Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of a combination of liquid organic fertilizer and organic media on the growth and yield of red chili (Capsicum annum L.). The research was conducted at the Greenhouse, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The research was arranged in a factorial with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two treatment factors. The first factor is three types of liquid organic fertilizer for Lamena Leaf Plants, Fish Manure Liquid Organic Fertilizer, Liquid Organic Fertilizer Combination of Vegetable Leaves and Fish Manure with a concentration of 15 ml / liter. The second factor consists of four types, namely soil and cow dung, goat manure and soil, soil and horse manure. Data obtained in Analysis Of Variance (Annova) and continued with HSD 5%. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, wet weight, dry weight, number of fruit plants and fruit weight. The results showed that the combination of fish waste liquid organic fertilizer and the combination of organic media showed the interaction of the portion of the observation variable, namely the high number of fruit plants and dry weight. On (a combination of animal liquid organic fertilizer and soil organic media) showed the highest treatment dose and (liquid organic fertilizer a combination of animal and soil organic media and goat manure) showed the lowest treatment on the impact of plants. In a single treatment, liquid organic fertilizer does not have a significant effect on all observation variables.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of interaction between the treatment effect of soaking tanamdan media volume ZPT against early seedling growth of sugarcane (Sac- charum officinarum L) system bud chip, green hause conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo in November to January 2016. The study used randomized block design pola faktorial, consisting of two factors and three replications. The first fac- tor is the treatment of soaking ZPT consisting of 4 levels P0 (Without soaking ZPT), P1 (2 hours soaking ZPT), P2 (4 hours soaking ZPT), P3 (6 hours soaking ZPT), P4 (8 hours of soaking ZPT) , while the second factor is the volume of the growing media consisting of two kinds, V1 (80ml), V2 (200ml). Based on the results of analysis of variance study showed the combination treatment prolonged submersion tanamdan media volume ZPT no significant effect on the variable plant height, number of leaves, plant diameter, root length, root weight. Soaking ZPT on sugarcane crop seeds bud chip system with interval showed no real influence. the use of planting medium volume at the level V1 (80ml) and V2 (200) showed highly significant interaction. The use of volume media best planting with V2 (200ml) bud chip.

Abstract

The study was aimed at determining the effect of plant spacing and number of plants per planting hole on the growth and production of okra. This research was conducted in paddy fields Rodowo Village, Beji District, Pasuruan which took place starting at Febru- ary 2016 until May 2016. Factorial research using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) is repeated three times. The first factor is the spacing of treatment includes three levels is 25 cm x 75 cm (J1), 35 cm x 75 cm (J2) and 45 cm x 75 cm (J3), while the second factor is the treatment the number of plants per planting hole that is 1 plant (T1), 2 plants (T2) and 3 plants (T3). The acquired data was analyzed by analysis of variety and in further tests using HSD level of 5%. Based on observations made that the interaction between plant spacing and number of plants per planting hole on the growth and production of okra, but the production of okra per unit area (ha) in the treatment plant spacing gives the best effect, namely a spacing of 25 cm x 75 cm with a weight production reached 19,64 tons/ha, whereas the treatment the number of plants per planting hole gives the best effect is in the amount of 3 plants per planting hole with heavy production reached 5,36 tons/ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ZPT species with different appli- cation time intervals on the growth and production of flower cabbage plants. The study was conducted in the village of Jati Utara 3 Sidoarjo from May to July 2015. The research was arranged using factorial randomized block design (RBD) which was repeated three times. The first factor is the type of ZPT used which consists of 3 levels, namely P1 (atonic), P2 (agrogibb), and P3 (young coconut water). The second factor is the applica- tion time interval, namely O1 (once every 5 days), O2 (once every 10 days), and O3 (once every 15 days). The observed parameters were plant height, number of leaves, plant wet weight, flower volume, flower diameter, and flower weight. The results showed that the treatment of ZPT types and application time intervals significantly affected plant height but did not significantly affect the number of leaves, whereas destructive observations only affected the plant wet weight. The interaction between the treatment of ZPT with the application time occurred at 36 and 43 HST observations on plant height, as well as on the observation parameters of plant wet weight. The results showed that the use of the Atonic ZPT type (P1) and application time interval of 15 days (O3) gave the best results on the growth and production of flower cabbage plants.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to know of the responses of the aplication Rhizobium of nodule root Soybean as well as nodule root Mimosa pudica and Trichoderma iso- late Tc-Jjr02. The research was conducted on the Green House Faculty of Agriculture, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, from Januari to Mei 2016. This research com- piled using a factorial randomized complete design which consists of 2 factors : factor I is application Rhizobium consisting of : R0 (withow Rhizobium), R1(Rhizobium of soy- bean), R2(Rhizobium of mimosa pudica). Factor II application Trichoderma consisting of : T0 (withow Trichoderma) and T1 (Trichoderma isolat Jati Jejer-02). Of these two factors obtained 6 treatment combinations and repeated 4 times. From the analysis of statisti- cal data shows that application Rhizobium on significant effect the amount of leaf age 40 HST and 60 HST as well as the number of pods, planting seed weight , weight of 100 seeds, and fresh weight of plant root nodules. Application Rhizobium significantly affected the wet weight of stover. Trichoderma isolate Jati Jejer-02 capable symbio- sis with the plant so that the very significant effect on plant height age 7 HST and the amount of leaf age 20 HST. As well as the interaction between application Rhizobium and Trichoderma isolates significantly affected the number of pods plant.
