest satisfaction based on the decision to stay at the Multazam Syariah Hotel Solo. The sample for the study used 85 respondents from guests staying at the Multazam Syariah Hotel Solo. The data collection method using questionnaires was tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. From the results of data processing in research, several conclusions can be proposed (1) Price has no influence on guest satisfaction (2) Facilities have an influence on guest satisfaction (3) Decision to stay has an influence on guest satisfaction (4) Influence of price, facilities and guest satisfaction The decision to stay has a collective influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di industri perhotelan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di edOTEL Kalasan. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan kompetensi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara terstruktur dan analisis dokumen. Responden terdiri dari guru, siswa, dan administrator sekolah yang memberikan wawasan tentang strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan kurikulum formal, peran organisasi siswa dalam pengembangan karakter, dan pendekatan pendidikan holistik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa secara signifikan. Analisis tematik menemukan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan keterampilan yang signifikan setelah berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya integrasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di industri perhotelan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya pendekatan pendidikan yang menyeluruh untuk mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam industri perhotelan yang kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang pentingnya integrasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di industri perhotelan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap persiapan siswa untuk sukses dalam lingkungan kerja yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the law against embezzlement of fiduciary guarantees in accordance with the provisions in Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees and obstacles to law enforcement against unauthorised transfer of fiduciary guarantees at Sukoharjo Police Station. The method used is empirical juridical approach. The approach to the problem studied by using Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning fiduciary guarantees as well as a direct approach from the field by involving data obtained directly from respondents and research location sources related to unauthorised transfer of fiduciary guarantees in the Sukoharjo Regency area. Financing institutions as creditors need to register fiduciary guarantees with the fiduciary registration office by including a clause that the debtor is prohibited from transferring, mortgaging, leasing goods that are objects of collateral without the knowledge of the creditor. It is necessary to reform Law No. 42/1999 on Fiduciary Guarantee by including Restorative Justice as an alternative to resolving cases of embezzlement / transfer of fiduciary security objects for the sake of legal certainty, justice and benefit for the community.

Abstract

The Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF) is a pivotal tool for standardizing qualifications in Indonesia, ensuring that educational outcomes align with the needs of the workforce and industry standards. This study aims to explore the development of research perspectives within the context of the IQF, focusing on its implementation and the challenges faced. Employing a systematic literature review, the study analyzes existing research on the IQF, identifying gaps and areas for further investigation. The findings reveal a need for more empirical research on the practical application of the IQF, particularly in relation to workplace learning and human resource development. The study suggests that future research should address the integration of the IQF with industry requirements and the impact of this framework on lifelong learning and career progression.

Abstract

Penetapan kode diagnosa harus mematuhi aturan ICD 10 dan menggunakan terminologi medis yang tepat untuk menghasilkan kode diagnosa yang akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi keakuratan penerapan kode diagnosa dalam klaim JKN rawat inap serta unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhi keakuratan ini. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan pada April 2024, peneliti menemukan ketepatan penetapan kode diagnosa pada 46 berkas rekam medis dengan 59% dan ketidaktepatan pada 32 berkas dengan 41%. Studi ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berkas klaim JKN rawat inap bulan Januari 2024, yang terdiri dari 348 berkas, adalah populasi penelitian. 78 berkas dari berkas tersebut dipilih menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampel dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Beberapa masalah yang ditemukan termasuk kesalahan dalam menentukan diagnosis, menentukan diagnosis utama, dan menggunakan kode diagnosa yang kurang spesifik. Penulis menyarankan agar Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku dibuat lebih rinci dan tidak terlalu singkat. Selain itu, penulis menyarankan agar petugas koder dilatih sesuai kebutuhan untuk mampu menetapkan kode dengan lebih akurat, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas klaim JKN rawat inap dan mengurangi kesalahan yang dapat berdampak pada pelayanan kesehatan pasien. Akibatnya, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan akurasi penetapan kode diagnosa dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

The low graduation rate for goods/services procurement training participants at the West Java Province Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) is a serious problem in implementing the Blended Learning model. This problem is related to the formulation of Learning concepts, curriculum planning, teaching strategies, teaching materials, resources used, comprehensive evaluation, and measuring Learning outcomes. Data shows that the graduation percentage of training participants is still low. This research was conducted to evaluate Learning models and identify factors that influence low graduation rates using a qualitative descriptive approach. Evaluation focuses on four main aspects: Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Product Evaluation. The aim of this research is to gain an in-depth understanding of the evaluation of the Blended Learning Learning model in goods/services procurement training, so that it can provide effective recommendations for dealing with the problems faced. The research results show that although some aspects of the training were successful, the low graduation rate of participants indicates significant challenges that need to be overcome. Concrete steps are needed to increase the effectiveness of training, including increasing the relevance of the material, more comprehensive initial training, special support for participants who experience difficulties, as well as innovations in teaching methods that can better motivate participants. In this way, it is hoped that the graduation rate and benefits of the Blended Learning model can be further optimized.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain how guest satisfaction at the Tentrem Hotel Semarang is influenced by price, facilities and service quality. The research was conducted through questionnaires and sample documents given to 95 respondents. It is hoped that the research findings will provide useful information for hotel management and overnight guests. Descriptive analysis and quantitative statistics are used in processing the data obtained. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression to measure the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Before the analysis was carried out, validity, reliability and requirements tests were carried out. The results of the regression analysis showed that facilities, price and service quality partially influenced guest satisfaction at the Tentrem Hotel Semarang. On the other hand, facilities, price and service quality also have a joint influence on guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Digitization management is more complex and includes various aspects. Electronic medical records, digitization or scanning of medical records, and SIMRS are some aspects of digitization management. The purpose of this study was to determine the supporting factors and barriers to digitization management in the implementation of electronic medical records. This research used a descriptive-qualitative method. Interviews were conducted with 6 medical record officers using a questionnaire using the Likert scale method. The results of this study indicate that digitization management in the implementation of electronic medical records at AMC Bandung Hospital has not been fully implemented. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation using a Likert scale, the result is 10.6%, which implies that digitization management is still very poorly implemented.

This research aims to analyze the international coffee trade and provide hope for a country to overcome limited domestic savings which is the key to capital formation in order to increase economic productivity and has an important role, especially as a source of foreign exchange, providing employment opportunities and a source of income for farmers or business people. other economics related to coffee. The Indonesian government has attempted to facilitate the work or regulation of Indonesian coffee export flows by issuing regulations regarding coffee exports through Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 109 of 2018 concerning Coffee Export Provisions. Abstract

around violence against women and children always attracts attention. Violence experienced by women and children can be seen in incidents related to violence, exploitation and even trafficking in women and children. Anticipating this, their legal protection must be a priority scale for the Political Elite in Bangli Regency, especially from the legislature, so that they have a legal umbrella, in a Regional Regulation, to fight for their rights if violations occur. The research method used is normative juridical or library research related to normative legal substance, to find the truth based on scientific logic viewed from the normative side by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of this research show that optimizing the fulfillment of the rights and protection of women and children in Bangli Regency must meet several indicators. The drafting of the Bangli Regency Regional Regulation on the Protection of Women and Children has had a social impact on families, communities and the business world. This impact is the optimization of the role of the family, community and business world in fulfilling the rights and protection of women and children in Bangli Regency.
