Abstract

Employees who are happy with their work are usually satisfied employees, who have a positive impact on their company by increasing performance and productivity. Workload, fatigue, and compensation are some of the factors that can influence job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry in Semarang Regency. Low job satisfaction can occur because some or most employees who have not been promoted sometimes feel bored with monotonous work. The purpose of this research is to find out how workload, fatigue, and compensation impact employee job satisfaction. 76 employees of PT. TI Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is included in the sample of this research. This research data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data is processed through multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression tests show: (1) Workload influences job satisfaction negatively and significantly; burnout affects job satisfaction negatively and significantly; and payment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Recommendations given to PT. IT Matsuoka Winner Industry Semarang Regency is as follows: (1) to give companies more manpower to help complete tasks. (2) to give employees more time to relax. (3) Performance appraisal takes priority when establishing promotion policies

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how promotions, e-commerce, and brand image influence guests' decisions to stay at Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara. This study is inferential research that focuses on the analysis of numerical data that has been processed using statistical techniques, with the aim of evaluating the influence of promotions, E-commerce, and Brand Image on guests' decisions to stay at Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara. This study involved 98 guests staying at Sekuro Village Resort Jepara Park as research respondents. The data collection method is a questionnaire; after that, the data was tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. According to research data analysis, it can be concluded that Promotion, E-Commerce, and Brand Image influence the decision to stay. From this research, it can also be suggested that Sekuro Village Beach Resort Jepara increase promotions and utilize E-commerce so that the brand image can increase and influence guests' decisions to stay.

Abstract

To provide a positive impact on small and medium enterprises (SMEs), financial management must be implemented transparently and accurately. They face problems with financial organization and human asset skills. This study aims to determine the financial management carried out at Dacron House Pringapus, Semarang Regency, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors that contribute to the financial management. This study is a field research study with a case study approach, namely collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation related to the focus of the study. By categorizing, confirming, and making conclusions, the data was examined for validity. The triangulation technique and the triangulation method technique were the data validity tests employed in this investigation. This study shows that: (1) The financial management of the Dacron House Pringapus business in Semarang Regency has not been fully carried out because financial planning, recording, and supervision have been carried out properly, but financial reporting is not carried out comprehensively every month. (2) Factors that support the management of business finances at Dacron House Pringapus, Semarang Regency are the awareness of MSME actors and their use. Ignorance, separation between business and personal money, and lack of financial recording skills are some of the obstacles to managing their finances

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and operational challenges faced by the Front Office at Quest Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang, along with recommendations for improvement based on research findings. The main focus is on improving Front Office services to improve guest satisfaction. In this study, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses triangulation, namely source triangulation, technique triangulation, time triangulation. The results of the study, the Role of Front Officers in Improving Guest Satisfaction at Quest Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang has been running well, however, there are still some obstacles in managing emotions, slow hotel systems. However, with collaboration, training, communication between departments, and HR Training Quest Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang can help in meeting guest satisfaction.

Abstract

This study, located at the Kokoon Hotel Surabaya, seeks to evaluate and clarify the impact of service quality, brand image and satisfaction on intention to return visits. One hundred individuals served as the study's sample, after that, they had the chance to respond to a survey which would be processed using the SPSS application and also tested for suitability using validity and reliability tests. Descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, model testing, and hypothesis testing are the techniques for analyzing data that are employed. The findings of the research concluded that service quality, brand image and impact on return visit interest. With this, the management of Hotel Kokoon Surabaya is anticipated to be able to get betterof the quality of service, the image of Hotel Kokoon Surabaya as a heritage hotel and increase guest satisfaction so that guests can return to visit to take a nap or just enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel in general.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Citradream Semarang with the aim of analyzing and explaining the impact of online customer reviews, prices and customer stay decisions on customer satisfaction. Information is collected through forms and interviews. Consisting of 94 respondents, the sample used in the research. It is anticipated that this research can provide valuable information for management. The information obtained is processed by carrying out both quantitative statistical analysis and descriptive analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used quantitatively to evaluate the impact of the independent variable influencing the dependent variable, as well as test the model and hypothesis. It is crucial to do a validity and reliability test before to administering this exam. The regression analysis's findings indicate that the rise in customer satisfaction is impacted directly or indirectly by online customer reviews, prices, and customer stay decisions. Thus, online customer reviews, prices, customer decisions must be carefully considered so that hotel management can increase customer satisfaction in the following period.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is defined as how well an employee views his or her job. This can be measured by comparing the amount of compensation they receive to the amount of work they do. Finding out how leadership style, work environment, and job characteristics influence job satisfaction is the goal of this research. This research involved 90 employees of PT Sumber Bintang Rezeki, Semarang Regency. The results of multiple regression tests show that factors such as leadership style, work environment, and job characteristics influence job satisfaction. The advice given to PT Sumber Bintang Rezeki, Semarang Regency, is that the leadership should show support for improving employee work abilities by providing care and maintenance of the environment and routines from the agency, namely replacing dim lights, providing lighting, giving employees freedom to carry out tasks according to their way of working or experience. owned as long as it still complies with procedures and authority.

Abstract

Investors must consider risk when investing. To reduce risk, they can diversify by forming a portfolio. This study aims to analyze the risk value that will be experienced by investors within a period of 1 day at a 95% confidence level. The object of the study includes stocks that are consistently listed in the IDX30 index during the period January 2022 December 2023. The research methodology used is the Markowitz method for optimal portfolio formation, the Variance-Covariance method and Historical Simulation to measure Value at Risk, and backtesting using the Kupiec Test model to measure the validity of the Value at Risk method. According to the research results, the stocks that form the ideal portfolio consist of ASII, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BRPT, INCO, INDF, KLBF, PTBA, and UNTR. The portfolio risk value is smaller than the risk value of a single stock. The backtesting results of the Historical Simulation method and the Variance-Covariance method show valid results in measuring the maximum potential loss of a stock portfolio

Abstract

This study was carried out in the Lerep Tourism Village, Semarang Regency with the aim of analyzing and explaining the impact of facilities and service quality on visitor satisfaction, at a time when tourist visits are fluctuating due to several factors, such as facility infrastructure which is still considered inadequate and service quality is minimal. given to visitors. Study information was obtained from questionnaires and available data. The number of samples used in this study was 94 respondents. The information obtained is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Application of multiple linear regression to identify the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable, as well as to test models and hypotheses. Regression analysis shows that additional facilities and service quality have an impact on tourist satisfaction. Facilities and services have a significant impact on overall visitor satisfaction. This shows that in order to increase visitor satisfaction, it is necessary to add adequate and comfortable facilities as well as the best service for tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze conflict management strategies and negotiation processes within industrial relations at PT Hessed Indonesia, an export-oriented garment company facing various workplace dynamics. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that common conflicts include disputes over rights, interests, and employment termination. The company implements preventive strategies through policy socialization, communication training, and dialogue forums; and curative strategies through internal conflict resolution teams and escalation procedures. Negotiations are carried out in stages through bipartite and tripartite mechanisms using a win-win solution approach. The success of these strategies is influenced by open communication, active trade union participation, and compliance with global buyer standards. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as differences in perception between management and workers and resistance to changes in work policies. This research contributes to the development of constructive industrial relations practices in labor-intensive sectors
