Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on OCB and the performance of Sahid Montana hotel employees and to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance if mediated by OCB. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study show that the better the organizational culture and the higher the employee's work motivation, the better organizational citizenship behavior will be. The better the organizational culture and the higher the employee motivation, the better employee performance will be. Organizational culture and work motivation affect employee performance through OCB. To be able to improve the performance of Sahid Montana hotel employees, leaders need to create a good organizational culture by keeping abreast of science and technology developments and paying attention to employees to achieve satisfaction. Employees are motivated by opportunities to innovate, and leaders can provide suggestions and constructive criticism.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of recruitment, job training and compensation on employee performance at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 70 CV employees as respondents. Bina Reka Lamongan The method in this research uses a validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, data analysis is carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R²), while the hypothesis testing technique uses the t test and F test. The results of the t test research are carried out partially shows that the Recruitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Job Training variable has an effect but is not significant on employee performance, the Compensation variable has an effect but is not significant on employee performance. Regarding the F test, it shows that the variables Recruitment, Job Training and Compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan.

Abstract

In minimizing the risk of non-performing loans, banks need to conduct credit analysis to assess a credit application that contains various information, namely accounting information and non-accounting information. SulutGo Bank, Calaca Branch. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive and the data obtained through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) accounting information is taken into consideration in the credit decision-making process at PT. Bank SulutGo Calaca Branch which is based on the use of financial ratio analysis related to credit (2) Non-accounting information is taken into consideration in the credit decision-making process at PT. Bank SulutGo Calaca Branch which refers to the 5c principle.

Abstract

Good government performance greatly influences public satisfaction, timeliness of service is one indicator that determines the good and bad performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This research aims to determine the role of the Head of Village communication in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, as well as what factors influence the role of the Head of the Village in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The theory used is Effendy's communication theory, a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the research show that the role of village head communication in improving the performance of state civil servants at the Gunung Kelua sub-district office, Samarinda Ulu sub-district, Samarinda City is quite good.

Abstract

In Indonesia, tax is an obligation that must be paid by every citizen. One type of income tax collected by the government originating from the APBN/APBD is Income Tax Article 22. This study aims to analyze the accounting treatment of Income Tax Article 22 at the North Minahasa Education Office. The data analysis method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the calculation of Article 22 Income Tax on the purchase of goods has been carried out properly in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 34/PMK.010/2017, for the recording of Article 22 Income Tax has been recorded correctly and in accordance with generally accepted principles. The deposit of Article 22 Income Tax has been carried out on time and the Article 22 Income Tax reporting has not been delayed so that it complies with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine online buying and selling transactions at the HB Store and to find out the implications of buying and selling at the HB Store after implementing this online system. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, a type of field research. With data collection techniques from interviews, observations, documentation. Furthermore, from the results of the study, that buying and selling online is permissible because it has the same context and method as buying and selling greetings. Transactions at the HB Store include ordering, shipping payments. As for the implications of buying and selling at the HB Store, after using the online system, marketing for buying and selling is easier by simply uploading an image. with online marketing these goods will reach various regions. Buying and selling activities can also be carried out at home without taking a long time. Income from online business has slowly increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, profitability, and company growth on firm value. This research and the data used are secondary data in the form of the company's annual report. In this study, the population used is energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling method and obtained 22 companies as a sample and the amount of data observed or researched was 81 data. The data analysis method in this study is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study indicate that capital structure does not affect firm value, firm size has a positive effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, and company growth does not affect on firm value.

Abstract

Along with the development of the business world, computers have an important role in facilitating the completion of a job and helping to develop a maximum service system to support company performance, one of which is by building an information system. The process of managing book data can run smoothly and produce precise and accurate information, a digitization system is needed that can process the book management system as a whole in order to minimize errors that often arise. The purpose of this research is to design a desktop-based INTUISI bookstore management information system. The design method uses the UML method with the data analysis process using the PIECES method. The result is that the management digitization process at the INTUISI bookstore becomes easier and more efficient in reporting the management that occurs, this can be seen from the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of training, self-efficacy and motivation on employee performance at CV Mega Motor Cicurug, both simultaneously and partially. The subjects of this research were 48 CV Mega Motor Cicurug employees as sample members. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the IBM SPSS 25 software application. The form of this research is descriptive and verifiable with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that training, self-efficacy, motivation and employee performance meet very good criteria. Simultaneously and partially, training, self-efficacy and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV Mega Motor Cicurug employees.

Abstract

Employee turnover rate still remain of the most frustrating and persistent issues in organization and company over the decades. In Cargo Terminal, Soekarno Hatta International Airport, turnover rate of employees increased in the past few years. The author uses systematic review to research the issue and the goal is to find the relation between compensation and benefit, employee turnover and the impact on the employee performance and also have impact to the company and organization performance. This research uses PRISMA method and PICO to identify the research question and to drive the research from database and search engine such as Science Direct and Google Scholar, and the finding is the compensation and benefit have positive impact and significant effect on employee performance.
