Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research is quantitative research with experimental design is a non-eksperimental design. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of numerical intellegence and interset in learing outcomes of student. Population in this study is the students of class VIII MTs Darussalam, while samples taken are students class VIII B. The variables in this study consist of two kinds of independent variable and dependent variable. Independent variable in this stuy is numerical intellegence and  interset in learning, while the dependept variable is the result of learning mathematics students. Data collection methods use are documentation, questionare and test. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, simple regressio test and multiple regression test. Based on the data it can be conclude that (1) there is influence of numerical intellegence on student learning result of mathematics, (2) there is an influence of interest in learning on student’s mathematics learning outcomes, (3) there is an influence of numerical intellegence and interest in learning of mathematics learning outcomes.   Keywords:numerical intellegence, interest in learning, learning outcomes mayhematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Determinants to Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosure in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable is Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosure. Independent variable are Firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Industrial Type, Managerial Ownership, and Size of Board of Commissioner. The population in this study was all Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Samples were 247 manufacturing companies. This study used purposive sampling method.The analysis used in this reseacrh are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the testing of hypotheses partial evaluation shows that there are significant influence on Firm Size, Liquidity,Profitability, and Size of Board of Commisioner while for Industrial Type and Managerial Ownership not have significant influence to the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Abstract

Keberadaan industri UMKM sangat membantu masyarakata terutama masyakat menengah kebawah, Karena industri UMKM ini merupakan industri usaha yang mandiri. Oleh karena itu UMKM banyak mengalami kendala baik bersifat internal maupun eksternal. Permasalahan – permasalahan tersebut antara lain yaitu modal, manajemen, teknologi, bahan baku dan pemasaran. Namun yang menjadi kendala utama pengusaha industri UMKM adalah modal usaha, karena UMKM sifatnya industri usaha milik perorangan yaitu, menggunakan modal pribadi maka dari itu pinjaman modal sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan dan kelancaran usahanya. Pemberian pinjaman modal Diskoperindag, merupakan salah satu solusi yang sangat efektif bagi industri UMKM Di Kota Mojokerto, kerana pinjaman modal yang bersifat lunak tanpa bunga pinjaman hal tersebut tidak akan memberatkan pengusaha UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Pinjaman Modal Terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Di Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer untuk mengetahui sebarapa besar pinjaman modal dan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan pinjaman modal. Sedangkan data sekunder digunkan untuk memperjelas pelaksanaan program pinjman modal. Dengan mengunakan analisis regresi sederhana, hasil penelitian mennjukan bahwa pengaruh pinjaman modal terhadap pendapatan pengusaha UMKM yang mendapatkan pinjaman sangat signifikan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil analisis bahwa pengaruh pinjaman modal terhadap pendapatan UMKM mencapai thitung sebesar 82,1%. Kata Kunci : Pinjaman Modal, Pendapatan, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this reseacrh is to know whether there is influence of problem based learning model of learning ability to solve student mathematical problem. The problem solving ability in this research is students’ ability to solve contextual problem in matrix material. Method in this research is quantitative research by using Quasi Experiment analysis and experiment design (One group P-retest-posttest design). The population in this study is all students of SMK in Ngunut with samples taken is class X department of administration office. Technique of collecting data that is used by giving test description from pre-test and post-test. Testing requirements analysis of this data is a test or normality. The data test results show normal data. To test the hypothesis using Paired Samples Test with the help of SPSS, and the result of Paired Samples Test from SPSS output shows niali t arithmetic equal to -17,346 with significant 0,000. Because significant 0.000 <0,05 hence can be concluded that H_1 accepted, meaning there is significant influence of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to ability of problem solving mathematics problem of student of class X in SMK Ngunut.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif antara Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Miftahul Ulum (STAIMU) dan Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Nazhatut Thullab Sampang bersama mahasiswa STAIMU. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan dalam berbagai hal, seperti kemampuan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan yang baru, menumbuhkan rasa berpartisipasi, meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menganalisis kondisi sekitar, dan memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi masalah sesuai dengan bidang keilmuan yang dimiliki. Tujuan PKM ini meliputi: 1) menjadikan civitas akademika mampu belajar bersama masyarakat dalam menemukan dan memecahkan masalah. 2) meningkatkan kesadaran civitas akademika terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. 3) merealisasikan fungsi civitas akademika sebagai agent of change dan agent of social control. 4) memberikan alternatif solusi bagi masalah pembangunan di wilayah Desa Akkor Kec. Palengaan Kab. Pamekasn di masa sekarang dan masa mendatang. 5) memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada civitas untuk turut serta membantu pelaksanaan dan pemecahan masalah dalam pembangunan wilayah Desa Akkor Kec. Palengaan Kab. Pamekasan. 6) masyarakat mendapat cara baru yang dibutuhkan untuk merumuskan dan memecahkan masalah-masalah yang ada. 7) masyarakat menjadi lebih mandiri.

