Jurnal Pijar : Studi Manajemen dan Bisnis merupakan jurnal yang membahas ilmu di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis, jurnal ini sebagai wadah untuk menuangkan hasil penelitian baik secara konseptual maupun teknis yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan manajemen dan bisnis. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian makanan steak di masa pandemi Covid 19. Pengumpulan data diperleh berdasarkan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden di wilayah Bekasi. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda dengan Program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian seperti harga, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan khususnya steak di wilayah Bekasi.

itengah berkembangannya usaha penyedia makanan dan minuman tidak lepas dari berkembanganya penggunaan internet di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terhadap pemasaran melalui optimalisasi website Frozen Jakarta di PT. Niaga Digital Persada dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan tahun 2023 melalui website frozenjakarta.com. Frozen Jakarta berdiri pada tahun 2021 yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor ikan, daging dan hewan ternak yang dibekukan dalam kemasan. Dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasarannya Frozen Jakarta memanfaatkan marketplace dan media online lainnya seperti website untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasarannya. Pengoptimalisasian website dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEO On Page dan SEO Off Page. Frozen Jakarta juga memiliki cabang-cabang yang ada di Jabodetabek dan Bandung. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi penggunaan website penjualan Frozen Jakarta. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengen pendekatan deksriptif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan tiga informan yang mempunyai peran besar dalam penelitian ini, serta data dari dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan optimalisasi pada website frozenjakarta.com sudah dilakukan dengan baik melalui optimalisasi SEO, dimana website Frozen Jakarta memiliki konten, artikel-artikel menarik dan deskripsi mengenai produk dan perusahaannya yang memberikan informasi, membujuk, dan memberikan nilai pada produk. Hanya saja optimalisasi pada SEO belum dilakukan dengan maksimal dilihat dari beberapa indikator dalam optimalisasi website belum ada dalam website tersebut, serta dalam pelaksanaan promosi kurang didukung media sosial secara aktif. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan diperlukannya optimalisasi pada website frozenjakarta.com secara maksimal dengan menggunakan metode optimasi SEO sehingga dapat mneningkatkan jumlah pengujung pada website dan peran aktif media sosial dalam mempromosikan produk-produk Frozen Jakarta

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Gajah Motor Baypass Padang. The method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with partial least squares (PLS). By distributing a questionnaire to 40 respondents. The research results obtained are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 4) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the work environment on employee performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 5) There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Honda Gajah Motor Bypass. 6) Job satisfaction does not mediate leadership on employee performance. 7) Job Satisfaction does not mediate the Work Environment on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The future is full of uncertainty. Therefore, financial management knowledge is needed which will be useful inn the future. This conditions requires individu, especially college students, to be able to financial manage and allocate the funds into savings or investment. This research was conducted to determine the influence of investment knowledge, minimum capital policy, capital market training, and risk perception on investment interest of students majoring in accounting and management at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This research took a sample of 100 students majoring in maagement and accounting. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this research were that the influence of investment knowledge, minimum capital policy, capital market training, and risk perception had a significant effect on the dependent variable of students' investment interest.

Abstract

SMEs in Indonesia play a role in driving the Indonesian economy with a contribution of 61 per cent to the Gross Domestic Product. However, SMEs in Indonesia often have problems in employee compensation. One of the SME sectors that face compensation problems is horeka (hotels, restaurants, and cafes). The purpose of this study is to analyse and determine the ideal compensation and job grading at SME X. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the owner of SME X in February 2024. The data processing and analysis method used in this research is the point factor method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SME X has not done salary mapping; (2) The compensation system at SME X is still not ideal based on its spread and mid-to-mid; (3) The appropriate salary improvement method for SME X is the point factor method.

Abstract

Introduction- Based on previous literature, in-store live streaming has gained immense popularity in the Chinese market, providing interactive engagement for consumers. This study investigates how in-store live streaming influences Indonesian consumers' desire to make in-person purchases, considering different retail environments and influencer characteristics in the Indonesian market. In this research, we add the variable of Consumers Attitude toward Platform Interactivity, in addition to the previous two variables, Consumers Attitude toward In-Store Influencer and Consumers Attitude toward Product in the organism in the SOR model. Review of Literature and Hypotheses Development- The present research employs the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model to examine the influences of informativeness, wishful identification, para-social interaction, and customer inspiration on consumers’ perceptions of influencers, products, and platform interactivity. Research Method-. This research examines how in-store live streaming influences consumers' offline purchase intent in Indonesia. A survey of 300 live stream viewers measured perceptions of the influencer, product, and platform, along with offline purchase motivation. Findings from exploratory factor and regression analysis reveal that an informative, interactive, and inspiring streaming session positively affects attitudes and buying intent. Results and Discussion- The majority of respondents were 26-35 year old employed females with an undergraduate degree and monthly income below IDR 16 million. Shopee (38%) and TikTok (37%) were the most used platforms for viewing live streams. Exploratory factor analysis confirmed scale validity and reliability. Regression analysis revealed informative and inspirational streaming content positively influences attitudes towards the influencer and product, driving key purchase motivation. An engaging platform also reinforces buying intent. These findings indicate live commerce can effectively stimulate offline sales in Indonesia. Conclusion- The research examines the impact of in-store live streaming on consumer purchase decisions in Indonesia. Results reveal a positive relationship between informativeness, wishful identification, para-social interaction, and inspiration with attitudes toward influencers, products, and platforms. Positive perceptions of influencers and products lead to increased offline purchase intent after live streaming. Moreover, interactive platforms contribute to motivating offline purchases. Implementing an effective in-store live streaming strategy can effectively enhance offline purchase intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of population and number of poor people on income inequality in DKI Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The research results show that the population variable partially has a negative influence on income inequality with tcount < ttable (-3.461 < 2.037) and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. The variable number of poor people partially has a significant effect on income inequality with tcount > ttable (5.089 > 2.037) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, it is known that the variable number of population (X1) and number of poor people (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on income inequality with a fcount > ftable value (34.857 > 3.28) and a Sig value. namely 0.000 < 0.05.
