Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang timbul akibat dari pembangunan sirkuit Mandalika dan proses pembangunannya ditinjau dari perspektif pembangunan berkelanjutan berwawasan lingkungan. Pembangunan Mandalikan menimbulkan pro kontra di kalangan masyarakat. Pembangunan Mandalika dianggap akan membawa keuntungan dari segi perekonomian dan kebudayaan, namun juga menimbulkan polemik terkait isu lingkungan. Untuk menyeimbangkan keadaan tersebut semua pihak harus bisa mengintegrasikan semua aspek, baik ekonomi maupun lingkungan, yang diperlukan untuk pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan, yaitu pembangunan yang berorientasi kepada pengelolaan sumber daya alam sekaligus melakukan upaya perlindungan terhadapnya

Abstract

Kue dodongkal pada penelitian ini digunakan penulis untuk melestarikan kue tradisional Indonesia dimana penulis memberikan inovasi baru pada kue dodongkal dengan memanfaatkan ubi jalar kuning. Ubi jalar kuning dipakai untuk zat pewarna makanan alami yang mempunyai manfaat serta kandungan gizi yang tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperiment dimana peneliti menghasilkan inovasi kudapan manis kue dodongkal berbasis ubi jalar kuning. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan meyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 100 panelis antara lain terdiri dari dosen/guru, mahasiswa/pelajar, ibu rumah tangga, pegawai swasta dan lainnya kemudian data disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian uji organoleptik melalui kuesioner yang telah disebar dari rasa, aroma, tekstur, warna, dan penampilan fisik maka persentasenya mendapatkan pada angka 85,8%. Sehingga penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa produk inovasi kue dodongkal berbasis ubi jalar kuning dapat diterima oleh konsumen

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to uncover and identify the processes of aggregation and spatialization in Trans Corp. Conglomeration and spatialization are used to strengthen dominance through the impact of spatialization. The research approach employed is a qualitative description of Vincent Mosco's critical paradigm of the Political Economy Theory of Communication. This study employs data gathering strategies such as watching and studying Trans Corp.'s operations and its business units through documentation obtained from various textual sources and literature. According to the research findings, Trans Corp.'s spatialization supports the establishment of uncompetitive commercial competitiveness. Trans Corp employs spatialization through horizontal and vertical integration to optimize, reinforce, simplify, and lower the cost of manufacturing elements for the company's long-term viability. Acquisitions, mergers, and the establishment of new business units, both related to the media and unrelated to their core capabilities. This occurrence is in violation of the terms of Law No. 32 Concerning Broadcasting, which prohibits monopolistic ownership and promotes fair business competition in broadcasting, as well as Law No. 5 Concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition, Article 18 Paragraph (1) in which spatialization has an impact on the concept of diversity of ownership. Abstract

JAFRA Cosmetics is a business with a multilevel- marketing model that focuses on selling beauty products such as skincare and makeup. In an effort to expand its business network, JAFRA consultants recruit new members by relying on persuasion skills. This study aims to determine what factors influence a person's interest in becoming a JAFRA consultant. This research is a phenomenological research using literature study data collection techniques. Abstract

In order to encourage ASN performance improvement, the Regional Government of Bali Province has made various efforts, including conducting ASN performance assessments which have implications for performance allowances, so a breakthrough was designed in the Competency Improvement System (Si-TanTe) with an action plan to form a Coaching Clinic. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative data analysis in the form of coaching clinic activities. The results of this study are the benefits of a competency improvement system (SI TANTE BERAKSI) with a clinical coaching program, which is to help identify the potential of each member, improve work performance, reduce work conflict and improve intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. Intrapersonal ability is the transformation of oneself individually to a better direction. Thus, 'SI TANTE IN ACTION with clinical coaching' becomes very important to improve organizational performance based on improving individual performance. This increase in performance can occur if everyone realizes every potential they have and at the same time knows the deficiencies that still need to be fixed.
