Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the company's work system. Compensation, leadership style, and a good work environment can motivate employees to work harder and employee performance productivity will increase. So the company must be able to pay attention to compensation, leadership style and work environment conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. This research data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 41 employees. The results of this study based on the results of validity and reliability tests show that all indicators are declared valid and reliable. Simultaneously compensation, leadership style, work environment, affect the performance of PT XYZ employees. While partially all independent variables affect employee performance

Abstract

Beauty trends are currently starting to penetrate the global market, including Indonesia. One of them is Scarlett Whitening, a local beauty brand that sells skin care and beauty products made from natural ingredients. Scarlett Whitening launched its official product on the Indonesian market in 2017. This research discusses the influence of brand image and brand ambassadors on purchase intentions for Scarlett Whitening products in Bandar Lampung. Research participants were consumer users and those who knew the product and brand ambassador Scarlett Whitening, totaling 100 respondents. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection methods using Purposive Sampling Techniques. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression test and partial hypothesis testing (T test). The results of this study show that brand image and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention Scarlett Whitening products

Abstract

The performance of employees and an organization's capacity to adjust to changes in the external environment are significantly influenced by leadership. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational ethics and leadership on employee work practices. This study makes use of literature review or literature study techniques. It is envisaged that research using this qualitative methodology will offer profound insight into the Ethics and Transformational of a leader on the performance of staff. It was found that the influence of ethics on employee performance had significant results related to leadership ethics and transformational leadership on employee performance to improve the ability of employees to be ethical and the courage of employees because they get motivation from their leaders.

Abstract

This study navigates the turbulent waters of the AMDK industry, focusing on the Grand brand. The research unveils internal strengths like diverse packaging and robust quality control by utilizing strategic analyses such as IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE matrix, and QSPM. According to the result, stagnant market share poses an internal challenge. External opportunities emerge through potential collaborations with modern markets and the Radisson Lampung Hotel, while the looming threat of numerous refill depots adds complexity. The QSPM results advocate an intensive strategy, emphasizing market penetration by fortifying product quality, enhancing consumer services, and introducing compelling promotions. Abstract

E-filing is a way of submitting Annual Tax Return electronically and in real time through the DJP Online tax e-filing website or applications managed by tax application service providers (ASP). This research was conducted to evaluate the implementation of the e-filing system at KPP Pratama Manado with the aim of improving taxpayer compliance and identifying factors that support and hinder the implementation of e-filing. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the use of e-filing has a good impact on the level of taxpayer compliance, especially for individual taxpayers. In addition, the results identify the benefits and challenges faced by taxpayers and KPP Pratama Manado in dealing with e-filing.

Abstract

In 2022, PT Gunung Sugih faced challenges managing raw material inventory, leading to high total costs. This study investigates if inventory control serves as an effective policy for optimal levels and cost reduction. Employing observation, interviews, and documentation, the research employs the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to assess orders, safety stock, reorder points, and total inventory costs. Results reveal the EOQ method minimizes costs, suggesting 281 tons for safety stock and 611 tons for reorder points, contrary to the company's undefined values. EOQ method yields a total inventory cost of Rp.58.18 million, saving 28.54% compared to the company's policy (Rp.81.42 million). The study advocates EOQ as a more optimal approach for cassava raw material inventory control

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to address the academic and administrative problems of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). This research uses quantitative techniques, analytical descriptive methodology, and collects primary data by sending online questionnaires through Google Form to UTP Surakarta students who are customers of SIAKAD services at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Meanwhile, secondary data for this study was collected from literature studies. The population of this study is 160 FEB students who are regular users of SIAKAD and are enrolled in one of the two study programs Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Accounting. Proportional random sampling is the method used in the sampling procedure. Based on the research, student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business UTP Surakarta is strongly influenced by the quality of administrative services and SIAKAD.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how FEB UTP Surakarta students manage their finances in relation to their lifestyle and level of financial literacy. The sample for this research consisted of 50 Management and Accounting study program student’s class 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. This data collection approach combines a voluntary respondent sampling strategy with non-probability techniques. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the results. The SPSS V23 application is used to analyze primary data in the form of respondent responses. The results of the F Test conclude that the independent variables together can be called feasible. The Adjusted R Square value shows a result of 33.6%. so that financial literacy and lifestyle influence financial management by 23.6%, the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

leadership has the task of inspiring individuals to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this research is to assess how teamwork, communication and leadership style influence the performance of BEM administrators at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta. This research uses quantitative methods, descriptive research design, and questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods. The research population was administrators and members of the BEM Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta. A purposive respondent sampling strategy was used with a non-probability sampling method in the sampling process. The BEM administrators of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta for the 2023–2024 academic year were used as the sample for this research. In total there are 25 people, including daily administrators, public relations, PSDM, communications and social departments. Research findings show that collaboration, communication and leadership style all have a significant influence on the performance of BEM administrators at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UTP Surakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of communication, teamwork and leadership on the work of GenBI Solo employees, UTP Surakarta Commissariat, both directly and indirectly. This research is a quantitative analysis and the respondents of this research are members of the GenBI Solo UTP Surakarta Commissariat with a total of 33 samples from a population of 50. The sample used in this research is a non-probability sampling technique which involves selecting a voluntary sample of respondents. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative analysis with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires conducted with participants. The results of this research show that the indicators of the influence of leadership, communication, and cooperation greatly influence the performance of GenBI Solo Members, UTP Surakarta Commissariat.