Abstract

The child's growth and development process is influenced by internal and external factors. Giving gadgets to children is an external factor that is supported by socio-economics and parental parenting. Gadgets have a direct impact on children's spoken language development and social independence. (Deddy et.al, 2020). A gadget is a small electronic device that has a special function. Fromdaytodaygadgets always appear to provide the latest technology that makes human life more practical. Technology clearly influences children's development. Because a technological device is averyeffective learning medium. Gadgets have various interesting, varied, interactive and flexible features and applications that add to the appeal for everyone, both among the elderly, young, teenagers and even children. Gadgets have many benefits in human life if they are used properly and correctly, but gadged also has a negative impact on humans, especially for the development of children if used without supervision and direction from parents. Knowledge about the dangers of using devices is very important for parents. The mother's attitude towards using gadgets is one of the factors that can influence behavior. A good attitude towards using gadgets does not guarantee a good attitude in giving gadgets to children (Warsiyah, 2020). Parents' lack of understanding in giving gadgets to early childhood has a big impact on their social-emotional behavior. The purpose of this study is to visualize the impact of gadget use on children's behavior and find out the types of aggressive behaviorthat arise in early childhood due to excessive gadget use.   Abstrak Proses tumbuh kembang anak di pengaruhi oleh factor internal dan ekternal. Penggunan gawai merupakan salah satu factor eksternal yang di dukung oleh social ekonomi dan pola asuh orang tua. Gedget mempunyai dampak langsung terhadap lisan dan kemandirian social anak ( deddy et.al,2020). Gadget adalah sebuah perangkat elektronik kecil yang memiliki fungsi khusus dari hari ke hari gadget selalu muncul dengan menyajikan teknologi terbaru yang membuat hidup manusia menjadi lebih praktis. teknologi jelas mempengaruhi perkembangan anak. Karena sebuah perangkat teknologi merupakan media pembelajaran yang sangat efektif. Gadget memiliki berbagai fitur dan aplikasi menarik, bervariasi, interaktif dan fleksibel sehingga menambah daya  tarik  bagi setiap  orang,  baik dari kalangan lansia, muda, remaja bahkan anak – anak. Gadget memiliki banyak manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia jika digunakan dengan baik dan tepat, tetapi gadget juga memberikan dampak negative bagi manusia khususnya bagi perkembangan anak jika digunakan tanpa pengawasan dan pengarahan dari orang tua. Pengetahuan tentang bahaya penggunaan gadget sangat penting bagi orang tua, adapun sikap ibu terhadap pengunaan gadget adalah salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi perilaku. Sikap yang baik terhadap penggunaan gadget tidak menjamin mempunyai sikap yang baik dalam memberikan gadget terhadap anak.Kurangnya  pemahaman  orang  tua  dalam  pemberian gadget kepada  anak  usia  dini  memberikan dampak  besar  dalam  sosial-emosionalnya.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  memvisualisasikan dampak  dari  penggunaan gadget terhadap  perilaku  anak  serta  mengetahui  jenis  perilaku  agresif yang  muncul  pada  anak  usia  dini yaitu  dampak penggunaan gadget yang melampau  batas.

Abstract

The purpose of pakbol games for early childhood is to make students become children who can recognize themselves, manage and express their emotions, have a brave soul and build healthy social relationships with their friends. This research was conducted at Pertiwi 1 Punggelan Kindergarten. The respondents in this study were children of Pertiwi 1 Punggelan Kindergarten with the aim of providing innovation to the school in building identity with traditional games or national games that can be introduced from an early age. The methodology used is qualitative with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. After that, it was analyzed using interactive model data analysis techniques. The application of this game is carried out from the child doing hom-pim-pa until it is finished and tidying up the toys again. The results obtained from this study are that the pakbol game activities held are running well in accordance with the characteristics of the independent curriculum and this game as a lesson to develop the social-emotional aspects of early childhood.

Abstract

Javanese is a language commonly used in Javanese ethnic communities. Javanese is one of the regional languages ​​used in daily life by Javanese people for communication between people. Manners are not something that can be learned quickly. Etiquette takes a long time to master, especially when it comes to children's language literacy. Developing language politeness must start from an early age. The emphasis on teaching children is necessary to teach children the norms of politeness of their native culture. Local wisdom is considered to have great value because it is an idea that lives in people's minds and its values ​​are also used as a guide in actions, words and deeds. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type and aims to find out whether learning Javanese at school can foster a sense of politeness in children from an early age. This research uses observation and interview methods. The results of this research are that children learn Javanese which can improve their manners. In this research, some children already have the manners that we want to examine, but there are also children whose manners have not yet developed. Children's learning about politeness is not only obtained through school, but parents also contribute to the growth of politeness values. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers and parents can provide more learning to children regarding politeness norms.

Abstract

This article discusses the local wisdom of tape as one of Indonesia's rich and unique cultural heritages. Tape, made from fermented base ingredients such as cassava, serves not only as food but also holds deep social and cultural values. In this context, the article explores the process of making tape, the traditions surrounding it, and its role in strengthening the identity of local communities. Furthermore, the article highlights the importance of preserving the local wisdom of tape amid the currents of modernization and globalization that threaten the existence of traditional cultures. The research method employs a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques. This study aims to raise awareness of the importance of appreciating and preserving cultural heritage, as well as encouraging the younger generation to engage in these valuable traditional practices.

Abstract

Introduction: The research in this thesis is motivated by the decline in the number of customers in the iB Muamalat KPR financing product, in this product the number of customers is the lowest compared to other products. Research Methods: This research method uses field research using a qualitative approach. Results: The results of this research are the bank's strategy in increasing the number of customers on the iB Muamalat KPR financing product, namely with an excellent service strategy which consists of 6 concepts, namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, accountability. accountability. The supporting factors in increasing the number of customers are product quality, service quality and emotionality. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that it is not easy to woo customers, frequent rejections, complaints about requirements, and competition with other banks. Conclusion: The bank's strategy has had a positive impact in increasing the number of customers.
