Abstract

Customer satisfaction is important in shaping the quality of service in a company, one of which is in the banking world, especially BCA. Without satisfaction, you will not have loyal customers. Satisfaction also contributes significantly to improving the maximum service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of BCA bank customers with banking automation services, in the era of technological disruption, for students of the Atma Jaya Indonesian Catholic University Business Administration Study Program Class 2017. The type of research used was descriptive research using qualitative methods with data collection techniques. in-depth interviews to 3 key informants and 3 triangulation informants. The results of this study are the three key informants are satisfied with the BCA automation service, based on 5 indicators of customer satisfaction from Kotler & Keller.

Abstract

This study aimed to see the opportunities for the development of the digital economy in the future. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought changes to human life. Not only in technological advancements but also in changing mindsets/paradigms and bringing economic, business and digital investment opportunities. Change is inevitable, now or later the development of science and technology (science and technology) will occur, humans must adapt to changing times. The development of the digital economy is not only based on things that are visible to the naked eye, but also things related to the metaverse and based on big data, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and advanced robotics. This study also uses a SWOT analysis as an analytical tool to obtain comprehensive results regarding the opportunities of the digital economy in the future. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach and literature study. The results of the study show that the digital economy will continue to develop along with the times. Various aspects related to the digital economy will continue to develop, such as banking laws and policies. In time, it is possible that digital currency (cryptocurrency) used as a medium of exchange in trade.

