Abstract

The paper presents the Analysis of Generation Solar Cell Design with Physics of Semiconductor. The research problem in this study is how to design a high-performance solar cell with novel semiconductor compounds that are fabricated in the laboratory based on the physical parameters. The approach to solving the proposed research problem is based on experimental studies through theoretical research in recent works. The first one is to develop the effective structure for solar cell design and the other is to develop the energy band structure of III-V compound-based third-generation solar cell. The simulation analyses were carried out with the help of MATLAB language. There are many steps to designing high-performance semiconductor devices for real-world applications. The results confirm that the numerical analyses of these two developments could be supported to estimate the outcomes of experimental studies without using real equipment in the laboratory.

Abstract

The present study explores the effect of MDF powder-reinforced filled pumice powder epoxy composites on their Shore - D properties, produced by using different weight percentage. The composites samples containing 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50wt% of pumice powder were fabricated by using hand lay-up technique. The specimens prepared were tested for hardness as per the ASTMD2240 standards. The outcomes of the study revealed that pumice powder amount in the composite increasing with an increased in Shore-D hardness values. It is noted that the weight percentage of 50% of pumice powder and 50% of MDF powder composite was produce the maximum hardness values.

Abstract

In maintaining the quality of milk produced, it is necessary to supervise and control quality. One important aspect is controlling the specific gravity value of fresh milk. The specific gravity parameter of fresh milk is one of the determinants of whether the milk can be accepted or rejected as raw material. In addition, it is also a determining factor in determining the selling price of milk. To determine the quality control of the specific gravity of fresh milk, the control chart analysis method is used. The results of the analysis that have been carried out from various KUDs obtained the average specific gravity of fresh milk from Capita Farm KUD which is 1.0295 g / mL; the average specific gravity of fresh milk from KUD Cepogo is 1.0265 g/mL; the average specific gravity of fresh milk from Andini KUD is 1.0266 g/mL; the average specific gravity of fresh milk from Getasan KUD is 1.0268 g/mL, and the average specific gravity of fresh milk from Boyolali Kota KUD is 1.0292 g/mL. The specific gravity value of fresh milk supplied from various KUD can be concluded that the specific gravity value meet the company's quality standards, SNI, and existing literature so it is said that the specific gravity of fresh milk in CV Cita Nasional is in control, and can be accepted as raw material for making pasteurized milk.

Abstract

The failure of the suspension bridge has been known since the beginning of the bridge collapse. Most of these failures form the basis of current engineering knowledge. One of the factors of failure is human-made factors related to the calculation of the bridge estimate. This paper presents an indirect estimation method using numerical simulation using finite elements by analyzing the Fokker-Planck model when dynamic excitation is associated with bridge loads. The results show that the Fokker-Planck model's homogeneous form can take into account the solution for the bridge analysis approach. It leads to a stable state when giving mass variations to the model. The indirect estimation method using finite elements can estimate the cable tension with controllable weak damping. It can be concluded that the method in this study is more accurate and convenient for the application technique.

Abstract

The paper focuses on the analysis of the physics of a novel light-emitting diode for holographic imaging. The research problems in this study are based on the specific challenges that were discussed in the introduction. The solution for this research problem is accomplished with two approaches such as (i) device modeling, physics of LEDs, and characteristics of LEDs under the theoretical analysis and (ii) fabrication of LEDs, PL and FTIR measurement, performance check, and performance comparison under the experimental studies. The specific objectives of this research are to advance the LED design for optical transmission in 5G communication systems, to recognize the semiconductor material for LED structure, and to approach theoretical and numerical calculations for LED. In these analyses, there are two main approaches for solving the performance of the novel light-emitting diodes. The first one is to develop the effective structure for light emitting diode and the other is to develop the energy diagram design of III-V and II-VI compound-based LED. The simulation analyses were carried out with the help of MATLAB language. The results confirm that the numerical analyses of these two developments could be supported to estimate the outcomes of experimental studies without using real equipment in the laboratory.
