Abstract

The aim of the present work is to develop a mathematical model relating the electricity consumer price index over the period from January 2013 to March 2022. The data was collected from the Data Portal of National Centre for Statistics and Information, Oman. The electricity consumer price index was constant at 100 from January 2013 to August 2012 and changed from September 2021 to January 2022 and then remained constant, Linear, quadratic, cubic, quartic, quintic, exponential, logarithmic and power models were used to fit the collected data. Based on R2, the quantic model fitted well with the collected data. The results showed the best goodness of fit between collected and model-predicted values.

Abstract

Grant spending must be managed in an orderly manner, in compliance with laws and regulations, efficiently, economically, effectively, transparently and responsibly with due observance of the principles of fairness, decency, rationality and benefits for society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of management, obstacles and solutions in the management of grants and social assistance based on the Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 32 of 2011. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the management of grant funds and social assistance at the Bekasi City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2018 has not been carried out properly. Some of the obstacles to managing grants and social assistance are the lack of staff, staff who have not received training regarding the management of grants, incomplete rules and procedures for managing grants, and overlapping allocations of funds in grant spending.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Governance of Expansion Areas in the Bintauna Village, Bintauna District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is Qualitative. This type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques use instruments in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that communication between sub-districts, sub-districts and districts has been running but not optimal, so that the regulations for the Bintauna sub-district are not in accordance with procedures because the sub-district rules are still attached to sub-districts such as villages, which causes the implementation of services to not run optimally because there are still many things that need to be fixed, especially regarding the rules because in fact the ward has its own government but in its implementation it is still attached to the supervision of the sub-district. It is suggested that it is necessary to make improvements in all aspects such as communication, village regulations, and implementation of services so that the program can run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously namely the independent variables of Job Training, Job Competence, and Job Evaluation with dependent variable Employee Performance at PT. BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The method in this study uses the validity test, test reliability and classical assumption test, data analysis was performed by Regression Analysis Multiple Linear and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²), while technique hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. Job Training partially positive and significant to Employee Performance, Work Competence partially positive but not significant effect on employee performance, research Job Evaluation partially has a positive and significant effect on performance Employee. F test or Simultaneously the variables of Job Training, Work Competency, and Job Evaluation have an effect significant to Employee Performance.

Abstract

The success of an enterprise depends on many managerial decisions that are based on accounting information, in particular management accounting (MA). There are several factors that influence the application of MA in individual and group business, entrepreneurship and MSMEs. This study examines and analyzes the factors that influence the application of MA to MSMEs with HR's Skills, business characteristics, business environment and business strategy. The research sample was 34 MSMEs actors, using purposive sampling techniques. Research findings prove that human resource skills, business characteristics, business environment, and business strategy have a significant positive effect on the application of MA both individually and simultaneously. Management accounting seems to continue to be a scientific tool for managers to carry out operations, control and decision-making in a satisfactory way. The effectiveness of implementing MA is increasingly important to improve operating efficiency and management performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the optimization of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Secretariat of the Gorontalo Provincial Education and Training Agency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation studies. Data analysis using qualitative analysis is inductive. The results of the research show that ASN's Work Results, Competence, Initiatives, Discipline have shown good results. However, ASN still need the opportunity to take part in training so they can improve their competence. In addition, there are several ASNs who develop new ideas in solving problems in carrying out their duties. In terms of discipline, it shows that there are still ASN personnel who have a low level of discipline. Discipline plays a very important role in the implementation of employee work.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the strategies of accredited hotel industries in retaining their employees amidst the pandemic in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. A quantitative research design employing descriptive research method was used in the study. The respondents of the study were the human resource manager or hotel owner of each accredited hotels in Tuguegarao City using a questionnaire. The findings of the study confirm that fourteen (14) strategies are fully employed in the five accredited hotels. However, the strategy concerning about the remuneration of employees even if there is a reduction in their total salary due to the limited working scheme set by the government is employed.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to see the effect of financial literacy and characteristics on investment among young adults in the city of Bandung. The research population is people aged 20-29 years in the city of Bandung, the number of samples is 100 respondents with a purposive sampling method of sampling. The research method is a quantitative method. The results of the study show that partially there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy on investment, and partially there is a significant positive effect between company characteristics on investment. And simultaneously there is a significant positive effect between financial literacy and company characteristics on investment. The R Square value was 0.801 or 80.1%, meaning that financial literacy and company characteristics affect investment by 80.1%, the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove that a raw material forecasting system is capable of predicting future demand for raw materials based on historical data and external factors such as market trends, seasons, economic conditions, and so on. By predicting the demand for raw materials, companies can make better production planning and avoid raw material shortages that can affect the production and quality of the final product. The research was conducted at PT. Muara Juara Kreasi Indonesia. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the procedure for using raw materials at PT. Muara Juara Kreasi Indonesia was quite well done. Raw material inventory storage, raw material requests, raw material recording is quite good and easy to find when needed. Furthermore, by using a raw material forecasting system, the effectiveness of using raw materials at PT. Muara Juara Kreasi Indonesia is quite good, but the instability of sales due to the pandemic makes predictions still less accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya in 2020, 2021, and 2022 using liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The data used in this study are the annual financial statements of PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya during the period. The type of research used is comparative descriptive. The overall results of the study show that PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is healthy, and the company can be used in the long term because PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya has sufficient capabilities to fulfill its financial obligations.