Abstract

In general, the sandwich generation is a term for certain people who are generally of mature or productive age who have multiple roles. The dual role of the sandwich generation is their role in being responsible for the family, in this case the child is also responsible for the parents. The burden of the sandwich generation has become not easy. The challenge is how to meet the needs of the two generations they bear. If the needs and costs can no longer be reduced then another step that can be taken is to increase income. Investment can be the answer to the challenges faced. This generation is also faced with a variety of investment choices. One of the current investment instruments is crypto currency. Crypto currency is digital or virtual currency that is secured by cryptography, which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or duplicate. A distinctive feature of crypto currencies is that they are generally not issued by a central authority, making them theoretically immune to government interference or manipulation. Crypto itself "refers to the various encryption algorithms and cryptographic techniques that protect these entries, such as elliptic curve encryption, public-private key pairs, and hashing functions. Nevertheless, the choice of crypto currency investment must be careful. This study wants to know the extent to which consumer behavior from the sandwich generation will affect crypto currency purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior factors that will be discussed in this study are personal, psychological, social, and cultural factors. This research will use multiple regression analysis to obtain conclusions that support the developed hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Capital Structure, Non-Performing Loan, and Return on Assets partially and simultaneously on firm value. The sample of this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange starting from year 2017 to 2020 using the purposive sampling method. There are 27 banking companies that meet the criteria as research samples. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SPSS 26.0 application and tested with normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity tests. Furthermore the data is tested further with multiple linear regression testing, the coefficient of determination and continued with hypothesis testing consisting of T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Adequacy Ratio partially has an insignificant effect on Firm Value, Capital Structure partially has a significant effect on firm value, Non-Performing Loan partially has a significant effect on firm value, and Return on Assets partially has a significant effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously, the variables: Capital Adequacy Ratio, Capital Structure, Non-Performing Loan, and Return on Assets have a significant effect on firm value.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Capital Structure, Non-Performing Loan, and Return on Assets secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dimulai dari tahun 2017 hingga 2020 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 27 perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0 dan diuji dengan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan linieritas. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengujian regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Capital Adequacy Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Capital Structure secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Non-Performing Loan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, and Return on Assets secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara simultan, variable Capital Adequacy Ratio, Capital Structure, Non-Performing Loan, and Return on Assets berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Product quality and service quality play an essential role in every business, as they will influence customer satisfaction. Banking industries are one of many industries that keep maintaining customer satisfaction to have competitive advantages over competitors. This study aims to evaluate and measure the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Sinarmas Medan Branch simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study was 178 customers of Bank Sinarmas Medan Branch. The data was collected by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show a simultaneous influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in Bank Sinarmas Medan Branch. Product quality influences customer satisfaction at Bank Sinarmas Medan Branch, and service quality influences customer satisfaction at Bank Sinarmas Medan Branch.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, khususnya media baru internet dan website telah membuka peluang dalam bisnis online, e-commerce. Melalui website, pelaku usaha dapat menawarkan barang dan jasa. Selain melalui website, media sosial yang pada awalnya hanya digunakan sebagai jaringan pertemanan sosial, saat ini memiliki peran penting dalam memasarkan dan sekaligus menjual produk barang dan jasa. Media sosial Facebook merupakan salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat di Indonesia. Melalui fitur Facebook live, pengguna baik perusahaan maupun usaha kecil dapat memasarkan dan menjual produk ataupun jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji “Bagaimana Pemanfaatan Facebook Live sebagai Social Commerce untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan. (Studi kasus akun Facebook Vany Songket Tangerang). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik akun FB Vany Songket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan Facebook Live melalui online sangat signifikan meningkatkan volume penjualan produk Songket.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of security, trust and ease of use on repurchase intention on Bukalapak application users in Jakarta. This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The primary data used in this study were 112 respondents of Bukalapak users. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data. The technique used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 edition for windows program. The results of the study partially showed that security and trust influenced repurchase intention. While ease of use has no influenced on repurchase intention.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACTTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh security, trust dan ease of use terhadap repurchase intention pada pengguna aplikasi Bukalapak di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 responden pengguna Bukalapak. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS edisi 25 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa security dan trust berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Sedangkan ease of use tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a critical component in guaranteeing the restaurant's long-term sustainability. The data acquired from Coffee Loca demonstrates that it is unable to sustain the stability of its number of customers, indicating that customer satisfaction at Coffee Loca is insufficient. As a result, Coffee Loca must enhance all factors that might affect customer satisfaction, including service quality, food quality, and price. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, food quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Coffee Loca. The population of this research is 163 customers of Coffee Loca. Convenience sampling is utilized, and the number of samples obtained is 116 respondents. The multiple linear regression approach is used to analyze the data. All hypotheses proposed in this research are accepted. The result of the analysis shows that service quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction, food quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction, the price has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction, and service quality, food quality, and price have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction simultaneously. In terms of service quality, it is recommended that Coffee Loca improves its serving time and accuracy, provides kids-friendly food, and trains its employees regarding their menus and hygiene. In terms of food quality, it is recommended that Coffee Loca serves food with an appetizing shape, color, and taste. In terms of price, it is recommended that Coffee Loca improves its price competitiveness.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini gaya hidup setiap individu sangat bergantung dengan kemajuan suatu teknologi. Teknologi merupakan suatu aspek penting untuk membantu serta memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masing – masing individu dalam studi dan bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami fenomena penurunan penjualan iPhone. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengangkat adopsi dari model dan teori untuk mengamati keterkaitan dari asosiasi atribut merek, perceived fit, hubungan merek konsumen yang emosional dan pengaruhnya kepada niat untuk membeli ekstensi merek. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah asosiasi atribut merek. Variabel moderasi adalah perceived fit. Variabel mediasi adalah hubungan merek konsumen yang emosional. Sedangkan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah niat untuk membeli ekstensi merek. Pada penelitian ini mempergunakan metode kuantitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan metode sampling non probabilitas yaitu sampling bertujuan. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 40 responden untuk studi pendahuluan dan 170 responden untuk uji aktual. Kemudian data yang sudah diperoleh tersebut dianalisis dengan Smart PLS-SEM untuk melakukan uji hipotesis dan menarik kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini terdapat lima hipotesis yang didukung serta satu hipotesis yang tidak didukung. Kemudian pada penelitian ini, peneliti juga memberikan keterbatasan penelitian dan saran untuk penelitian berikutnya.

Abstract

The core objective of this research is to determine the effect of business risk, liquidity, solvency and cash conversion cycle on the profitability of companies in the consumer goods industry. The study variables measured were: business risk, liquidity, solvency and cash conversion cycle. The source of the data collected from this study is secondary data which is in the form of financial statements of companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2020 period. The research sampling method used purposive sampling which was processed using the SPSS version. The results of the study found that business risk, liquidity, solvency and cash conversion cycle have a simultaneous effect on company profitability. The results of the hypothesis test found that business risk has no positive effect on profitability, liquidity has no positive effect on profitability, solvency has a positive effect on profitability and the cash conversion cycle has a positive effect on profitability. Thus this study is able to provide positive and relevant information for stakeholders in predicting profitability through independent variables as predictors.
